Very poor selection of Xbox One games and sales clerk never seems too thrilled to be at work.

Every time we go in this location Everyone is always super helpful and friendly...

Their stock was extremely limited & prices werent great.

Ms Jessica is the best employee you have. Never a bad experience when she is at work. She goes above and beyond to make sure I and every other customer have everything we need.

Went to but a game and walked around the store with it in my hand guy didnt bother to tell me they didnt have it. He was kinda rude as well.

On Thursday I came into the store and got 3 pre owned games. Was given great service, when I got home one of the games wouldnt work. Came in on Friday, and Xiomara and her crew took care of me. I explained what was going on. They exchnaged the game for me. All smiles, great customer service. When I got home the game works great. Thank you so very much.

Special offers, very nice staff, a lot of games

Normally has what I am looking for. Sometimes the shelves are really out of stock though with the plush merchandise. The store feels cluttered with all the random merchandise that arent video games (the shirts, trading card decks, plush, etc.).

I would give this a zero but in order to leave a review I have to give this a one. This is the second time I have had to come all the way from hinesville to buy an item they claim they have in stock and after telling them I will be on the way later in the week they STILL sell the item I called less than a week before to reserve, and not only did the second time I came up here they didnt have my item they actually lost the sticker that was placed on my item and sold it anyway. I will never shop here again I rather save my gas and wait the week just to have my items shipped to my local game stop. Horrible customer service

Really crappy customer service I stood in line for 25 mins. While one women looked at paperwork. The other turns around walks past me ask someone looking at games if they needed help then. Checks them out in front of me. Just really crappy service.

I think its great but they keep runing out of amazing stuff like mystery minis but its call gamestop for a reason
