Highly recommend! I am just west of Boston Ma. and approached Gonzalez market about creating a prepaid shop for the holidays for a cousin of mine living locally. Something of a lift for someone needing a lift more than most. It is an uncommon request but Robert Gonzalez could not possibly have been more willing to help in any way he could really going above and beyond to make sure my cousin got the love he needed. The Friut apples be all I get. Was very fresh. The people are nice. My brother in law lived around the area before. Thats how I learned where the place was. We shopped there before together. Now I go there alone.

Great place for fresh produce from your garden life to their meat.. Carnitas are always fresh and have a variety of pre made Authentic Mexican food.

We ordered three boxes of tortilla and they only gave us 1 then we relized they just gave us one we went back and they said for the rest they need the receipt so we brought it they said no and the manager was rude to us at the end for the party we were throwing we had to use one box hope this place goes out of buisness only rats there

Every time I go to this store the meat is always frozen or they put good looking meat on top of the frozen meat. The butchers are always giving faces and mad about something. The Cashiers are always giving attitude to the customers. The service isnt that well. Its always a headache.

Fresh produce at great prices. The staff was pleasant and checked me out pretty quickly as the lines were short. They had several people working at the register to eliminate long lines.

This is a great local owned business. Great customer service. Definitely recommend this supermarket.

Report this business to the BBB for raising prices during a crisis. They really trippled the prices on water cases knowing there is a shortage at the moment. Im embarrassed to be the same nationality as these people. Also we should definitely fine them and Im sure theyll have the money to pay up since their prices are through the roof. And you would think theyd be nicer to get people in since their clientele is very limited as is 🤷‍♀️ a failing business smh

Always love visiting this place when were in town. Got great tamales, beans, and rice. Love how cheap the eggs and produce are. Wish they had a better yogurt selection but thats ok.

I cant say that Ive had any good experiences here. First of all. The parking lot is messed up. No one parks on the parking lines. And cars take up to 4 spots. The cashiers are only nice if your Mexican I guess. Because when I go there with my white friends and were speaking English the cashier didnt bother saying hello or even borher making eye contact. I tried to return something 10 min after buying it, and the cashier looked at me like I just murder someone. Took 15 min just to get my money back.Another time. They charged me for the wrong thing and ended up paying more. Had to go back for my money. They couldnt return it to my card so they gave me cash and when I asked for a receipt they said they couldnt give it to me. It was just laying there on the table but they couldnt give it to me.

On Sunday 12-16-2018, a young lady working the register was very rude and did not care to show any politeness. With that attitude I prefer to travel a few more miles to a different store with a better customer service.
