We ordered our spa during the height of production slow down during the pandemic of 2020, with a projected delivery date of spring 2021. Then with unprecedented weather events where the products & parts are made in the United States we had an additional delay. However I am here to tell you it is absolutely worth the wait!! Good Things come to those who wait! First of all Anastasia does a phenomenal job with sales before, during and after your purchase! Very knowledgeable and detailed to help you with everything you could possibly need. The installation crew was timely, courteous and also very knowledgeable! The Service guys that come out if needed were fantastic as well. One of our absolute favorite parts of the Bullfrog Spas (besides the awesome staff they have) is the customizable part of the tub. You can choose the jet packs that you like for your own personal taste!! You will NOT find this anywhere else! Sure there are cheaper models of spa tubs out there, but if you are going to have this for years to come make the investment to get WHAT YOU WANT the very first time!! You will not be disappointed.

I went to a dealer 40 minutes away called ahead they had told me they had my hot tub filters got there and they were wrong. Then calling around no one could get them finally I was given Bullfrog spas of Tri Cities number Anastasia answered I told her the part number and what I needed she even texted pictures to me to assure it was the right filters. When I made the full 2 hour 19 minute trip Anastasia and Patty had the filters waiting on me and were happy to help with other purchases that I needed to make as well. Excellent customer service and a clean environment with nice options. Thank you for coming through for me !

All delivery personnel were extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. They took all the time needed to explain the workings of the spa and executed any demonstrations that were requested.The entire process from purchase to delivery was handled flawlessly.

Very customer centered service. Every individual we encountered was personable and friendly. We had ordered our hot tub to be delivered in March. There were many complications surrounding COVID-19 and weather delays. The staff went to great lengths to communicate unforeseen delays and reset our expectations. Overall, they were very professional and offered great service.

This place is the only place to buy a hot tub!!! My wife and I bought a Bullfrog R7L spa and after about 3 months of use noticed the shell was bubbling in a few places. I contacted Anastasia and she asked if I could take a couple photos of the problem and send them to her (by the way she is always there for my wife and I when we need something or have a question about the hot tub). I said sure and in no time it seemed she contacted us and was very apologetic and said that she was ordering us a replacement tub and would contact us when it came in to schedule delivery. When the tub came in she contacted us and we scheduled a delivery date and she explained the guys delivering the tub would be doing everything for us from setup, hooking up electrical, and even filling the tub and starting it to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and the day of delivery that is exactly what they did. They were great! They went above and beyond! They are a great group of guys, so down to earth but professional at the same time. The delivery guys and Anastasia were so apologetic from beginning to end that this happened to us. I know sometimes in business things just happen that’s out of your control and it’s how you react to those situations when it does and I can say Bullfrog spas of the Tricities handled the situation above and beyond any of my wife and I’s expectations! Before I bought a hot tub from them I thought customer service was a thing of the past but they have proven me wrong. I just want to say thank you again to everyone at Bullfrog spas of the Tricities. You guys are great!!!

We recently bought a new home sight unseen (unfortunately the time we allotted to see homes in person brought us nothing and we needed somewhere to live.) In the pictures there was a hot tub! I was so excited only to find out it hadnt been used for over a decade!!! Because it was in ground I was determined to replace it, but also terrified of what it would cost with install and everything. We found bullfrog on a Google search and it was our first stop to check things out. Mark greeted us when we visited the store and showed us around. Knowing our budget concerns he explained that they do a 0 interest financing plan for 5 years. Absolutely more than enough time to pay it off, long before ever paying any interest!!! I didnt even need to think about shopping around anymore!!! Not only was he friendly, but he wasnt pushy!!!! We originally decided on their cheapest model (because it was the only one they had in the shape and size we needed to not alter our decking.) He never made us feel like we needed to upgrade or that our purchase wasnt good enough for him. He seemed genuinely happy that we found exactly what we wanted!!! If you know pushy commission salesmen - you know the feeling of walking away after a big purchase, feeling like an inconvenient customer that isnt worth their time. Its awful, but Mark (and the whole team) at bullfrog is committed to making your dream come true ON YOUR BUDGET!!! While never making you feel bad about how much you spent.Ive been back a few times to have our water checked and to buy chemicals. Mark always greets me with a smile, knows me by name, and is always happy to help answer questions!
