Very pleased with every step involved with purchasing my new mattress from Mattress Warehouse. From being treated as a valued customer by Mike my salesperson. To the great sale price and incentives offered at the time of purchase. Delivery was fast. Less than a week and the delivery service left messages when to expect them. The showed up as promised and cleaned up after themselves. I love my new mattress!

My fiancee and I came in to look at new beds the last week of August to see if we could find one to give us a more comfortable sleep than our old spring mattress. Tony was the representative that greeted us when we entered and he asked us if we had any idea what kind of mattress we were looking for. We had no idea what we wanted so he had us take a test that we laid on a bed hooked up to sensors to check where our pressure spots are when we lay down in our sleep positions. The test gave Tony a list of mattresses that it suggested based off of our results so we gave them all a try to see how they felt. We picked one that we liked but didnt make a purchase that day. Tony explained all the current promotions that were currently going on and told us that we had a good bit of time before they ended to make a decision.We decided to go back to this store on labor day, Monday, September 6th, 2021 to make our purchase. Tony was there this day and another associate, Michael, was also there. We explained to them that we wanted to purchase the one adjustable bed that we felt very comfortable laying down in so Michael walked us through the process. We were planning on paying cash for the entire bed but there was a promotion for a $100 visa gift card if you financed at least $1,000 through their finance company so we decided to apply for their credit card. We were approved for a decent size credit limit so we financed what we needed to for the promotion and paid cash for the rest.These guys not only made the entire process so easy, but they also gave us a huge discount on other sleep accessories such as pillows and a mattress protector! I cant wait until our new bed arrives in a few days to finally have a good night sleep!I highly recommend using the Mattress Warehouse of Johnstown, PA for anyone looking for a new, comfortable bed at unbeatable prices!

Bought a mattress with a “lifetime warranty” 6 months later the mattress has sunk in the middle to the point I lay on a side and feel like I’m falling in it. Called and complained they sent someone to my house. He took photos and measurements then I got an email stating that it was perfectly normal. My neck and back feel otherwise. You’d think for the money I spent on that mattress it would last longer than just a few months.

Our salesman was fantastic! He spent over an hour with us going over options and recommendations without trying to push us into a specific mattress or brand. We bought a mattress for our master bedroom and will buy another one tonight for our guest room.

I like the fact they gave me the freedom to browse without being on my heels but was very quick to answer all questions. Moustafa was awesome. After having looked at several other mattress store my wife and I stopped in on Saturday evening A little before closing. My husband and I were looking for a mattress I wanted to buy one online and be done. He convinced me to go up to mattress warehouse, I was a little annoyed well because I didn’t feel like it lol. But I’m so glad he did! Moustafa was nothing but kind and understanding! We didn’t realize that picking out a mattress was so intense! It was a total different experience than I had at mattress firm a year or 2 ago. Moustafa was so informative and helped up not only get a great mattress but understood our price range. With Covid I figured we wouldn’t be able to even lay on the mattress’ but with bed covers, which I think is a smart thing even if Covid wasn’t here, it felt like a clean atmosphere. There was 2 other couples that came in while We were in there Moustafa didn’t just send us on our way and said try these and left us. He helped us and helped the other couple. He didn’t make us feel like a sale number. I wouldn’t just recommend mattress warehouse but I would definitely recommend going to see moustafa at mattress warehouse! Harry and Mostafa are great people and are willing to put in the extra mile out of their own time and effort to help you out. They were awesome people and respectful to my house by cleaning up and making sure they didn’t make the house muddy/ snow everywhere.There was a mix up during the delivery and mostafa was there to help. Harry Rob and Mustafa were very helpful while we were shopping for our mattress but we had a lot of issues with customer service from mattress warehouse headquarters and the delivery people. The first crew were unable to figure out how to get the mattress in our house. The second crew came and they got the mattress in. The wrong bed frame was brought to our house and the mattress had a stain. I was told that we would receive an email stating that the stain would not void our warranty however I never received the email after several phone calls. I wish I could go back and purchase a mattress elsewhere. We did get a discount for our delivery issues but that was not the end of our issues with mattress warehouse unfortunately.

My wife and I began our mattress buying process about a week ago. Moustafa walked us through the process of choosing the correct mattress and was incredibly thorough when explaining the differences between different models. After shopping a couple other mattress stores we learned that Moustafa and Harry are better trained and well versed in mattress sales than other stores in the area! Stopped in yesterday to look for a king mattress. Salesman was rude and downright ignorant. Didnt even leave his chair to talk to me. Never will visit another store like this. Purchased elsewhere. Also advised me that I will not find any king mattresss in stock anywhere in the area. Found one in stock right down the road at big lots.
