Amazing!!! I went there to have my experience trying on dresses, and didn’t schedule beforehand, Brooklyn was super nice with me and my mother in law and sister in law. She is even in one of the pictures smiling at the back, she is awesome, an angel. She turned the whole experience way better than I expected.

Walk-in and you see beautiful wedding dresses and formal and prom dress more toward the back. This was the first experience my daughter and I had even looking at dress and it couldnt have been any better as we got alot of recommendations and advice while Ms. Linda assisted us. She is a wonderful sales associate, you wont go wrong while she helps you find your perfect dress!

Absolutely divine experience!!! I am in love with their services! I can be extraordinarily difficult, with everything, especially when it comes to a formal event. I was that frantic walk-in and as per my normal, I was shopping last minute. These ladies are exceptional! They assisted with and fulfilled every picky request and my dress was even tailored to suit my body shape and personal style. Without one doubt in my heart, I trust their expertise and I will be returning in the near future, as not just a guest for an event but rather, as the bride to be. Thank you for making certain I would be confident in my dress. You ladies are appreciated beyond words. God bless you for all that you do!

I have never experienced such a sour awful experience. The first time we came here, we were attended amazing. We loved the experience and went with two dresses. One for my mother and one for my aunt who was coming for a wedding. We did laway for the dresses. We didn’t come back for about a month to finish payment, and my aunt had decided not to come to the wedding so we were going to cancel one of the dresses. We walk in and JAMIE was AWFUL. Gave us the worst looks and when we explained our situation she straight up said that we couldn’t do that and we would loose money from the layaway. Okay no issue. She started acting like we had an issue with paying. Mind you I was explaining everything to my mother in Spanish and she kept giving us dirty looks. And I had to tell Jamie, look there is no issue I don’t know why you’re getting upset at us as if we aren’t going to pay. And her mood turned around and I kept telling her there is no issue, we will pay. We just wanted a clear explanation to why we would loose money. Overall I can see why this place only has three stars.

We stopped by on a whim last Saturday less than an hour before closing time without an appointment (Note: please call ahead to bridal shops). Had a WONDERFUL experience! Dakota graciously greeted us, and quickly yet professionally explained where certain dresses were located, how sizing works, how to try on, etc. Within 30 min I had tried on 3 dresses—the ladies who work there are awesome! They even brought me a few accessories to try on! If I lived in Missouri I would definitely be booking an appointment for the full experience! Thank you Rosa Bella!

I had gone to try on a dress and had made the appointment several weeks in advance. My niece was able to come with me and she has seizures really bad so she was bringing her service dog. I called ahead to rosa Bella to inform them that I was bringing a service dog as a courtesy and they told me I was not aloud to bring her. I understand that dogs and dress shops do not go together well. But the dog is trained specifically for these situations and there is not a business thats aloud to say no to a service dog unless its the surgery room. When I told them that I would be coming and taking the dog, the appointment went on as usual. It was really nice and the young girl that helped me was wonderful. When I picked a dress, they said they would call me when it was ordered and I never recieved a phone call. This was in July. I went with Davids bridal instead.

My daughters and I were in this store Saturday late in the day just looking. I hate to keep someone late so we were just going to look and then come back another time. One of my daughters found a dress she liked and they wanted her to try it on.. Needless to say it was perfect. Then the other daughter looked and found a couple to try on and they were more than happy to have her try them on. She found her perfect prom dress as well. They were so nice and really helpful. I would definitely shop here again if we need something formal.

The lady was very rude and acted put out to show us dresses. She acted as though we were not good enough to be shopping in Rosa Bella. She literally made the statement, “I don’t really think we have much of anything in “your size”. I wear mostly large and some x-large clothing, size 12/14ish dress. It’s not like I wear extreme sizes either way. As for whether or not they had much for “my size”, I can’t really say as she stayed on top of us and she looked through the dresses for us. It seriously felt like a Pretty Woman scene…. I will be shopping elsewhere for my September wedding.

I would not recommend this store as from my experience the lady who I’m not sure was the owner or not was rude and unprofessional. I made an appointment to try on a specific dress, that I did not ask to be held for me or not sold. Unfortunately it didn’t fit, and when I told her I wouldn’t be ordering it from them she was rude and made it seem like I wasted her time when I had been there for only 10 minutes. Apparently they will only be nice to you as long as you are buying a dress. Definitely wouldn’t recommend!!

Great customer service!

These people were amazing. We didnt have an appt but they let us come in anyways and look at the dresses. We had been to another shop in Joplin down the street from Rosa and was treated horrible with an appt, yes there dresses were cheaper than Rosa Bella; but I would rather spend the extra 1000 for a newer dress with Rosa Bella than spend $400 at the other shop and be rudely disregarded. Thank You Rosa Bella for having amazing service we will be back hopefully make and appt in the next week or so 😀

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went in there looking for a wedding dress and they lady told me I had a broad back and proceeded to tell me I was to fat to be trying on wedding dresses right now and told me to come back a few months later when I was smaller. I’m a size 16 and the fact that she said that was very unprofessional and rude! As a person who works in customer service that was very unprofessional.

Amazing service

Worst customer service ever. Gave my sister-in-law and mother-in-law a hard time over a suit that had to be cut off of her husband that had to be rushed to ICU. He didn’t make it, and they still were terrible to them, yelling and giving them a hard time instead of just letting them pay for the thing and be done so they can grieve! Terrible thing to do to someone! If you’re going to be heartless, don’t be in the customer service industry! Would never recommend this business - terrible owners, can’t calculate totals correctly, raise prices, do not care about there customers...only about money!

My fiance scheduled an appointment three weeks in advance, with the understanding that they would be altering a dress she had purchased at Davids bridal. Upon entering the store, we were sized up by the owner who proceeded to ignoring us until she was done with her phone call. Once off the phone, she rudely asked what we were doing in her store. We explained that we had an appointment and let her know the lady that we were supposed to meet. She walked off without saying anything and came back to rudely inform us that we would need to get the Davids Bridal dress out of her store and buy something from her, if it was going to be altered by her store. We informed her that we were not going to buy a dress in the store and the owner told us to get out of her store. Super rude, Super disrespectful, and Super inconsiderate. Rosa Bella wasted three weeks of our time and instead of apologizing, the owner belittled us and asked us to get out of her store. Very pretty dresses, covering up a very ugly owner! I would give this place a zero but its not available.Save your money and go to Hacketts for wings.

Terrible place to shop. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! The woman took FOREVER to greet me as I was just looking at all of the bridal gowns. Proceeded to show me the dress in the window but looked me up and down and said they only take the dress off of the mannequin for people who are serious about paying $3,500.

They have beautiful gowns and the ladies that work in there are super helpful!

Absolutely horrible place to shop for bridesmaids dresses they treat you as you have no money absolutely horrible I won’t be shopping here ever again and I recommend that everyone looks elsewhere I wrote a longer reviews after our visit but it has been deleted so this one is short and sweet look elsewhere if you want to be treated as everyone else with alittle respect!!!!!
