I called for an appointment last week and was able to get in almost the next day. The tech that came out was very nice (Robby), he walked me through what needed to be done and even put my new system in that same day. He even programmed my car and showed me how to do my husbands for later. The price was very reasonable and the door closes so quiet. Would recommend to anyone!

One of our two Overhead Door Garage Doors got dinged during the March 21 hale storm. After appraisal, I contacted the local dealer who initially installed our doors (Wm. S Trimble Company) and Robbie came to the house and assessed our needs. The staff discovered it would cost less and be more efficient to replace the entire door vs 3 panels and that is what happened. Robbie handled all the removal and installation. Even coming back on a second trip to attach weather stripping since the cladding around the doors had to be replace by another service, first. We have had the garage doors since mid 2012. This is one great investment that weve made, in my opinion, in our home. I would not hesitate to buy them, again, if I needed garage doors. I am also assured that service will be prompt and skillful with service technicians like Robbie

We purchased our garage doors from Overhead Door Company of Johnson City almost 6 years ago. Great price and service back then. This morning we had an issue with one of the doors not closing. The tech (Robbie) was able to come out today (!!) and fix the issue. Great fast service and reasonable price for a great product!

Made a service call & within 3 hours they were here. Very prompt, professional &.friendly. Repairs were done in a most expedient time frame. Prices were reasonable. Highly recommend Over Head Door Johnson City.

So far I’m giving this company a 1 star rating based on the fact that we’ve been in contact for nearly 3 months and our problem has still only half way been addressed. We paid for parts to be ordered and installed on an automatic gate opening our property. Part of the equipment was installed in early December, 2018. Now we are mid January, 2019 and we’ve heard nothing but excuses. They claimed not to be able to manually push the gate open that our daughter has been manually operating. “We will be back first thing in the morning rain or shine” to be told now if immediate family deaths, knee surgery, salesmen aren’t allowed to do field work and “it’s rainjng”. There has been another promise made to return tomorrow, but I’ve lost faith in any promises at this point. I’m just hoping this issue is resolved ASAP.

One of the slowest companies to deal with I have ever seen. Every time I call about parts or service it is painful like pulling teeth. Other Overhead Door distributors that I have talked with are great. I dont know why this one is so slow.

On time, professional, reasonable prices. They are my new go-to garage door guys.
