Very cute little place with good quality ice cream and friendly staff, but the price is crazy lol

On a hot Saturday, I stopped by for a water-which I bought here. I stayed in the store to finish my water. However, the woman at the counter asked me to leave, I guess since I didnt buy enough or was only drinking and not eating. I definitely wont be eating there now. Oh well....

Decent frozen yoghurt, spoilt by bad quality almonds. The almond topping was clearly made of really ancient almonds that smelled awful. I like the fact that they clearly mark allergens for each offering

Great flavors and great employees. Always willing to help and get your order right. Definetly make an appearance before the season is over.

Being farely new to the neighborhood. I was so excited to finally visit and try one of there infamous flavors of yogurt. But it definitely did not play out to be the best experience. For starters I was not even greated nor was I asked What would you like to order etc... I just gave her my order.. in the most rude way she gave me my total and I paid. After about 10 minutes I was given my yogurts. The yogurts I received were warm, cup was sticky and presentation was tasteless. . . Now I first hand do understand that we are currently in a pandemic. I myself am an essential worker. So I understand the stress the world is feeling at the moment. But if you work in a friendly neighborhood then your job is to provide kind, tasteful and welcoming service..

I absolutely adore the concept of this place!Its like a make your own sundae buffet bar with all kinds of toppings and flavors, its so cool.I love that you guys have cereal to mix in, and super soft mochi on the bar. I cant wait to come back in the early summer and sit outside eating yogurt 😋

The creations that I am able to make that fits my particular taste desire at that Moment. Based on the variety that is offered amongst the Yogurt & Custard, an then there are the Add Ins. Vvvver Nice.

Great service and such a nice location! The yogurt was so yummy and refreshing for a hot summer night. I just wish I could have gone inside to see the entire place. It looks so cute! The “bar tenders” are great at what they do! Definitely a place to stop if you’re in the area.

Had a good experience before but this time the person serving me didnt even know how to make the order. When he asked his co-worker where the recipe was, I shouldve backed out from my order. He messed up the order and I basically got a slop of ice cream on top of canned juice. The main saving grace was the server was very polite and nice throughout the process. Very disappointed that staff are put in front of the customer before theyre even trained on the recipes.

I will never come back to this yogurt place. I was greeted at the door and let in because now they let you take your own yogurt. For toppings, they themselves top it for you. I was disappointed in seeing that they overfill you with toppings just to make more money. I had told them half a scoop of mango boba and half a scoop of strawberry boba and the man put two scoops or mango and two scoops of strawberry! Who wants that much?? I knew he heard me because I said stop, no more scoops and he just laughed. I was irritated and did not take anymore toppings because he was obviously trying to overfill the cup. I put my cup on the weight scale and then he added two spoons to my cup during the time my cup was being weighed. Then it was time to leave and no one opened the chain that was blocking the door. They put a chain there because there’s a limit of 4 people at a time. Just bad service. Anyways, long story short, don’t go here!! Very disappointed.

Love it! New favorite dessert place.

The ice cream and yogurt from here is always great! I’ve ordered from here and visited in person many times and it’s always consistently great. The service is amazing too. Every employee is friendly and goes out of their way to make you happy. Even ordering online with Uber Eats, they read the notes/instructions and sometimes even leave a nice friendly note.

$26 for two frozen yogurts is kinda crazy, though delicious.

I’ve come here a few times and enjoyed building my own frozen yogurt! Service was good, and a variety of toppings to choose from. The yogurt isn’t too creamy like some other places, and overall happy with this spot.

Hello today I visited the store and two girls who are working there today treated me very badly because they were talking

I use to like this place, but the service is terrible. The delivery man gave our order to someone else and they decided they didnt want to deliver our order anymore. They told us we were out of luck because that delivery man was done for the night and the other didnt want to do it. Really well run place. Avoid completely

The product is okay. But be careful when you pay by credit card and ask for receipts. They charge me one more dollar than what was due.

I placed an order yesterday...they waited 40 before they contacted to say they could not deliver so they cancel the order.I tried them today and OMG terrible texture and taste....I paid extra for Oreo cookie and did not get any...also I ordered Moonshine Turtle Pecan Fudge and will never order again. The picture of the fudge shows a thin fudge and lots of nuts, they sent me a chunk of fudge and I can count the crumble of nuts on the top....what a waste of money. If you gonna post a picture of what you are selling it should be what your finish product looks like.....you might just want to think about that.

Black dude that worked at night was very professional and followed all covid protocol and was extremely genuine person.

The Macaron ice cream sandwiches here are awesome. The wait is kind or annoying, be prepared to wait up to an hour in line if youre going on a weekend. The parking here really sucks, so you might have to spend quite a bit of time just looking for a parking spot. I had their blue velvet cake here as well which was very good. Definitely give it a try if youre craving desserts with friends! Also, be sure to not go too close to closing time because they run out of the ice cream sandwiches pretty quick on a busy day.

Everyone is over the top friendly. Cute shop. But I’ve had way way way better frozen yogurt. It’s way too sweet and tastes artificial. I was lured by Dole Whip :-/ waste of Uber trip.

I dont think Ive ever gotten yogurt while there but Ive definitely gotten it delivered because I have those days where I just feel fat. I cant tell the difference between some of the vanilla type flavors if I get them all in the same bowl but its good none the less. There is such a huge selection of toppings as well, I love the marshmallow fluff because again Im fat, but everything Ive tried has been good.

Be aware!! Ive had been a customer for years but today I bought a medium cup which I usually get and I paid around 8dls including two toppings because of the pandemia they dont allow to do it by self its ok for me, but when I got my cup literally was no ice cream just a small tea spoon with toppings so I told the cashier and she added more just a little and charge me $4,50 i was so upset because for a medium cup with just two toppings I paid 16 dls !!! The staff there using the pandemic as an excuse for overcharging . This is my last time I go there.

I never thought I would be into frozen yogurt until a friend suggested me to come here. I dont know if its because I have the choice of whats going in my frozen yogurt or if this place is just genuinely good. Either way I love it

I like their frozen yogurt and waffle cones. The service is good. I wish the place would be a little brighter, tidier, but I am frequent visitor no matter what.

Had to come and try this place out after I found out it opened! The employees were all so nice and gave me suggestions as it was my first time there. I got the Earl Grey Lavender on a piffle cone! It wasnt too sweet which I like! Would definitely come back again, but next time without the puffle cone.

A good place to grab a coffee. Many dine there but I dont think I would. The place is very clean and the staffs are kind. You can get Korean bakeries here.

Maybe I am just picky but their yogurt was too sweet for me. Even the coffee flavor was too much. Would prefer the ones with less sugar.

Good place for a nice after dinner desert. I am partial to the seasonal pineapple flavor served in the warmer months. Almost as good as the Dole Whip in Disney.

My favorite frozen yogurt spot in Jersey City. They have a huge selection of toppings. Decent selection of flavors. And a loyalty program which rewards you for being a regular customer!

This place kicks cups or any other yogurt places ass any day. First off it is original not a typical franchise.The selection here is different then any fro-yo place you probably have seen. Some are outrageous but they usually are good. My favorites are the Belgian chocolate and peanut butter with a topping of kit Kat and Nutella. This combo right here is simply amazing.They are cheaper then most fro-yo places as well. I get a decent amount of ice cream for under 4$ a pop usually. They have a rewards system as well and you get discounts the more you eat there.I love the location as well right on Newark and grove st, which makes it a perfect desert stop right after you have dinner. The shop is right across from grove st station and the cab stand as well. It seems they serve acai bowls now too.

I love the great variety of frozen yogurt and toppings offered. My puppy also enjoys the dog bones they sell here.

You cant miss this shop if youre anywhere near the Grove St. path, but the thrill is that the place has THE BEST tasting yogurt, toppings and belgian waffles. You serve yourself, so its just as you like it. The fresh fruit is amazing, fresh, ripe, delicious. Also, the place is CLEAN, friendly and hip. There are a few tables, so you can sit for a bit.I also had the coffee (hot, not yogurt) and it was particularly good.

Okay yogurt - tastes fine, but they would benefit greatly from increased sanitary practices. Saw a woman lick her fingers and continue to use the scoop. Customers shouldnt be allowed to scoop the ingredients themselves. I get its standard for a froyo place, but if they wanted to be above and beyond, they would just have servers do it for you - or some kind of serving dispensers for toppings. Also it gets a bit messy towards the end of the day - toppings and such on the floor and counters. Another thing that could be prevented easily.

Awesome spot in a great location. Love that the hours are late on most days and midnight on weekends! Great flavors and rewards program.

Im lactose intolerant, and Downtown Yogurt had a fantastic pineapple sorbet, which I did not have high hopes for, bit was overcome with surprise to find out it was awesome (even my coworker who isnt lactose intolerant got the pineapple as well. A definite must have when visiting).

My daughter loves the selection of frozen yogurt. They are the only place besides Disney that has dole pinapple flavor.

Glad to see a nice FroYo spot in downtown Jersey City. Staffs here are friendly, and theres a good variety of flavors to choose from, and they rotate the selections every few weeks. I really appreciate the no-sugar-added option they put on rotation (the cheesecake NSA flavor is very good).
