Went in cause customer service could not help me fully and they told me to go into a store. I was already in Jesup, so I went to Jesup store.#1 the people here are AMAZING (5 stars)#2 the man I talked to on 9/14/2021 at 2:26pm explained EXACTLY what I needed to do (another 5 stars). So now I am on my way to Hinesville corporate store so they can better assist me. The workers that worked there on this day deserve appreciation. Because this was the best customer service I have experienced.

Rude, workers do not know anything about what they are doing, or are just extremely lazy and does not want too. I actually caught one lying to me about a sale they were having. Nothing like it used to be. The employees used to be well trained, polite, and eager to please. Not any more at the Jesup, Ga store you are lucky if they even say they work there since they no longer wear uniforms. I wouldnt recommend anyone to visit this store for anything at all except to see the attitudes, conditions of the store and employees. Pure sorry excuse for what it was a 10/10 and dropped to a - neg/10. Ask anyone thats visited in the last year. Sorry store...

I went to the Vape Shop in this building. The guy was a sweetheart!! They have some really cool bongs, pipes and stuff. They also sale Delta 8 5% cannabis. I thought that was pretty cool. THC in Wayne County? Ok. I can dig it.

Had to buy a new phone went in and there was a Haji so that sucked then I couldnt tell who was helping me they kept handing my phone through 4 different people and not really talking to meThen tried to have them fix my daughters phone and they couldnt

Worst customer service ever, the employees do not want to help anyone with anything at all. They stand around with a line extremely long and does not even bother to ask if anyone needs help while they are not with any other customers. Worst AT&T ever.

Why bother going in? They cant help you with anything. Waste of time

Staff was very polite, but were unable to solve problem, besides saying, Time for a new phone. Was very upset. There were others who were waiting in line today for the same reason. A lot of apps stopped working and would be cought in a loop of crashing until you clear all open apps. This started after an AT&T update on 3/20 or 3/21.

Helpful but it took awhile

You usually have a long line to wait and they cant do anything but pay your bill and sell you new phones. Dont bother going if your phone is broken as they will just tell you to call for the warranty or insurance. They wont give you a replacement phone like Alltel would do.

Walked in to no greetings from anyone but the other customers sitting waiting to be helped. Sat and socialize with the three customers ahead of me for about 30 minutes watching other customers come in and leave also with no response to them. I finally decided to leave because the next person to be helped had already been there for over an hour waiting.

Do NOT try to call this store on the phone. Stayed on hold 10 min the first time and after 5 min into the 1nd time, I was just hung up on. The manager, Jessica, is nice enough, but if she cant manage to pick up a phone, shes of no use to me. Will just call AT&T direct- these sales people work in commission, right? Ill go to Hinesville.

Helpful card staff, until you sign the contract then they are helpful explaining why your bill higher they originally said.

The Jesup GA store has some wonderful people working there. Specifically Camile. So very helpful, sweet, funny, attentive. Very personal yet personable too. And she solved a long standing problem that I have been having regarding my TV. She hooked me up with direct with no dep, no installation fee, no nothing up front and I have a package that suits our needs to a Tee. I do not like the phone I bought but that has nothing to do with her. Thai was a referral by a friend. ZTE Maven is just as bad as all the other ZTE phones. Bit Im going back today and get a different phone and that will solve that issue. So in all great store, great service, great people and again ESPECIALLY CAMILE. We adore that girl.

I had to go & get my phone Note 9 less than a year old back on after New Software update, which today is 8/7/19, they got it back on finally, I did not have to wait for anybody, it was dead in there, guess all their customers that they did have went somewhere else, not sure, but really unusual to not have to wait for awhile to get helped
