I went this morning to get donuts and coffee, while in the drive-through I ordered a dozen donuts of the original glazed and tried to order two of the Boston cream two of the lemon filled and two of the cinnamon rolls and I want to each of those two separate however the girl kept trying to put them in a dozen and telling me she couldn’t put the cinnamon rolls in the dozen. After explaining to her three times I did not want half of a dozen she finally rang them up separately. I get up to the window I pay for my order and she tells me to have a nice day after handing me my donuts and I said what about the coffee that I ordered and she goes and disappears for a few more minutes then goes back and says oh well we can’t make that coffee but I can make you a regular iced coffee. I had already been charged for everything and I just said forget about it and left. VERY disappointed. L

Just had a pleasant visit taking our school 🏫 report cards in for free donuts 🍩. The employee Phillip was very kind to the kids and took the time to look over 👀 the reports and tell the kids good job!We got mini glazed donuts 🍩 for each A or good mark for the young ones.The factory 🏭 part of the restaurant was in high level production, with multiple employees working diligently. This is an excellent location to visit.

If you can give Krispy Kreme at this location anything but a 5 then you dont love a Krispy Kreme donut as much as me... and everybody else. Love their donuts and service is good too. Krista that works the drive thru is real nice and polite.

Great deals and friendly service.. a tip for those who likes the cream filling in the donuts though, unless you like them with very little cream ask them to inject extra cream in the donuts. Coffee is on point and you just cant beat the fresh dozens (warm).

I visited Krispy Kreme on saturday evening with my friend, she hadnt had these donuts in 3 years, we picked out 4 donuts the service we recieved from Anjel was superb. Just made us feel rightwelcomed and happy. So glad we visited here. For certain will be back. Thanks this was great experience. Donuts are fantasic!!!!! 5stars

Cannot believe of all the stock to not carry, Cruller?!? At least I was told they did not carry them after I wanted to add to our order (felt and sounded more like it would have just inconvenienced them by adding to my existing purchase). Staff really did not seem concerned with what we wanted or requested. Had to correct them on my simple 2 dozen order 3 times. 12 Choc Glazed, 6 Lemon Filled, 6 Raspberry Filled (wanted to add Crullers).

The donuts were hot and delicious (as always) but the girl in the drive-through that took our order was irritable, impatient and ultimately did not give us all of the donuts we ordered (she left out the chocolate iced glazed and gave us 3 extra original glazed instead). I can’t say we won’t be back, but if we do go back, I hope she’s not working.

Love Krispy Kreme especially when the Hot Now light is on. Their limited time key lime filled donuts were heavenly, hope they bring those back soon

Came through to get my son a doughnut, after we ordered we were asked if we had the Covid vaccine? I stated no and the guy said pull up. We get to the window and as he is taking my money I asked, what would the difference had been? He said if we are vaccinated we would get free doughnuts…. This is 100% discrimination. There would have been ZERO difference had he asked what color or gender I was! Will NEVER visit another KK location again, and it’s a shame too because it was my sons favorite. Duncan Doughnuts it is I guess.

I love KC normally, however we sat in the drive-thru for almost 10 minutes to purchase a dozen donuts, when we got home half the donuts were not what we had ordered.

We moved to the area over the summer of 2020 and I was glad to have a Krispy Kreme within reach. But on my first two visits I ordered an assorted dozen and half of what I asked for wasnt available. They werent apologetic about that at all. If anything, they seemed annoyed at me for ordering what they didnt have. After that I just never wanted to go back but I talked myself into it today. I was in the drive thru and halfway through my order the guy says impatiently, You need to wait, maam like I was the one being rude. I did wait, but then there was only silence for so long that cars behind me were leaving the line. I drove off, too.Going to this Krispy Kreme is always stressful and disappointing. I gave it three tries. I wont go back. Ill drive all the way to Bristol for Blackbird instead.

Its not often I can resist the gravitational pull that red light causes when it comes in to view. I dont think I need to explain why there are several glazed missing when I got home for the photo session either. These folks really are a cut above too. All of them are more than happy to help and very patient with every customer. Even though theyre swamped. Great place for great doughnuts! Consistently perfect each and every time.

Krispy Kreme donuts are great and we love to stop by (especially when they are hot) but this location isn’t good.The staff here isn’t friendly which is fine but they also move SOOO slow.Regardless of how busy they are it always takes a very long time to get a simple order of a couple of donuts because the physical speed the staff operates on is very slow.

They were understaffed but were doing a perfect job, I needed a replacement dozen where a previous order had been messed up, the hot sign was also on so of course Id try some doughnuts during the wait, and the mocha frozen drink, and my order was perfect. Drinks were amazing, the guy working was super kind, and the doughnuts were the best Ive ever had.

1/29/21 Bad experience. Coffee tasted extremely burned and stale, even in an iced coffee. Had to repeat my order several times and even then, a portion of my order was incorrect. In addition, the hot light was on, but there were no more fresh original glazed, which made me sad. The donuts were good as usual. Overall a disappointing way to waste $15, when the experience could have easily been a better one.

This is the bestest most bestest unbeatable and there is absolutely nowhere and nothing that could even come close to competing with this place. It will make a frown☹ literally turn itself back around😀😃😍🤩😀😃and the customer service is almost unbeatable and it has always been like that so its their tradition (not just under new management or whatever cause thats usually most places excuse when something goes bad) but not here its ALWAYS GREAT!!!! KEEP UP THE WONDERFUL SERVICE AND DOUGHNUTS YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME😀😃😃

Normally I have no problem with Krispy Kreme but yesterday was awful. I dont know if they were short handed, or what but I di know the I saw employees standing around talking when they could been waiting in customers. Drive thru was worse. By the time you were lucky enough to get to the window there was no one there andthe people that were there were standing around talking and acted like they didnt even notice us. After sitting at the wondow for 25-30 minutes theu decided to get our order but the person doing that obviously didnt know what they were doing and they screwed up our order but we did get it straightened out. I hope things get better because I love Krispy kreme.

I am a former employee. This place is the worst. I was lied to by the manager, from the very beginning. I was told that I would have help, and never did. I would work 11-12 hour days without a break, while the other employees were on break. Most of the other employees would just stand around and talk, or they would be on their phones. When I needed their help they either didnt help, or would came up with an excuse, for helping me. The managers and supervisors were incompetent, and liars.I wont go back to Krispy Kreme to work or eat a donut. Thanks for ruining donuts for me forever Krispy Kreme.

This location use to be good but the last several times we’ve gone there they are out of nearly everything we want. For the cost of a dozen donuts they should have a better selection, less limited supply and we as customers shouldn’t have to settle for other available selections. We weren’t wanting any specialty donuts...No regular cream filled, blueberry, chocolate covered custard, and no jelly filled.The customers behind me had a similar issue with the famous words ”We’re Out”! Also the service has dwindled. My last experience was down right horrible!!! I just don’t like going there anymore!

Terrible service and unknowledgeable about their own menu items. I order something listed on their website and told this doesn’t exist? Well website says it does and I guess you don’t know your own menu better then someone who just read your website? They are understaffed as well and always too crowded when you go. My order was wrong last time I went as well and it was a large preorder so it took a bit to get it and then they seemed mad at me that my order was big. I ordered ahead and they had the time they just don’t pay attention to detail I guess or apologize for their mistakes.

Best tasting donuts with multiple decisions of flavors. The birthday cake flavored donuts are a must try if youve not ever tried them. I didnt ever eat donuts until I tried one of the birthday cake flavors.

My visit was horrible. I pulled up and there were 3 cars ahead of me. I ordered, a large coffee with cream and 3 donuts, after sitting in line for 10 minutes I finally get to the window. It is 5 more minutes while at the drive thru window before the employee opens it up to confirm my order and tames payment. Then another 3 minutes to get my very basic order. This started 7:40 am and I pulled out ar 7:58. Dont go here if you have to be to work on time or leave an hour early just so you can sit and wait.

Dont get me wrong, I love KK and their doughnuts. But, this one did something that I hope they fix.I was waiting in line with my mom for 20 minutes, only to be told that they were out of doughnuts at the menu stop.I get they have things they need to do, but come on. Please tell your customers as soon as you run out.Heck, put out a sign that says youve run out where everyone can see it. Just please, doughnut disappoint us like this.

Nothing like a hot fresh glazed donuts to share with my coworkers.

Everytime I go through the drive-thru here it takes forever to place an order. Everyone has to wait. They take forever to take your order then forever to prepare it. It feels like only one person is running the whole place. Also if you are going through expecting to get a hot donut when the sign is on your very, very, very, very wrong. You better specifically ask for the hot fresh ones or you are getting cold donuts from the counter.

This location is consistently HORRIBLY SLOW. Unfortunately it’s the only Krispy Kreme nearby, although I’m tempted to drive all the way to Knoxville to avoid this location. The staff seem to hate their jobs, the kitchen doesn’t look particularly clean, and unless you have 30+ mins. to kill in the drive thru, you ought to steer clear of this Krispy Kreme. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

I went to Krispy Kreme yesterday, Oct. 16th, around 3 PM. Ordered a dozen assorted donuts, ALL of which were stale. ALSO ordered and paid for a large iced coffee, but received a small iced coffee. At first I thought that maybe the sizes were different here, but just checked and nope. In summary, Dunkin Donuts is better quality overall.

Line was horribly slow. Unfortunately the cashier seemed frustrated and quite honestly- not polite at all. But everyone has bad days once in a while. I would have suggested maybe she with in a different location, so she did not have to deal w/ customers.

I always like to try a new donut place when travelling. Unfortunately the place I had picked out this last trip wasnt open on Sunday. I decided go with Krispy Kreme, since they had a couple of new things to try.The restaurant itself was clean and the lady at the counter was helpful. I was in and out quickly; I suppose being a high-volume seller requires a level of efficiency that most smaller places do not have.My experience with Krispy Kreme, and this was no different, is that it is always a safe option. You are never going to get something amazing that you want to tell all of your friends about. However, you are also unlikely to buy anything that is inedible. It is consistent and above-average, like many fast-food restaurant chains. Sometimes that is exactly what I am looking for.

$1.50 for a mediocre donut? You have to be born, and raised in the South, to love that.

During COVID, Krispy crime is offering free donuts for 2020 graduates. I thought that is amazing. They asked that we have our gowns on however, due to being 5 hours away from the school I graduated from we didn’t have any kind of ceremony and we didn’t receive our caps and gowns. I called and the employee was extremely rude to me. I tried to explain my situation but he wouldn’t listen and was very rude on the phone. We already went through a lot this year, don’t try to give us “free donuts” if you aren’t even willing to listen to our situation. Not all of us had the luxury to receive an actual cap and gown. You would think showing a picture of my diploma would be enough, but he said no. I am very disappointed.

The last two times that I went to Kristy Kreme the service was BAD, the employee saw me standing there and just ignored me .I went there today and same thing, I finally got waited on but no one would take my money, so I just left. This is the one in Johnson City, TN.
