While the store has a decent variety of merchandise, it’s receiving one star for the extremely poor customer service that I’ve received on more than one occasion. Today, after purchasing quite a few items with my debit card, the cashier failed to bag them. When I asked him to do so, he mentioned that a bag would cost me ten cents. I explained to him that I only had card on hand and I was unaware of this fee as I hadn’t encountered this issue before. His response to me was “Well then I guess you’re carrying these items.” I had way more items than I could carry with two hands and had decided to walk as it was a nice day. Any establishment that treats customers so callously over TEN CENTS isn’t one that deserves more customers. Luckily a woman behind me was kind enough to give me 10 cents. On other occasions when I couldn’t find an item, the staff behind the counter seemed extremely bothered when I asked for help and often never left to assist me even when I was the only one in the store. I’m extremely disgruntled. DO BETTER!!

The owner wouldn’t allow me with my service dog. If I wasn’t so emotionally exhausted I’d file a lawsuit.

Always enjoy your store

Small but decent store for usual items we all want from a 99 cents store. Not a food source.
