Lonnie was amazing. We upgraded 1 of the phones that had over 2200 pictures. Transfering took very long with many set backs. He remained calm cheerful and professional throughout it all, all whole working with another customer at the same time. I do not know how he did it and remained sane. Very happy with everything he did for us. The store itself was also very welcoming and clean.

Last week my phone just would not work.I was at the store at 10am when they opened. I was helped by the young lady working as I walked in. She did everything possible to fix my phone. She gave me the number to IT and said if Id call they would talk me through how to fix it .With this being my home phone I was like ok and decided to check out my options. Thats when Tylor came and helped me out. He was able to get me a awesome phone and was very professional and kind. Although it took over an hour to get everything taken care of, he did it and with a smile and he was very knowledgeable.

When I first arrived the doors were locked, and if said go call to reserve a spot in line. I called and followed the rules, but I was skipped! We have been dealing with Patrick Geiser from the Verizon store on Scalp Ave in Johnstown Pennsylvania for years, he is knowledgeable of which plans that are offered & he is friendly & professional. We just updated our phones to the Pixel-4a-5G-UW. Always prompt service at the store but we still experience spotty or no signal in rural areas.

Just wanted to give a big shout out to Jennifer for her excellent customer service and ability to multitask. The store was swamped and she took the time needed with each customer while working with a sense of urgency to help alleviate the backlog of customers. All the while, she maintained a positive attitude, even towards customers who werent happy about their wait as well as towards her coworker, who was not nearly as helpful and efficient.

Walked in they were busy. No greeting. Waited about 20 minutes then left. I am going to find another phone service.

Fon was not working properly and gentleman there straightened it out and set me up with a great plan

Love this place!! My phone got soaked so I needed a new one, I was dreading going to the galleria store and waiting for my turn then having to rush through a new phone purchase. I stopped at The Scalp Ave store and was greeted by Pat. He was FANTASTIC! He didnt pressure me into getting what I didnt need, explained everything clearly and most important, he took the time to help me figure out my password problem.It was one of the best retail experience I have ever had! Give that guy a raise!!!

The person who helped me at this store didnt lie and gave me useful information that I didnt know as he quickly and efficiently helped me with what I came in for.
