I LOOOOOVE Tonys !!!!! Ms Lisa is such a sweetheart and she will accommodate any of your needs, she is the best! Ive only been there twice but it is my favorite store when Im in the Journal Square Area! I always get a cheeseburger [Which are HUGE and worth every penny] but they have literally everything you would want at a Deli, including such friendly service ❤ Even her associates are JUST as nice as she is and THATS how you run a business! I am an extremely happy and proud customer.

This place is a UPS Access Point. Both times that Ive had packages left there, the staff have lied or refused to look for the package. I have had to return to the store multiple times in order to get my shipments.The excuses theyve given me:* The package scanner doesnt work at night and I need to return in the morning* They cant look for packages in the morning during rush hour (the store was empty)* The package didnt arrive (I got an email from UPS saying it was there, and, sure enough, I found it)Also, on two separate visits they left me alone in the backroom with dozens of other packages while I tried to find my own.
