Actually had a good day of shopping I got lots of dales and really good sales at JCPenney. Came home with a couple big bags full.

NO WORKERS AND COULDNT GET THE RIGHT ATTENTION FROM A CLERK IN COSMETICS. I HOPE IT LOOKS LOVELY ON ME.

Staff was helpful but the dressing rooms could be cleaner

Great selection of clothes and adult shoes. The kids shoe section is small but still has a nice selection. The kitchen section used to be alot bigger but now its all crammed into one small area. The bending and bathroom sections are also decent . They also have nice sales on once in awhile and some competitive rewards programs.Theyd probably be doing alot better if they were attached to be almost empty corpse of the Galleria mall.All together, Id say definitely a good place for buying clothes and some odds and ends

This place was the same as my post about Boscovs, no selection clothes wrinkled dont have the sizes you want and we are average employees dont care about you and if you want help you need to find someone even to check you out if you do find something you want your extremely lucky

The salon was professional, yet relaxing durning the CoVid Era. All the girls were pleasant.Definitely will be going back to get my hair done with Emily once again. Her work is remarkable.

It seemed to me that the prices have gone up a lot. I have the Pennys app on my phone, so I thought with the coupons it would still be affordable. As usual, none of the coupons would work towards my purchase. Pennys was once my favorite place to shop. I worked my way up to platinum card. That no longer helps either. Sadly Im disappointed. I rarely shop there anymore.

Lot of summer clearance items, seemed more of that than Fall atire available in ladies fashions. I did find 2 pair of pants on clearance that will work for fall. And in talls. That is rare, so I was a happy shopper. Checked out dress shoes. Not much. More sandals and evening dress shoes. Glad for the good finds, but not much else to shop and peruse.

My cashier Sarah was wonderful. She told me about the coupon for an extra percentage off. She was very nice! And Rose waited on my sister and she was very nice too!!

Was very disappointed today when I visited the store... I often wonder if the store is closing for good... Will be shopping online and hopefully I can find what I am looking for.....

Have a great selection of things you need. Clean and neat. Employees are friendly and willing to help. My wife and her family love the place. This store is going strong in the mall. It is nice to have a department store like this in town. If you havent, stop on by and check them out.

Offering numerous discounts. Employees are going out of their way to say hello and make you feel welcome. Fairly good selections on clothing available . Music played in store was not the best. We used to be big shoppers at Pennys, if the people keep making us feel welcome we may start doing more shopping there.

Only getting 1 star cause I cant rate 0 ... went to buy sandles on sale rack for $18 she rings them up and says their $30 said she couldnt leave her spot but if we took a pic of the sign she would give em to me... so we did...she still said that we were wrong so needless to say I didnt buy them... there were at least 20 pairs of the same sandles on the rack also so it wasnt like they were put in wrong space

Went to the salon inside of JCPenney and was greeted minutes after check in by my stylist (Amber) she was kind funny and I had a very enjoyable experience I will recommend anyone looking for a cut to go see Amber

Went in for a quick haircut.. service was quick and efficient and very friendly staff overall. Not a single complaint to be had

They are always very helpful. The sales are great! You can get name brand stuff cheap. There exersion brand clothing is amazing. My family likes that brand as much as Nike. They also always have my size.

The boys section that my 8 year old and I usually frequent was behind a plastic barrier. We were returning a couple of items & will go to area we shop next visit. Sales clerk was cordial and efficient, as per usual.

Was great to go there and take the kids for the crafts. Kids really loved it.

That place is crazy on some things. We wanted to put up new curtains in are bedroom. They wanted $90 for curtains n $120 for a rod. They were a little off that on sale but still way way too much for what you get.

I wish the Galleria would make a comeback. Ive been to so many other jcpenney that are doing just fine but this one has very poor selection and is always dead. I think boscovs is the only store in that mall that is always busy.

Ive been going to JCPennys for a hair cut now for the last two years. The service from these ladies is awesome. The wait is short, or none at all, depending on your time of arrival. They greet you with a smile and get you setup quickly. Ill continue to get my haircut here, as the service brings be back everytime.

I dont like this particular store. The staff arent friendly or helpful, and I always end up walking around the store trying to find a register with someone behind it. I try to avoid the store if I can help it, but they carry a lot of the vrand names my wife likes. So...

I love JcPenney due to there great deals on long length big/tall clothes for men. I have 3 men who I always want them looking their BEST!!

I used to like shopping at this particular JCPennys but this store has gone down hill. Their big and tall selection has declined and there are empty areas in the store. I know they spent money on remodeling but there has to be new products with more sizes available in store.

I think it was may of this year i had hair way down my back i wanted it layered and the front cut that it it was short an layered back she made it two different lengths i didnt say anything but this was awful i wont go backnow i have to wait to it grows out and have it re cut some where but where in Johnstown where someone knows what their doing what a mess
