This place took my mother for a ride and lied to her about the price of the phone she was upgrading to. They did credit us back 200 dollars for lies they told my mother. They also added insurance onto her phone without her agreeing to it either. I would think twice before visiting this tmobile store. Also I contacted the regional manager about this and he obviously could care less about the whole situation not to respond back to me.

I was having the worst day possible..my phone got messed up by a guy in the galleria mall literally it wouldn’t turn on or nothing. I went to every phone store in the mall and nobody was giving me prices I wanted I really was giving up on trying to buy another phone until I went into sprint in the Galleria Mall where I was greeted with nothing but friendliness. Jadon, Brett, Jena, and David gave me the best experience I would ever have they helped me open an account with sprint that was not only affordable for me but was cheaper than all the other phone places I went to!! From the moment I walked into that store it was nothing but good vibes all smiles and laughs I really appreciate the warm welcoming they brought to me after having what was one of the worst days turn into a big blessing!!!!!!! I give complete Thanks to all those workers and really hope good things happen to them!!!!!!

They were amazing David and the whole team were amazing took a while to get everything set up but so worth it they even went out of the way and got my kids a milkshake and chicken nuggets.

Said they would order a replacement phone. A week later check on it and was told they could order it that day and it would be in in a week. That the person the week before must have forgotten. Called the next day to check on it and make sure it was ordered and the phone was busy for an entire 1/2 hour before closing time. (9pm on a Friday night). How convenient

Avoid this company at all costs in johnstown. They brag about how fast their LTE service is and Im sure it is.....if you can ever find it. You will enjoy countless hours of being in extended service literally everywhere. Your texts will never send, you calls will never go through. Dont worry though, youll still run through all your data in a two week span.

Promise you anything, but only deliver what they have to. I go to the Altoona Sprint store now. Much better service.

Awful customer service. Unprofessional except for 2 employees. The service is awful too. Would never recommend to anyone. And your chances of getting someone that speaks clear and fluent English from corporate is impossible. Its a waste of time and money.

Never in my life have I experienced such unprofessional customer service. My father and I went into the Johnstown Sprint store in the Galleria to get a new phone for an existing plan. First, my father arrived and the associate tells the store manager we need to be waited on. The store manager then proceeds to leave the store to answer a phone call. We patiently waited for him to come back, and then he proceeds to rush is through the process. My father asks him to slow down and the manager responds by stating no that is his personality. Then the manager tells us he is not going to serve us and to get out. Very disappointed with the customer service and outright disrespect given to us by this man. It’s unfortunate that this is the only sprint store in Johnstown. Looks like we will have to be making road trips to Altoona any time we need a service done.

The manager (I think he is the manager) was Sitting there munching on pretzels pieces flying everywhere talking with his mouth full. Ugh disgusting. I do not recommend coming here. But if you do and you see a man named bob leave and come back when he is not around. He is rude and disgusting!

This store is the absolute worst store in the world. Ive been waiting for a replacement phone for two weeks. I call in almost everyday and they tell me sorry your phone wasnt in the shipment. Ive called sprint customer service and they have a 3 way conference with the store and it dont seem to help. It was originally supposed to take 2-3 days for a replacement, then it was our fault cause our Apple ID was on and it wouldnt allow them to order a phone. So they ordered our phone a week later and said would be there in 2 days...... Well 3 days later and no phone. If you could avoid this store it would be the best choice you could make. Needless to say when I get my replacement phone Im going to AT&T. This place sucks so bad.

My phone was broken and they ordered me a new one with no problem. People there are very nice and service is fast.

The manager, I think his name is bob is very rude. I asked a rep to help me with my bill and then asked for a manager. When this guy came over and started talking to me the first thing I noticed is that his breathe smelled like he had a chew in his mouth and to make a long story short he told me he couldnt do anything to help me. He told me to call customer service. I asked him if I could pay my bill and he told me that they only took cash. What kind of business only takes cash? I will never go back.
