If you go into this location I recommend going to her or asking for her! Loved the way she explained everything in depth and gave us options and was very patient. I have been a Lens Crafters customer for years, and I would say today was my best experience EVER! I walked in to find a pair of replacement prescription Ray Ban sunglasses. Although my style was no longer available, Taylor showed me the most comparable styles. She then explained all the lens options, etc. I was sold almost immediately. Taylor then re-verified all my prescription info for accuracy and had me checked out in minutes. She was highly knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Very fast, showed up early and both children got taken back right away. Optometrist was friendly. Taylor was excellent helping us find different frames for two kids that are brand new to glasses.

My name is Patricia Shaughnessy and today was my fifth trip to LensCrafters trying to navigate the contact/eyeglass world as this is all new to me. Initially, I was getting contacts, until I wasnt, then just readers and I finally ending up with progressives. The staff at LensCrafters was so patient and kind, in spite of the fact that I am sure my reputation preceded me. Dr. Michaels is a true gem and Amy was so very helpful, she went out of her way to accommodate me, even giving me her work schedule. The entire staff was amazing, when I made my final frame decision the frame I choose was suggested by Antonia and I couldnt be more pleased (and it wasnt even one of the frames I was considering)! I will be shopping at Joliet LensCrafters for all of my future optical needs.

Dakota showed amazing customer service with me today. They have an amazing variety and the employees were quick and efficient. The store is managed well and I will definitely be back in to buy a pair of glasses.

The blond eye doctor with the glasses was pure evil. We went with the asian Doc instead who was super friendly and informative. They never called us or returned our calls when glasses were ready for pick up. I went to the store Jocelyn told us that glasses just came in, which was a lie because one of the other employees told us that glasses been sitting there for days! Pure laziness! Will not return or recommend.

Friendly and very helpful staff the moment I walked into the store. These people are not helpful at all! When I first got my glasses from lens LensCrafters in florida, the guy was very helpful, he brought out glasses after glasses until I was happy! Taylor was our eyewear consultant and she took exceptional care of us .Her level of patience and knowledge of lenscrafter products and services were outstanding.

Ordered some contacts, took over a week and they only gave me 1 day worth of samples while I was waiting. Went to the other eye doctor in the same building, payed half came in 3 days and they gave me a weeks worth of samples. Not the worst just stingy.

Easy to find in the joliet mall, just go thru macys door and out to the mall its right there. Great staff, all designer frames. I thought it be expensive, but wasnt as bad as the smaller local shops. Minor safety glasses display, that was disappointing, they would get more people if they advertised that they even have a safety glasses collection. Dr. J was awesome, she caught error from my last visit at a different eye doctor. Ask about their discounts.

Ordered a pair of contacts before quarantine lockdown. They lost the file and didnt even call me to let me know. We had to go into the store for them to tell us that the contacts didnt arrive but he would put in the order again. Then a few weeks passed and I called again. I was told to give them some time to look for it and theyd call me back. I get a call hours later for them to tell me they lost the file! Then he said I would get a full refund but we had to go into the store. We went to the store and the lady told us we would only get a refund for the lenses! They had LOST the prescription, and we didnt receive a copy of it, so we told her about that. She still didnt want to do the full refund until I played the voicemail where the person states we would get the full refund. Unbelievable! Please be more responsible and keep your customers information safe!!

The service I received was very professional. I have tried many places before and can’t believe I never went here. The pre-exam was very informative and the doctor was very thorough with his exam. They helped me pick out my glasses and explained all the options. I can’t thank them enough for the great service I receive.

Loving the treatment in the store, came in to fix my glasses with my protection plan I had purchased with them. I had picked out a pair that I liked on a Friday, forgot that I left my card at home I was supposed to come back on a Sunday and I wasn’t able to make it back till Monday. Soon as I walked in one of the employees Remembered me And without looking up anything she remembered What glasses I loved, was in and out within 10 minutes. Keep up the great work!

Id give 0 stars if possible. Ordered my daughters expensive glasses before the lockdown. 10 days later, told they should be in the current shipment, then the lockdown occurs. That was over 2 months ago. All attempts at getting her glasses have failed. Impossible to talk to a real person, they just have you fill out a stupid survey and never get back to you. We will NEVER use this company again. Avoid at all costs.

This is the worst place to get glasses I have ever been to. Two years running when I came to order my safety glasses that is paid by my work place this lens crafters has messed it up.To start they have a “Very” limited choice of frames for safety glasses and for glass lens safety glasses it takes 3 to 5 weeks to get them made if things go well. For me things have not gone well last year it took over a month and a half with tons of phone calls and their excuses to finally get my glasses. This year the same thing is happening.I will never buy my regular glasses again from this place (paying 2 to 3 hundred even with insurance) and I hope my work place finds another place that can do a better job.

Great and helpful people. They dont try and rush you when just looking at frames they will help or just let you look. When getting glasses very very helpful and polite and friendly. Have been coming to this one for the past 10 years and they are always great. Didnt have to wait long for doc appt either.Unfortunately insurance is changing will will have to go elsewhere next time. :(

Beyond unprofessional. Workers will gossip all about you and your personal information to each other. They also have no idea what the hell theyre doing and are completely unhelpful. Worst place Ive ever been to to get an exam and choose glasses.

No complaints, friendly professional staff, good customer service, extended hours. Lens are no longer cut in-store. They have an off site lab now that takes about a week, so you WILL GET BRAND NEW FRAMES.

Horrible customer service! My husband and I went Feb.8 for eye exams which we then found out they no longer make the glasses in the store they are shipped out. We were told about 10 days to pick up. My glasses came in in the 10 days but I was told by Toni that answered the phone she didnt know if my husbands glasses were in or not she had boxes to go through and someone would do it the next day.(This was at 1:00 in the afternoon) I stressed we needed them before my husband left to go out of town for work which was the next evening. I got major attitude that I was putting her out to look for my order. I let her know how rude she was and how she acted. Needless to say she put me on hold and the glasses were in. Not even a thank you nefore she hung up. When my husband picked up his glasses the glass only covered half the frame. What a joke! So he was told 2wks. Never heard back so I called today March 2. Yes, they are in but was told we have called. I asked what number are you calling he repeated the number my husband hasnt had in 3yrs. I asked do you have my number and why didnt you call me. He still never asked for a updated number for my husband..apparently just didnt care to update phone number but better believe they updated the insurance info. We have been going there for years and it has really gone down. We will no longer be going there. Service and quality is horrible!!
