My wife and I brought the Samsung Galaxy AO2s and the cashier asked did we want cases for our phones and we did but she picked out the cases that would fit our phones so we picked out the ones we liked but come to find out she sold us cases that did not fit our phones, $44 for nothing. I keep having a problem with my phone and they keep talking about its solved but its not, they need workers who knows what they are doing besides selling a phone and knowing how to activate it.

I have had this service for over a year now. I just up graded because my ringer/ speaker stopped working. Carrie helped me get a new phone. Im happy with. My phone. Other people are right, you can not get services everywhere but it cheaper then other phone services and you can keep your old phone when you up grade.

Watch out for these guys .they will try to sweet talk you into comming into their store and when you get there the deal changes and they still try to sell you something of way lesser value,bas basica con artists because theyre trying to sell you service that appearently does not work in doors and is missing service in alot of near by areas in Johnstown .they sucks 👎

Horrible cell service and the staff repeatedly lie about the coverage areas so they can get your service .Go anywhere but not here .
