Got a new phone and the customer service was excellent very helpful thank you so much

I bought 2 Apple iPhones cash was surprised no discount was offered .On one of the phones the employee couldnt transfer my contacts over to my new IPhone so it had to be done manually. Never owned an iPhone before but I was told its not hard to learn. I Went back 2 days later to see if I could just switch back to my Android the stylus, was told I can return it within 7 days but wont receive my activations charges $25.00 x 2 and $60.00 x2 for the month they want paid in advance even if I was going to stay with a different phone and plan I would have to pay all those fees again instead of cricket just transferring it and staying with there business. Doesnt make any sense but Im not giving $170.00 to them and not use there service for 1 month. You learn from your mistakes. One way or another 📞

I always forget this store location as it is somewhat tucked behind Central Parks Gazebo. I only needed a Pop Socket for my phone, and this is 1 of 2 phone stores downtown.Excellent customer service.Thanks, Cricket !

My experience at cricket was great. They were friendly and helped me to transfer my pictures and contacts to my new phone.they also were very knowledgeable about the phones .I also purchased a smart watch that I love all the features on it.im loving their service. I would buy another phonein a minute from them.

I bought the phone and its good I like the phone and I paid $55 for the plan and its OK for me .Employee were really friendly and helpful. They help me to transfer my contact and pictures to my new phone .Im very happy now there are two peoples to work we dont have to wait for long .

I bought a iphone from this store 4 months ago, at the time they set up my phone and even helped me to transfer all data from my old phone, recently I need to leave out of country, I went to strore they taught me how to make use of the phone without the cricket wireless. Extreamly well customer service, super nice people. The service is beyond my expectation. I could not say thanks enough to them.

Great service and decent prices. I get the 70$ plan ...unlimited talk and text, and UNLIMITED high speed data..woop woop!!! My wife gets a 10$ off credit because we combined our lines. So $130 for both. UNLIMITED. They are always very kind and helpful regarding any questions about our phones. Anup one of the sales reps. Is a cool dude and they will do whatever they can to convince you to but. I have gotten some great deals there!

They phone we got from the store we reported it broke June 16th didn t get it back till July 15th only want to credit account 15 dollars instead of the 50 we paid for service!

They allow they workers to steal from customers and then make the customers pay for the worker mistakes just happened to me
