If youre looking for a great affordable eye care, this is the place. My daughter and I had the best experience. No waiting. The staff is very friendly. Kelly was so awesome with my daughter today. She took her time with her and helped her find the perfect glasses. I appreciate Kellys time, she is very knowledgeable with a phenomenal personality that makes you feel comfortable. Im definitely making appointments for the whole family.

Fantastic optometrist and staff! My family and I have been patients for years. Always a pleasant experience, never feel rushed when deciding on a new pair of glasses. When my kids were in need of glasses they were always helped, listened to, and guided on what would look best. We have seen and helped by everyone there but most recently Dr. Stammich performed our yearly exam. Her sunny personality makes my kids look forward to their visit with her. Kelly was such an amazing helper with my new frames...that this year I was still in love and only had to replace the lenses. Pricing is reasonable, quality of glasses is exceptional, and its never a long wait time to be seen or to get in for an appointment. Facility is always super clean, and their fish tank is always beautiful and keeps the kiddos entertained while Im checking out. Thank you My Eye Dr.

This location of My Eye Dr. is great! They are following COVID-19 guidelines to keep everyone safe and keep their office clean. Every pair of glasses you try on is sanitized right after as well as every place you have sat and touched. Mary Alice was amazing at helping me find the perfect pair of glasses and assisting me in navigating my insurance for final payment. I will certainly be back for further eye needs. Booking online is so easy and convenient. Definitely recommend!

I was shopping for a new eye glass place. The the last place I went to was very unwelcoming. I have major anxiety problem. With that said I do not like being followed around everywhere, and being ask questions about my choices. Etc.So, I took my son to get his eye exam and glasses to Myeyedr. They were very clean and prepared for the whole covid thing, and made you feels comfortable while doing it. I did not go into the exam room with my son, but he said that he enjoyed the exam and that everyone was nice and smiling.This is the part that stuck out the most for me, was when it was time for him to pick out his glasses. She ( wish i could remember her name) was amazing!! She directed us where to look, and where everything was, and then was like im not going to follow you around looking over your shoulder. Love this. My tension slipped away. Eventhough she let us do our thing, she was there to help and answer any questions.When it cam down to checking out she told me more about what my insurance offers, than what I knew!! So helpful.Thank you for being so awesome! Cant wait to return for more visits.

I was 10 minutes late. I had to call to be let in even though they were looking right at me at the door. They would not see me. I have waited over an hour in their lobby to be seen before, but when the situation is reversed, their was no grace given. When I said I would probably find a new eye doctor, the receptionist said, okay, that’s fine. Terrible customer experience!

Such Incredible Service from the young man Named Abasi !!!He was patient with my very picky 14 year old son helping him choose just the right glasses for him. He showed him many different options and answered my sons questions in both a kind and knowledgeable way. The young lady that checks you in and assists with setting up the exam named Colleen was also extremely helpful.The actual eye doctor seemed kind of uninterested and rushed through the appointment.Lucky for them that they have such a great support team.

My daughter was in need of an eye exam to begin Kindergarten. To say that I was impressed with the level of service received is an understatement. Dr. Pipper, the receptionist as well as the young man in the eyeglass/contact department are outstanding. I was so impressed that I switched to myeyedr from a vision center that I was a client of for 32 years. My visit (a week later) was equally outstanding. A thorough eye exam and recommendations. Outstanding job.

Dr. Frankel is cool. Nice selection of eyewear. Can be expensive though.
