Fake products that break with no warranty. Run from this place. (Picture is after one day and they wanted $10 to replace)

I went to buy new unlocked iPhone xs max after I compared all store prices. These guys are friendly and professional and they transferred all the stuff from my old phone to the new phone. They also gave me free case and screen protector. Coming back again to the store.

My son and I recently went in to buy a charger. They were about to close but they were nice enough to let us in, thank goodness too we had a long ride back and my phone was about too die. I would definitely recommend them.

Great service. I went to them for a cracked I phone screen, and the guy over there was very kind to me and fix the phone for me just on the time frame he told me about. Definitely I will come back to this store, since they also have a lot of small kitchen appliances with an affordable price.

Worst store ever. I wouldn’t even give it one star. I purchased a charger from them and it didn’t work when I took it home. And when I went to give it back they kept insisting that my phone had a problem. Do not go to this store. They sell fake stuff.

These people are crooks and liars DONT EVER GO HERE for anything! I went to change 3 cracked screens 1 phone and 2 ipads... my iphone got a blue glass screen! I told them i didnt ask for blue.. the lady and man have the nerve to say its not blue..i compared it with my new iphone xs and he says” you cant compare to a newer phone of course its different” i said alright and went to borrow a friends iphone 7 and once again compared now with no apologies says” well we have orinial clear screans for $150.00 i charged you only $75 for the blue” i said you should have said that from the begining.. these people are rude, dont care about customers returning back i guess.. oh yea and they are CASH only.. they told me this after doing the work when i tried paying with a card if you feel like getting screwed or dealing with dishonest people go there!

On yesterday Thursday, September 6th 2018 I purchased a pair of wireless bluetooth earbuds for $50 from a nice gentleman (middle eastern or Egyptian male). After getting home I removed the product from its packaging and plugged in the box/charger containing the pair of earbuds. After the recommended charge time was complete (about 2 hours) I removed the earbuds from the charging station and as I do with all of my electronic devices; gave it a lock over and notice a seam crack on one of the earbuds. I immediately returned the item to the store and the gentleman (merchant) started to make the assumption and/or suggestion that I dropped the $55 product causing it to crack. He said it was not cracked when he took them out of the package to show them to me before purchasing. I told him it was not nice or professional for him to make that assumption without merit and also for the value of the product it should not have any cracks. I also reminded him that he was the only person to remove and handle the items. He kept looking at the cracked earbud as though the seam /crack would somehow fuse itself back together. He finally called the store owner explaining the issue and (on speakerphone mode) ask him to bring another pair over. The owner said no problem, they will change them out saying, I dont have anymore of that particular brand but I do have a newer version and I will bring them over by end of day today. I was give a store credit receipt and was told they will have them by the end of the day. You can either come back before 7 or 8p tonight or tomorrow (Thursday, September 6th), the merchant exclaimed. Meanwhile, I was issued a store credit [where the merchant wrote store credit for $50.00 for 30 days, (whatever that means) on the receipt] and was told I would be contacted within the dates given. Today I called and was told by the merchant that the owner had not delivered them yet and they will call me as soon as the new replacement earbuds arrived.(MY RATING MAYBE ADJUSTED DEPENDING ON THE TIMING OF THE RESOLUTION) ...to be continued!
