I would have given 0 rating had google allowed me. Horrible customer experience. They have no clue as how to deal with customers. The simple reason why they are in business is because of the monopoly deal that they make with the schools in Jersey city. I have already raised this to the school management. If you talk to the store authorities, they will mostly talk about how good they are and their quality products(expensive means it should obliviously be a quality product). The store guy who I spoke with informed me that he was dealing with 5000 customers so he was overwhelmed😌

I like the staff. They are very nice but the wait time for uniforms is crazy it’s been a month since I ordered and I was told 3 weeks. Nobody even answers the phone when I call it goes straight to voicemail.

I gave 1 * as I could not give any negative. Worst place to get your kids uniforms. The t-shirts and sweatpants bubbles after one or two wash. The rubber prints of the logo comes out as well. To get such bad quality products you need to wait for 6 weeks.They don’t pick up your calls . They say they will text you, which you need to wait wait and wait …..Don’t ask for refund.

Horrible experience here dealt with owner brother Raoul and he very nasty with his mouth. We order uniforms 3 months ago they said they would text never did put have the stuff in store. Didnt want to refund our money at all just all lies. I wouldnt do it if I was anyone Id go to the ferry st uniform store.

Very unprofessional people. They sent me notification to pick up uniform after more than a month and the message clearly says to pick up uniform between 11:00 to 5:00PM FRI SAT but the shop was closed when I went there at 12:30 PM FRI.

Bought two masks. They worked well, returning to buy 2 more.Receipt # 5174Edit: Tried to get the $5 off by filling out the review on Google as the receipt stated and apparently its different if youre buying a mask... hahaha. The unhappy manager emerged from the back only acknowledging the employee and ignoring me and proceeded to tell her what I did was no eligible. Why am I playing a game of telephone with 3 adults? I would have let it go since its only $5, but next time how about you mention it on the receipt and at least fake a smile or even acknowledge a costumer standing in front of you. This is all directed at the manager or what-ever she is, the checkout girl at the front was a pleasure.Edit2: Since I cant reply to a false claim of me trying to return a mask. My comment was 8 months ago and you remembered me in particular from my profile picture?I needed several masks for work, as mentioned before the first edit, I was returning to buy 2 more which I did, but you did not let me use the coupon to buy the two additional masks.Please dont make up thing about your customers. Granted the wait. Take into account not many stores do embroidery that is as professional as Jays along with schools returning with hesitant. Im please beyond please with my order and placed another order upon pickup of first order.

An Update after using my white coat!Material looked great when i bought my white coat but than in just one wash, threads started coming out from so many places! Everywhere i can see threads popping out which looks very ugly and ultimately making white coat useless after just one week use.Not worth of the money!!Never going back thereNot recommended at all!!

I was impressed you the variety of choices at Jay’s, and the choices are wide! I purchased a scrub top that was made 90% polyester 10% spandex and it’s the most light and comfortable top I’ve ever purchased. I ended up purchasing two more through the website and had a minor purchase issue. However, the owner at the branch in union city personally dealt with my issue the same day within hours and my order was all set. I highly recommend this place and to visit in person as well.
