These stores are always classy and the employees usually are very informative of your alcoholic needs. Also they actually have a decent little selection of alcoholic games and gizmos if you will (i.e. funny type shot glasses,, wine stuff, a few little card games, etc) Dont really see too much of that stuff at other establishments.

Needed something for a small gathering and they had everything. This place is always clean and smell good inside.

I drove up from Asheville and boy am I did. I found this little spot of heaven with a great selection and warm smiles. Prices are fair and the staff is eager to help. Will definitely be back.

Staff was great and though not a local elite, as inferred somewhere by a misguided reviewer here, they cheerfully provided me with a bottle from the very allocated Buffalo Trace distillery. Great place! All the employees there are always welcoming and friendly. They make u feel right at home soon as u come thru the door. They also know my husbands order by heart now lol. Will be going back!!

They have an average selection of spirits. Its a local store with decent staff but it seems unorganized and cluttered. They price gouge and hide desired liquors for the elite if Johnson City so dont get your hopes up on getting anything good here.

Other then I frequently visit this store, the cashier in the front was exceptional. My credit card declined when I new that.was impossible. The little slider thing refused to take it. So, I checked the balance and all was good. I suggested to type in the info, and she guided me from there. Of course, after info was entered, it went right through.I dont know the girls name but, she deserves recognition for going far and beyond to help a customer. The date was 5/21/9/19. Time was approximately 2:00 pm. Shout out for this store. I would recommend it to everybody!

Called this store at 6:19pm while I was on the way to triple check that I could still purchase alcohol even though it’s sunday and a technically a holiday. The website says they are open until 7. Someone answered, confirmed, and I literally said “Okay, wonderful I will see you in a few minutes.” And this man replied “Okay, great”. Showed up minutes later to watch him PEEL OUT AND DRIVE OFF! I called two more times at 6:38. What a jerk. Me and 6 other customers were in disbelief, now we are all on our way to East Side Liquor and Wines because they promised to stay open until 7.

This store has great people and the cheapest prices in town. Not to mention they will have what you need. 10/10 highly recommended this package store if you are ready for a good time with friends and family.

The associate that assisted me was very knowledgeable about various liquors I was looking at. She gave me great advice on what to purchase, and what was comparable to a much pricier alcohol that I was seeking. Very friendly, and very helpful.

Terrible customer service. When I had asked prices about some of there stock (a barrel of liquor) they had stated that there bosses time was wwort more then my money. And so I returned what i had already purchased since my money wasnt worth there time.

My wife goes in for me two times a week and they are always nice to her. They are very knowledgable and helpful. And have helped her get me differnt stuff if i dont wanted what i normally get or if by some small chance they dont have it in stock at the moment i would recommed to anyone

I went there to purchase some beverages but they did not have the right size or product I wanted. We looked forever and decided on something, when a blonde female manager asked to look in my purse. I was shocked and allowed her to look while my friend was checking out. Instead of apologizing to me, she tried to justify herself by saying she can legally ask anyone to search them andit looked like a bottle was missing where we were standing. I am the only person search and african american. I would love to speak to a manager or owner. I will never go back there. I will never suggest anyone to go there.

I am so dissapointed in this place! Its been about a week or so ago before I went in there. It was my 1st time in there and granted, I didnt dress up or wear my nice clothes that day because it was my day off and I just didnt want to! Apparently, I looked so bad that there was a young lady in there who couldnt keep her eyes off of me! I felt that they thought I was going to try to steal something! It pissed me off because I didnt dress up and this younger lady with long blonde hair kept staring at me like I was going to run off with a cheap bottle of wine! I work in retail. Customer Service is HUGE! And this rude lady would be a better fit to work in a morgue where no one can complain! So...I didnt buy anything. I walked out to leave her wondering. Just Rude! I couldnt really see her name but I do know that it started with a K. Like Kameron or something like that. If you want good customer service....this is not the place to go!
