Just wanted to share my awful experience in this store. I had Melanie helping us. We were given a “free” tracker. Our bill reflected that we’re paying 10$ a month for it. We did not want or sign for this device and we didn’t know we had to pay for it. We wanted to return it and even better they said we have to go to there store to return it. We live over and hour away from there. Melanie also sold me into a screen protector that she claimed Sprint would replace if it breaks. After applying it To my new phone, she said i can only return it at their store (that I live an hour from). Today we got our bill and we got charged premium And plus data on ours 2 lines. An extra 30$ a month that we did not sign up for. In the store, Melanie had a cut on her lip and while helping us was telling a friend in the store how she got in a fight. She was cursing and speaking unprofessionally which made us uncomfortable. there was also a girl training but she was just sitting there on her phone talking about personal things that happened outside of work and buying concert tickets for her and her coworkers. I called the store asked for the manager. Every time I call he is never there and has yet to call me back. Kimberly, who is the assistant manager, watched this whole transaction go down, could not help me when I called the store. She was also very rude to me and acting as though I was lying. I just want everyone to know to never use this store as they do not care about the customer and only see you as a sale. It is a 3rd party store and working with this staff was an absolute nightmare. I am regretting making the switch from Verizon.

Kimberly Assistant Manager BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received in any sprint store. This girl took her time to review my entire account. Dedicated, talented and patient . She gave me all the good promotion I had offered in my account . I got 2 upgrades and 1 new phone and accessories and she gave me a FREE charger !!!!!! If you go buy to this sprint store please go check out Kimberly, honest straight forward!! I will be coming back every time to get my phones with her. Also, it was impressive how she managed the traffic in the store. It was super busy and she was alone with a gentleman in training . Really awesome customer service. I would of want to give her a 10 if I was able too. I will recommend ALL my friends to her. Willing to travel 30 minutes just to get help from her.. KIMBERLY YOU ARE THE BEST AND AWESOME!!!!!!!!

My experience with Sprint store which is at the Newport Mall, NJ is unexplainable I wish my review would help at least one person to save money, stay out of spending hour and hour explaining to CCS the fake bill equation they gave before switching to sprint, promises store made and the fraud promotion sale to get their incentives. Long story short please try to go to the corporate sprint store do not go to the dealers which are in the mall or any other please check with them when you enter into sprint store check if they are a dealer or a corporate store because corporate store they never lie, cheat and fraud they always be on the same page as CCS but the dealers would fraud easily especially the one in Newport Mall I was the victim I do not want you to be the victim of such kind of stores. Save your money and time.

Probably the WORST phone store period. Pretty much I was told that they are limited on what they can do in the store, so call 1-800 numbers or try different cellular companies. I could not get a simple answer from this store and when they tried to explain, everyone used jargon that I have no clue what it meant. All of them gets really irritated when I ask questions. I asked many questions since I could not understand the jargon that they used. In the end, I was told to go to other phone companies, and they might give you a better deal.

Had a very rough experience here today at this Sprint Store. We had ordered a phone online and the customer service representative told us to go into a Sprint Store to activate the line and exchange the phone. When we entered, we were not greeted, we walked to the back area where the representatives were sitting, and someone finally came out from the back. When we said we needed to exchange and activate a phone, there was literally no response. Who does that? When we walked to the desk, the store manager/shift lead was speaking directly with the sales associate and mentioned that we wont be able to exchange if they dont have a sim. We told them we have a sim, and her response was, excuse me, I was talking to him, not you. This unbelievable passive aggressiveness is exactly why we have trouble with customer service and Sprint, and quite frankly this store is the worst. This continued for the entire duration. Finally, we got our phone exchanged, but my recommendation is that the district manager give coachings on leadership, how to treat customers, and how to not be passive aggressive, especially when WE DIDNT DO ANYTHING! Disappointing.

I honestly dont know where to start because the experience I received here was HORRIBLE . WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER RECEIVED! I was in this particular store on Sunday April 29th at about 2:30 pm or so. Trying to open one new line of service potentially adding another one down the road. Was first greeted by Steven and everything seems like I was in the right store at the right time until I started asking significantly amount of questions by me and my husband. This representative is the worst representative I ever met in my life. The amount of shadiness and attitude this guy that was coming from him beyond horrible. The attitude we received from him was beyond speechless and will Never come back here nor recommend and I work right next building and I will do everything in my power to write to the CEO about this kind of representative and the way I was treated. We specifically told him to let us know about any fees to explain everything in detailed. The assistant Manager which was helping another set of customers had to help him to answer our questions because it seems like he wasn’t well educated about his promotions . And after we signed everything he tell us about an activation fee that was promised to be waived in a customer service, and other stores he refused to waived it, gave us attitude and more attitude. A shame that there’s rep like that working for sprint went they’re improving. This store need to eliminate reps like that. I decided to go to another sprint store were my service and time was valued and they didn’t give me a hard time. WAIVED MY ACTIVATION FEE, DIDN’T GIVE ME ATTITUDE, WASN’T SHADY NOR RUSHING. I will go back to the store to speak to the store manager when I have a chance. Feel very annoyed.PS: DO NOT GO TO THE STORE AND TALK TO STEVEN HE IS WORST REPRESENTATIVE WITH HORRIBLE ATTITUDE HE WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU AND NOT WAIVE ACTIVATION FEE !!!!!!!!!!! WARNING!!! This location is by far the worse Sprint store ever (not that Sprint as a whole is a good company anyhow). Nonetheless, I recently went to purchase the new IPhone 7 from this location and was quoted $200 by an incompetent Sprint sale rep. I eagerly agreed since I thought it was a reasonable price and was lead to believe by this incompetent sale rep that this was the final cost after he had verified my account details. He began the transaction, canceled the lease on my current IPhone 6 and rung up the new phone. 15 minutes later, the transaction was near completion, and he paused and said “Oh- I’m sorry but I’m going to have to charge you another $350 since the account is saying that a deposit and activation fee is required” (keep in mind; he already had my credit card at this point). I immediately halted the process and told him a thing or two about professionalism, the way in which this transaction transpired and how inappropriate it was for him to ask me for an additional $350 after beginning the transaction. I then told him that this was not acceptable and I would NOT pay that amount. I asked had my credit card been charged and he said “No.” Lying to both me and the Assistant Manager who was present when this occurred, he reassured that he had not charged me. She reiterated the question and he said “no, I’m sure I didn’t charge her.” The next morning, I see a $201.38 Charge on my credit card. I’ve been calling the store and customer service since 11/14/2016 and still have not been refunded my $201.38 yet. Here’s the best part of this screwed-up experience, Sprint places a mega $500 charge on my account for cancelling my lease early and not returning my equipment (IPhone 6). Now, my service is disconnected and customer support is unsupportive. They are unprofessional and continuously pass my complaint calls from department to department. Sprint currently owes me a little over $700 not including the number of hours spent talking to their degenerate customer service reps. My next step is legal action against Sprint. I’m so tired of these large corporations bulling everyday citizens who patronize their almost worthy organizations.

Tried to activate a backup phone since mine was busted and they wouldnt do it because the owner of the account wasnt with me; however, with the account pin I was able to do it over the phone, but had to wait much longer. The lack of services here was extremely inconvenient and the staff shrugged me off instead of suggesting any alternative. I wish I could give it negative stars.

Went to buy iPhone for my wife an I he end up selling us the phone but he gave us 3 extra phone those cheap phones for free I told him I only needed two phones the iPhones, I don’t need those extra phones but he insisted they are free 1 year service just cancel the services before the year he like you can gave them away or sell them, never mention we have to return them now am stock pay extra for 3 phones that I don’t have also I got to pay extra for not returning them he need to stop conning innocent people we all work hard for our money, he should be fired for taking advantage of innocent people
