Zak Stough went above and beyond during the entire process as I live in another state and was relying completely on the information that he provided. Zak took many additional pictures of the truck, made a video of the truck, and dealt back and forth with me as I kept narrowing down my vehicle selection. He was never pushy or arrogant, but was truly helpful and courteous the entire time. The price was great! The vehicle was exactly as described! I am a happy camper and hope to enjoy my Tundra for many years to come! Kudos to Zak and all of the other great folks at Frank Fletcher Nissan for a great experience!

We worked with Joshua to schedule service and discuss the problem with the Sentra not starting. Joshua was able to identify that the problem I described was consistent with a recall issue. He sat the part aside and we were able to drop the car off get the part replaced in a few hours.

Drew Chester was welcoming, friendly, and courteous, offering us drinks and snacks numerous times throughout the experience. He immediately zoomed in on two different vehicles when I told him what I was looking for, both that I loved. When I was in love with the heated seats in the Rogue, but intimidated by all the gadgets, he assured me that I could have the heated seats added on to the Rogue Sport. The drives were really pleasant. He is so friendly and helpful; he keeps the drive off of Rangeline so that we can focus on the cars features rather than the traffic. We arrived at 9am and didnt complete the sale until the afternoon, but it honestly felt like we were hanging out with a friend. I would and already have recommended the dearlership and Drew personally to everyone Ive talked to about my new car. My boyfriend wants to return when he pays off his car to buy his truck here. Zac was a great salesman for my Titan XD Pro4X. The other staff was also great. I loved their laid back approach. The showroom and waiting area was clean, with cleaning options available to customers. The mechanic area was very clean and there were donuts and other snacks/water available. Service was fast and extremely friendly. I was there an hour and a half for a recall service and it did not feel like that long of a wait. I was very pleased and will take my truck there when I need it serviced.

Service department only wants your money. Replaced the Transmission Control Module in my vehicle, and 3 days later the transmission goes out completely without no warning. Do not get your vehicle serviced by them.

Oil change and tire tire rotation. Serviced quickly, didnt do any extra service without consulting me first. Good price.

Service appt cost 215.00. No one reviewed any cost with me. I was shocked. I also needed a license plate bracket on a car I bought there that didn’t have a way to put the front plate on. The bracket was over 50.00. Seriously?!?! Plus labor to put it on? So it cost me over 70.00 to put a license plate on my car. Also charges not reviewed with me. I would have said hell no!! I will not return nor would I recommend your service department. I have told everyone I know about my experience and people have been shocked by the service and the price and the lack of communication on what my cost would be.

The service manager who I spoke with upon arrival and departure did a wonderful job of making me feel appreciated and in good hands. He explained what they did, what my options were for next service and left me wanting to make sure he is in charge of every future oil change because he seemed to genuinely care about my car and my family.

Every1 was very nice to me. And made sure I understood everything.

Brandon, the salesman we hve now used for 3 cars always takes care of us! He made sure we got my daughters car in a fixed while she was home from college. He is phenomenal and we will ALWAYS go to him for any car needs.

I went to fletcher because my sister, mom, and mother n law all bought cars from you all but I guess my gut was right to just stick with roper honda where they do care and try to sell you a car.

I booked my appointment online and it just so happened to be when they are out for lunch. They was very nice told me it was going to be a little while before they was back i agreed to wait. Above and Beyond.I live over an hour away from Joplin. I bought a Nissan Murano there and right away, the camera on the front was lose and not working. I told them I would not be able to take off work to get it over there. They came and got my car and gave me a loner! Then, I noticed the carpet did not fit right and was installed incorrectly at the factory. They could not fix it either, so they installed all new carpet. Gave me a loaner car for 3 days as well. The service department is always friendly and very helpful. I will definitely buy from Frank Fletcher Nissan again!

Zak was amazing. He really listened to what I needed and wanted, then delivered. The first Rogue that I test drove was perfect. Not only was he courteous, but Zak was also incredibly kind. A couple of days after I signed the lease, there was a family tragedy and I was certain that I would need to move out of the country. Three hours in the dealership even though we paid cash for a vehicle with a trade in. We had to deal with three different people even though we knew the vehicle we were going to purchase because of the online website. The only saving grace for the company was Antwon. He apparently does it all including making sure the vehicle is clean.

I needed an oil change and tune up and they scheduled me the very next day with no problem. I received an oil change, transmission flush and new battery (per the mechanic’s recommendation) in all under 2 hours and at a very reasonable price. I was impressed and will definitely be going back for all my future service needs.
