They were really nice. I love how patient they were when I explained in detail the quality of product I was interested in purchasing. Price was decent too. Most try to push anything off on you for the sale.

After traveling from Beyond Savannah to Jesup to help my Father pickup furniture, over 2 hours of driving, we are met with a staff that doesnt speak to us and intentionally speaks to two white women behind us before acknowledging we are there. My father with money in hand asks the representative up front about his paperwork which was laying in plain sight on the counter since his arrival was expected. My father was set to pay a credible sum, over half, and finance the rest through the store per his conversation with Denise the day before. They spoke around 3 or 4 oclock in person as my father wanted to assure he could pick up the furniture with no problem . After we arrive today the attendant states that we can not finance through them but could outside finance. This is not what was spoken about yesterday and the young lady was privy to their conversation yesterday. She states that she spoke with their financier after Denise and my father spoke and was told that this is the way they would have to do it. When confronted about not contacting us even though we have multiple numbers on file, she stated she thought Denise did even though she stated that she was specifically the one that spoke with the financier. No notes or any indication lead to us believing they even imagined calling us. The financing is not an issue but the lack of decency to even consider telling us that the agreement would be altered is astonishing. We were not greeted, promised false goods, and now throughout it all they still want our money with no apology. We walked away off of principle. If this is the way they treat people like us, I dont suggest this store to anyone.

I went into the Jesup store to look for nightstands and also living room end tables...Im in a wheelchair and trying to hold the door open to go inside, while there was 2 store employees standing there talking to a customer who wasnt watching her child as he was blocking the doorway playing and not even bothering to get him out of the way or to hold the door open for me. So Im in the store at least 10 minutes and not one sales person greeted me or asked if they could assist with anything. It wasnt until it was apparent that I was leaving that a woman FINALLY asked Can I help you? WHATEVER ! I will never deal with this this particular Gibsons in Jesup Ga EVER...Very rude and totally unprofessional employees!!! My personal opinion is they need to fire every employee in there and hire professional sales people who know what customer service is all about!!!!
