By far the worst place to buy anything.I got the runaround for a week and a half still didnt know anything.All I wanted was charcoal Pavers.Only needed 220. They could not be upfront with me on how many they can order at one time.Went down the road a few miles got them for $0.30 cheaper the same day I called and asked for them.

Poor customer service. When we entered the store the clerk was speaking to someone via video call or speakerphone and announced that she needed to get off the phone due to customers walking in, then didn’t acknowledge our presence in the store until I walked directly by the desk and made eye contact with her. Never asked if we could be assisted in any way. Another employee later came out in sweat pants; neither could answer any of our questions. We decided even if a product was offered we liked, it would not be a business we would be comfortable conducting business with.

Excellent experience! Came highly recommended by several friends and was not disappointed. Allen and Amy spent hours with me going over selections for interior and exterior products. One lady said there were no visual examples. The have displays all over the store. Their wall of brick examples covers a wall that is several hundred square feet. But the company has more than even that wall, so those can be viewed online. They were happy to print me out addresses for houses that used the brick I was interested in which was very helpful. Girl at front counter is always smiling and great to work with!

I have ordered materials for a few projects there. They are always super helpful. Willing to call the manufacturer if they can’t answer a question and have offered to alter their operation hours in order for my clients to come see their showroom.@BridgmanBuilders

Agree, their customer experience is abysmal. They arent terribly helpful, will ignore you, dont start answering their phones in the morning until they feel like it (not when they open). I have been happy with the quality of the stone and brick, though. The guy in the loading yard offered by far the best customer service of all.

Extremely UNRELIABLE and DO NOT even come close to operating on BASIC BUSINESS PRINCIPLES. Product is not delivered when promised and no follow up phone calls to let you know when product has arrived. DO NOT START YOUR PROJECT UNTIL ALL PRODUCT HAS BEEN RECEIVED!!! I DO NOT KNOW HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS.

If you enter in the store and are looking for any advice on placing bricks on a house, look on the internet. Thats the only advice I received from them. The associate showed a few bricks that were on display and did not give any advice or have any visible examples. Her only advice was look on the internet. Hello, why do you think Im in the store?

Very poor customer service. We ordered tile and they did not follow up with us to let us know when it was in. We had to call multiple times to get information on a delivery date. When it came in, they then couldnt find the grout we paid for. We ended up having to find grout somewhere else and the reimbursement for the ordered grout wasnt pleasant either.
