Excellent customer service. Doreen and the crew took great care of my parents and I. My parents refrigerator broke and my mother has to keep her insulin cold. They delivered within 30 minutes of our purchase.. Very happy parents!!!!

Too long of a rant to go into detail. Ordered one item, received another. In order to get the item I wanted and had paid for, it would cost me an additional $70.00 +/-. It was their mistake but Paul said there was nothing he could do. Wont be shopping here.

Customer service at the location was just ok. Nobody communicated well with me as to when my treadmill would be delivered. Delivery team did their job. One guy had a major attitude and acted as if the fact he had to do what he was paid to do was driving him nuts. Other guy stayed positive and got the job done like he was supposed to.

Ordered a drill for pickup at the store. The order was ready within a few minutes. Sales associate was very helpful and friendly.
