I have to give them zero stars. I was quoted for vinyl window vents. They did not replace them but just painted my existing. I still paid them in full as they gave me a 20 year warrantee for the paint not chipping. It has not even been 10 years and they are all peeling and I have called multiple times and been told they will come look. They never have and now they do not return any calls. I should never have paid them!

If you want customer service after paying, DONT go here. Multiple times since we had windows installed we had issues and they were very up front about not caring, telling us things like were focusing on new customers or the job isnt big enough for us to trouble with. Cant think of a poorer business model.

Warrantees are not worth anything here- they will give you one and once you pay, you will never get them to honor it.

It just so happens that Window Broker did my neighbors windows, and I talked to a guy about having some windows done at my moms house.They came over, looked at it, gave me a fair estimate, and they were there today actually (10/16/2020) to start the work, and it looks amazing already with the amount of wood work they had to do.I cannot wait to see the finish of what theyre doing.They have awesome communication, and great craftsmanship.

The Window Broker Inc has installed several windows, siding, and roofing for our home over the past several years. The quality of work and product has always met or exceed my expectations. The workers were professional and courteous when it came to interaction with both my wife and I as well as our home itself.I would recommend the company to anyone who is looking upgrade their existing windows, or just looking to spruce up the appearance of their home.

Contracted them for windows, roof and siding. Could not be happier. Quality products within our budget. Installers were knowledgeable and friendly. Worksite was clean at each end of workday. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Friendly and accommodating during the sale, but lacked follow through and did not live up to the requirements specified in the contract or drawings they provided. They did not clean up the grounds or even the windows they installed. Poor installation on a number of windows causing air leaks, not all the screens fit properly, defective windows were installed and installation of replacement trim was unsatisfactory (unfinished wood, cuts not straight, bad joints) and unprofessional. The installers damaged our homes siding and even removed insulation from behind our siding. The caulking installation was messy and it did not match the window color.
