We had a consultation with Ross over the weekend and he was very professional and friendly from the first hello. He was running a few minutes behind the appointment time, but we were called by the company beforehand to let us know about the delay. Ross was never pushy or trying to sell us something which we’re grateful for because we never felt like we were being backed into a corner to buy. He gave us the facts and educated us to make it easier for us to make a decision which was something I really appreciated. He went over all the information we needed about warranties, cost, and installation while answering our questions along the way. Overall, my husband and I are super happy with the visit we received and are very excited to have our windows installed!

I had Appt. scheduled for 3:00 p.m. 3:30 rolled around then 4:00 and no one had showed, I called to let them know what had happened, the guy didnt seem to concerned, then about an hour later someone from Ohio called to tell me the usual story, that the sales rep was out of range and could not contact me, if he was supposed to be at my house at 3 why was he out of range? Bottom line is no one showed and i had 13 windows to replace, oh well life will go on.

Champion Windows Representative gave us a very good presentation for windows. We are excited for our new windows. Make sure you allot some time for the meeting. Our meeting lasted from start to finish about 3.5 hours.

At this time we are in the order stage, they did the measuring and now just waiting for product to start the work. We are having siding/gutters/facia/soffit/and two windows replaced. The siding will also include 3/8 wrap for insulate since my home didnt have any..

I did not post a review for this company. I agree that Brandon was great, but the quote was over $2500 above the next highest quote, and $4000 above the lowest from other installers for the same quality windows replacement which are guaranteed for life of the home.

Called champion for replacement of 15 windows and 2 entry door. After a week waiting on appointment and getting jobsite ready for measurements. Appointment was for 9 am its now 11.09 am and we havent seen a technician or even recieved a call so needless to say we will be taking our business elsewhere and id advise everyone else to do the same. My time is as valuable to me as everyone elses .

Champion windows is horrid in terms of customer service. Scheduled appointments are typically canceled and then 1 month later you have heard nothing. Their customer service either does not answer nor do they return calls.

We got hosed on the price and bought into thelifetime warrantybs.As time has gone by (20 years) we have fogger up windows and some broken latches.We get a corporate no help answer on the phone.Dont Do It.Go somewhere else.

First the good.Jordan was courtious and a good salesman. He sold me 6 windows that were way overpriced. They are good windows and the installer did a top notch installation.They were very punctual also. However after installation I checked with window world for an estimate on the remaining 5 windows.They were half the price of the champions and about the same quality( The same u factor rating and SHGC). I dont care what champion says their windows are not worth that much more. I was pricing window worlds 4000 series which is a window comparable to the champions.Googled window world verses champion windows and the 4000 series is comparable to champion. Wish I had chosen window world instead of champion. They both have a lifetime warranty and champion actually has more customer complaints than window world according to the BBB ratings.Window worlds warranty is transferable if you sell your home and Champions is not. I offered champion $1000 more than the price given by window world so The windows would match. Offer was declined so I will have half champions and half window world series 4000 it looks like. Buyers remorse.

I ordered a new window two months ago and it hasnt arrived yet. When I call my local Johnson City store, my call gets routed to the home offices in Cincinnati, where I have to explain what I need, then they transfer me back to the Johnson City store. Ive called 3 times (twice this week) and each time they tell me NO, they dont know where my window is, MAYBE it will be on the truck arriving in a few days, NO they wont know if my window is on the truck until they unload it. They finally agreed to contact the home office and said they would call me back THAT DAY. Four days later I still hadnt heard from them so I called again and got the same story again. The womans excuse was that 1) she hadnt learned anything yet, and 2) its been busy around here this week. So I have called Cincinnati again, been bounced around to 3 different departments - one of which wanted to transfer me back to JC - and I finally left a VM for someone named Summer, who can hopefully tell me when to expect my window. I hope to receive it during my lifetime.

Purchased sunroom in 2006. Room dropped about 2 inches. Called them up when they did show up they did everything in their power to convince me that the room was level. Mold was growing inside at the floor on their walls. Room wasnt sealed very well. I paid a 75 dollar service fee for this. They left. Later one of their workers that was with them called me and told me that they was wrong . He went around and adjusted all of my windows due to room dropping. I paid him later to come back on his own to raise my room .later, my roof began leaking. They returned and said it was my roof running the water into their room. I had a gable roof instslled when built. Champion does not want to cover anything and wants to blame the issues on something else. This has happened over the past several years. Now, the heating and air unit has gone bad. I was told that it was not covered as part of the room. So i get screwed again. Stay away from champion sunrooms,siding,and windows. Ceap cheap scamming company for the price a person pays to have a nice room.
