These guys are extremely professional and keep you updated on the status of your vehicle. Obviously if you take your car there to get worked on youll pay dealership prices. But you do get exceptional service.

Had an appointment scheduled with service for a number of what was believed to be electrical issues. Took the vehicle in for repairs and reviewed the issues (dash lights, windows, and wipers) once again on a Wednesday. Was called on Friday saying that a $600 fix was needed to resolve all the issues I was experiencing. I told them to go ahead and fix the problem and I was told they would call once it was finished. Fast forward to Monday afternoon when I see the car parked outside. I stop in to see whats going on and Im told yeah its done your good to go but they must of forgot to call you Ok?... but after I pay and get in the car to check it all and everything except the wipers is now working. I go in and they say oh well pull it back in to see. Fast forward an hr and now theyre telling me itll be another 478 plus tax to fix the wipers issues and that they didnt have any notes on the account regarding the issue? So your having electrical issues and youve been told numerous times of the issues but you replaced a part and never even checked everything before pulling it out? My guess is either they love to juice customers for every penny possible or someone replaced a part that didnt work as they thought it would and wouldnt own up to their mistake. Extremely poor quality work and customer service
Buy with confidence from these guys. Received a great deal on a used Lexus, vehicle was in better shape than advertised. Had a minor issue with an O2 sensor, I took it to my local shop to get it fixed, sent the bill to Scott Long at Laurel, and he sent me a check for the cost. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Scott, he was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. You wont be disappointed.
Started great, Salesman Steve was fantastic, but what happens after the sale is what matters. I live out of town and when I test drove the car there was a known brake issue to a certified vehicle. I was told if it still happened when I got home they would pay a local dealer to fix. The problem continued and I had the repairs done. Im 48 days later and have yet to receive a $1900 refund they promised to mail me.
BMW service is the best. The staff is very friendly and helpful and always explains in detail what needs done and what they did. Im always treated fairly and I feel confident when I leave that my issues are resolved
They also have a wonderful pet therapy dog up there named Emma while youre waiting for your vehicle

I rarely, if ever, leave reviews for anything, but I feel compelled to do after my recent experience with the Laurel BMW & Laurel Nissan staff.I had been searching for a coupe to replace my current SUV for various reasons when I found a previously owned Infiniti at Laurel BMW. Past experiences with other dealerships have left me bitter towards the car buying experience, but I was elated after speaking with Beth Bailey & Steven McClain. They were incredibly polite, accommodating, and personable. I ultimately purchased the vehicle and left there feeling respected. I can honestly say that it was the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had.Unfortunately, in the ensuing weeks, I discovered minor issues with the car, that were either not present or unable to be detected on the test drive, that caused some concern (air bag light & water intrusion). In that Infiniti is manufactured by Nissan, I scheduled an appointment at Laurel Nissan to have the problems diagnosed.Throughout diagnosing and subsequent repair, I spoke with both Jared Sowerbrower and Jamie Shustrick, both of whom were just as incredible as Beth and Scott. Jared and Jamie never wavered in their professionalism as I bombarded them with questions and they left me feeling confident that they cared about my vehicle as much as I do.In the end, I was relieved to only receive a nominal bill, thanks to Scott Yeager, which could have been significantly worse since the vehicle was purchased without any warranty. I took a chance in that aspect, but fortunately the wonderful people at Laurel BMW one-upped themselves and impressed me more than I already was.I wish to extend a sincere and heartfelt thank you to all those mentioned for making me feel so appreciated and respected throughout this entire experience. I also wish to thank the service technician(s) who worked so diligently in diagnosing and repairing my vehicle. I take pride in my vehicle, so to have it in the hands of people I feel confident in, puts my mind at ease.I wish that all those mentioned could know how much they’re appreciated.I am incredibly impressed with Laurel BMW and Laurel Nissan.
