Terrible customer service and value for what you pay. Channels always being taken away, especially local sports channels. There is no company I have a subscription with that I am more consistently displeased with.

This store is pathetic, especially the manager (assuming the guy was the manager). I had an appointment to come pick up some equipment after contacting the customer service, this rude person at the store did not even look at the notes attached by the support and just said I cannot give you any equipment, the plan you are paying for and describing does not exist and he points to the door and asks me to leave.Safe to say, 3 years of being an xfinity customer and I will not be going back.

I had a very good experience with the staff here. I have been a customer for two years, but recently became unhappy with XFINITY as i was paying a lot for services i did not even use, like Showtime, the TV box rental and i had too much speed. The phone support was not able or willing to offer me a better deal, so i was about to close my account for good, but the staff here was able to give me a great deal that actually fits my needs.

Went to buy a new Google pixel phone at the Xfinity store. Serena advised me the wrong price for the product. She quoted 399 USD and 16 something month on month. I repeatedly checked why it is a better price here while it is 499 online as I was thinking to upgrade it to pixel 5 ( 649 ). The price is different place to place. Happy over the deal, I went with the buying process. They never gave a receipt advising some technical issue and that it would be received on my gmail. I came back home only to find that they infact charged me 499. Seriously very upset with how they deal with customers. They wanted the social security number, which I was reluctant in sharing verbally ( was willing to type it in as i thought these are meant to be kept discreet in general). She just asked me to hold on and went to bring her senior in. The senior wanted me to share the ssn and suggested due to covid, this is how it is done here. I half willingly advised the ssn as I wanted to get over with it. Wanted to check for phone cases, which was no there. was hoping to look for bluetooth headphone options and suggested nothing but to look out for something i target since it had better deals. We take time out of work, go to a store for a better experience but just felt completely let down. Should have just bought online...would have saved mine and their time i suppose :(.Disclaimer : My previous experience with the main manager ( cannot recollect his name ) was much much better.

I had been a customer for over 15 years and disconnected service recently because I moved out of the area. I was charged an early termination fee over a promotional package I had for a few months. It’s petty for a company this size to still nickel-n-dime a long time customer. Rep then ends call by telling, “well you enjoyed it while u had it”. That’s an assumption as we all know there isn’t much competition. Good riddance!

I had a bad experience with that Staff again. I run a small Business and have been with Comcast for over 20 years . I went to this location on a Snowy Saturday, January 20th 2020 around 5:30 pm, in response to letter from Comcast for an equipment upgrade. It is a speed-upgrade that I have been paying for. granted I did not have the old equipment with me. but the Staff could have given me the newer equipment and the old one can be returned within a month.The Staff, all 5-6 of them were all sitting around talking . Since I was the only Customer there, I thought it would be an easy one. instead I end up leaving without a new equipment. All of them denied me the equipment, even though as the letter suggested I can return it later. I think it is a bad Comcast policy to expect Customer to disrupt their lives, Business, Phone, Internet Services for an old Equipment That I can return at any time. B.

We went to this store for two day in a row still nothing the first day we talk to a rep.. and thought its ok then we went back the following day for the same reason same problem ..knowing that the first rep we talk done absolutely nothing ..then until 3 days still nothing no internet ...how ironic very bad place bad customer service

My apologies for the rant, but the store is pathetic. They lie on your face. Unless you’re creating a new sales opportunity to them, they want to send you out. Long story short, they need a 101 of customer service. If you’re planning to visit here, save your time, money and effort and go to a different location ✌️

Alert !! dont go to this store.. staff is rude and not knowledgeable at all about what they are selling.. initially they give one price then they change the cost after credit check is run. if you question them why price is changed after credit check they treat you like you are an idiot and tell you dont raise voice.. I have nothing against the xfinity company..service is very bad at this store....finally its better to do it online..its a waste of time going to this store..
