I have had many great experiences with Fletcher in the past. I have always recommended them to anyone buying a vehicle especially Toyota. The car salesmen, maintenance, and staff are great and go above and beyond BUT Mike Mcdaniels (finance + insurance) is enough to make the entire company look bad. So incredibly rude and inconsiderate. I could write a whole page about my experience with him and it would blow your mind. He needs a reality check and I truly do not know how he has a job here.
Coady Wells is the man. I HIGHLY recommend him. I drove from another state because he spent time with me and got me just what I wanted. Every other dealer local to me said “nope we dont have any 4runners” and the ones that did were 10-15k over MSRP. Cody on the other hand took the time and said he would have it in a few weeks with a small deposit and not a dollar over MSRP and he stuck to his word. I’ll buy another vehicle from him in the future. Toyota or Ford he’s your guy!
Would not recommend the shop and will never use again. They told me my entire engine was blown. An actual mechanic took it completely apart (after I bought a brand new motor) and said it was very clean, just needed a new water pump and a few tweaks and was running perfect. They tried to get me to pay $14k to fix it, and I had to pay over $100 for misinformation. Id go anywhere else before these guys. Im convinced after reading other reviews that there arent actual mechanics working in there. Just more salesman.
100% recommend!I get my rav4 serviced here and every time its a great experience. But this last time really impressed me. They serviced my car and did some diagnostics for me, when I left the dealership I noticed my front passenger mats were missing so I called the next day and they were going to look for them and let me know if they had them. A week went by and I called them back, they said to come on in and get them. WELL as per me and my procrastination I didnt make it in until a week and a half later. They couldnt find them and instead of telling me oops, o well. They replaced ALL my all weather mats for me and didnt charge me.Mind you My all weather Mats were the cheap ones from Walmart so it wasnt a concern to me, Id just go get new ones. Super awesome customer service!!
I took my Tundra in for warranty work earlier this week. I asked when scheduling the appointment how long it would take. They said 1.5 hours. I arrived early then walked to Ihop for breakfast and came back about 90 minutes later. My truck was sitting near where I dropped it off. I asked if it was finished but the person didn’t know and said someone handling it would get with me. I asked twice more over the next half hour before I got an answer. They hadn’t even looked at it yet. The guy handling it said he would try to find out what was going on. I told him bluntly not to “try” but to tell me what they were going to do because I couldn’t wait and hour and a half if they just now were starting. Turns out they only needed to take a picture so they could get approval to order the part for warranty. That was Tuesday. They haven’t gotten back with me and it’s the weekend now. I’m convinced that Fletcher doesn’t care about wasting customer’s time if it’s warranty work. I did my part. I asked how long it would take and even got there earlier than my 8:30 AM appointment. I would not recommend dealing with Fletcher if you have any other options for warranty work.
Change your service hours from closing at 5:30 to 5PM!!! Why advertise 5:30 if you send techs home at 5PM?? I came in today after work to try and get a nail removed and tire patched at around 5:15. I have spent over 30k at fletcher this year alone. But get turned away for a simple tire patch at 5:15 on a Monday?? Your hours say 5:30. If the service manager sends techs home 30 minutes early, then it should be on him to take care of the customer.We will no longer be shopping Fletcher when looking to buy our next car...
I will never use this dealership for service again, even if they were around the corner. They have no idea what they are doing. I bought my highlander from them and with in 48 hrs I need warranty work. I was told to call the service department. I made an appointment, when I arrived all seemed ok. I waited 1.5 hours for them to come and tell me nothing was wrong. I then went to the my vehicle and showed them again what was wrong. They then compared my car to another Highlander and told me I was correct, the part wasnt working. 2hrs later I was told they will need to order the part. 3 weeks later the part came in, I waited over an hour for them to tell me the part they ordered was incorrect. I am moving on to another dealer...If I was to talk about how they entered the incorrect information into my Vehicle Toyota website this review would become a book. Just stay away from this service department, unless you enjoy bad customer serve and your time being wasted!

Just had to let everyone know about an experience I had trying to get my car serviced at Fletcher ToyotaI pulled up to the service door to get checked in and a black gentleman stepped out and with all the frustration he could find Said Sir you need to ok over here which was the other door. So I moved my car and then he motioned me in I apparently didnt put my car exactly where he wanted it he hung is head and shook it obviously unhappy.I went inside to tell someone he was having a bad day and the young lady I talked to apologized for my first time experience, but offered no resolution.Frustrated I left and called back and spoke to the general manager whom was very apologetic and said he would personally manage my next visitLet me tell you I get better service at Walmart and I would not recommend this service department to anyone. So save yourself some grief and forget about any free services they may offer in the sales pitchIf i could revie my experience with no stars i would

Just called to cancel service contracts because we are selling the car. The guy that answered the phone (I think Cody) was incredibly rude. Said it’s “ um 6:26 on a Saturday afternoon so obviously there isn’t anyone here to help you with that”. That is absolutely inappropriate. We will call on Monday and tell a manager of the situation and get these contracts cancelled. For future reference, don’t state the obvious to a customer. We just wanted to know the steps of what to do. This guy needs to learn how to be professional and kind to customers or go find a new job. This is why people hate car dealerships. We will never do business with this car lot again.
I would most definitely do business with them again. We would take our truck into dodge to have repairs done and they would never have a loaner car for us. So we went to Toyota and told them our car was at the Dodge shop. So Toyota gave us a loaner car. We said we would be back. We went back and bought a Toyota Camry. Also the new finance manager Tyler is great also. They have treated us with nothing but respect. Thank you. Jacob A+++
No hassle new vehicle purchase. Straight forward, no B.S. David was an awesome sales manager. I literally submitted my financing application online, told them what I wanted, and got all of that done before I arrived at the dealership. I was in and out of there in less than 2 hours. It would have been quicker but the finance manager was very busy. Good on them! Highly recommend this dealership for hassle free experience.
I can’t say enough about this team and how positive my experience has been. I was stranded after a timing belt broke on my 2002 Tundra. Brett and team went out of there way to continuously update me on the repairs. Explaining in detail what they needed to fix and why. Also, answering my significant amount of questions. They worked round the clock to get me back on the road even when many parts had to be ordered. Thank you for all the help and hospitality.

I came in to Frank Fletcher Toyota simply wanting to test drive a Tacoma with my friend, and I was upfront about my goal right away. One of the staff members, Jim, helped me out and was extremely friendly. He said it would be no problem to do that, so he told me to go out with him to the lot and pick out whatever truck I wanted to test. I did, and we went and grabbed the keys and a dealer plate and were on our way. It was a great experience, and Jim was very kind in explaining things as well as giving us a very fair amount of time to test drive the Tacoma. Frank Fletcher Toyota has great service and very much impressed me!
My elderly aunt bought a car from hell here (not Fletchers fault). Brad, and the whole service team were incredibly accommodating and helpful, going above and beyond any reasonable quality of service. After going back and forth with Toyota corporate, we gave up and traded the car off. With none of the cards in our hands, Jim and Cole in sales made her a phenomenally generous deal that shows the integrity of this entire team. Id have no reservations advising anyone to purchase a car here!EDIT: The car actually completely sucked, but we dont blame the people here.

I like the ability to shop across multiple lots and brands of vehicles that Fletcher provides. I feel like I was given a fair price on the vehicle as well. That is where the positive ends.The service provided in my car buying experience was less than ideal. The car salesman we worked with was new and it showed. Our paperwork was not completed correctly. We had to come back to finish the financing (our own decision) and we had to wait for over an hour for financing to get to us. The salesman offered is a measly $5 for gas out of his own pocket because the car was basically empty. He stated on his lot they give gift cards for gas but since we were at Toyota he couldn’t. He works out of the Nissan lot. It’s literally next door. What difference does it make?
I value consistency. To that end, Fletcher Auto Group is truly impressive. Regardless of whether you need to buy a new car, have warranty work done, recall work performed, or even just buy parts that are not available anywhere else, Fletcher Auto Group fails to meet even the lowest expectations. I dont recall a single positive interaction with thus company. Ive done business with their Dodge, Ford, and Toyota branches, purchased one new car from them, purchased dealer only parts, and had warranty and recall work performed. If you have any choice whatsoever, go somewhere else.

As usual, the service department was top notch, second to none. Very convenient to leave my car and catch the shuttle to go shop. It happened to need a repair and needed to be left overnight. I was brought back to dealership via shuttle, picked up a nice loaner car, came back the next day and all was handled quickly and smoothly. No lack of communication here. From the minute we pulled onto there lot, Adam was there to help us out, from beginning to the time we pulled out of there lot driving our new car home, Adam went well over the call of duty to insure us a pleasant purchase!! I moved to Nashville and had a problem with my Prius. Everything here is closed due to quarantine and so I called here. I was so stressed out and in tears and Brett whom I’ve never met before talked me through it and treated me like I was apart of his family. He even made sure I was ok later on. He directed me on what to do and the steps I should take to make sure my issue was dealt with correctly. I truly am just so moved by his compassion and kind heart.
Great customer service and helpful advice. I was given direction according to my situation on where to spend money and where to save. I never felt overloaded with information. If you know what you want and what you dont its easy. They still have sales people like everyone else but they werent pushy. I would recommend them.

Just bought a 2018 Highlander with them. We used Roger as our sales guy. I highly recommend using Roger. He is the internet sales manager. From start to finish he handled every concern and question that I had and I had a lot of them. We love our new car. I bought at Fletcher because of their great service department and have known a lot of people that have bought with them and love them.

This is my fourth car purchase from Fletcher Toyota and it was an easy and pleasant transaction. Working with Steve Miller and Dan Clark made for a great car buying experience. Have bought probably 35 vehicles over lifetime so far and this was one of the easiest both in terms of price, trade and closing. Probably not hour or hour and a half from entering dealership to close than driving out. Very responsive on phone to issues on how certain items on the new vehicle worked. I do a lot of research before making a trade and they were more than responsive to my needs. Obviously next vehicle purchase they will be who I go to. This is second purchase from Dan and both were good experiences. Can easily recommend both dealership and those I dealt with.

As a consumer I rely on these review whether good or bad, to help me make decision on who might receive my business I had been in the market to purchase a 2014 or 2015 Certified Toyota Tacoma pick-up truck. I had been looking all across the US looking for that perfect deal.After having a bad experience over the phone with a Texas based Toyota Dealership I was starting to think make this type of purchase (Internet/Site unseen) was a bad idea.Then I found the Perfect Tacoma listed on-line at Frank Fletcher Toyota in Joplin Missouri. This was over 500 miles from where I lived and was looking to spend over $25,000.00. I made the call and was lucky enough to speak with a Salesman by the name Bobby Debusk. This man was friendly, honest from the get go, no pressure or BS. He earned by trust and my business quickly. This was on a Saturday and deal was made over the phone as I was assured this was a great Certified Vehicle and that I would not be dissapointed.On Monday morning I secured the funds from my bank and headed to Missouri. I contacted Bobby letting him know I would arrive late on Monday evening and would see him on Tuesday morning. I arrived in town late in the evening after the dealership had closed for the night. I was able locate the dealership and wanted to take a look at the Tacoma. First impressions were very promising. Keep in mind this is a Toyota Certified used vehicle and the protocol/standards to be certified are very high. The next morning arriving at the dealership I met with Bobby in person. This guy was super friendly as we made our way out to the truck . After looking it over inside and out I took it for a test drive and was simple impressed. This was better than I had expected. This was a big leap of faith to make this kind of purchase via internet/phone. Bobby DeBusk and Frank Fletcher Toyota made this by far the best car buying experience I have ever been a part of. I bought a new vehicle from Fletcher in Joplin 3 years ago and was very pleased with the sales experience, the vehicle itself, the service and the interactions with all the Fletcher staff I encountered along the way.That car was recently totaled by a hail storm so I again went to Fletcher, only this time I got a leased vehicle. Very pleased with all aspects; from the sales experience to interactions with various staff. Doesnt seem to matter what position a person occupies at Fletcher; from sales to financing to front desk, all are very professional and go out of their way to assist in any way they can.I highly recommend Fletcher for buying or leasing.

Saw that they didnt have the car trim I wanted in the color I wanted. Started texting a salesman about it, and they were able to beat the price that other dealers had, and were able to get the color I wanted at the store with a few days. Josh in financing is the best kind of person to deal with, and made the whole experience that much better.

Good selection of Toyota Tacomas they day we purchased our truck. Our salesman Cole went out of his way helping us find our perfect vehicle. Just be careful in the finance department as they tried to get us to sign with a very high interest rate of 5.9% when Toyota was offering 2.9%. Nice facility and low pressure purchase. Came here after shopping Tulsa dealer that was too high pressure for our liking.
Our Toyota way bought for my wife, she wanted a SUV that was a nice looking vehicle yet a tough vehicle. We have had Toyota’s before back in the 80’s and knew they were a very well built motor vehicle. So far this vehicle is doing everything she wanted and we are happy with the vehicle.

Josh Jones did another great job helping us select a vehicle to fit our needs. We looked at 6 different models before deciding and looked at least a dozen financing options before settling. He never once got aggravated and advised us on each option.All other support staff was terrific as we have come to expect.

Shouldnt include the price of the gap insurance in the final price of automobile. I felt pressured to purchase this policy for $14 a month when my insurance rep give it to me for $4 a month. The finance guy seemed really put out because he had to reprint contract because I declined the insurance. Dan the car man was a blessing! He did everything he could to make sure I got what I wanted and what I could afford. Thanks again Dan!
I feel like I got a good price on a Toyota Highlander. I shopped around. I would’ve thought paying in cash would get you a better deal, but it didn’t. I had verbal agreement on various items such as remote start, rubber mats, cargo tray and more. However by the time the car arrived the managers had changed and I was out of several item that were agreed upon and they weren’t in writing etc. I have meaned a valuable lesson. GET IT IN Writing!!!

I had a great experience at Frank Fletcher Toyota. The sales man was knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the features and helping me decide which car and accessories were right for me. He was not a high pressure salesman. He was always quick to respond to my text questions. I made a few trips and a couple of test drives to decide on my RAV 4. I love it.
Cole was so helpful. I told him I didnt even want to see the van until he could get the payments I wanted. And the amount of trade I wanted on my car. He got it done in less than an hour! I thought I would scare him off. But went right to work. We were very happy customers when we left your store that day!

I bought not one, but two cars in the same day. I had just bought a car a year prior and decided to trade up this past Saturday. I’m very impressed by a kind young salesman by the name of Toby. He remembered me (by name) from my previous purchase a year prior with another salesman and still made it a point to say hello when stopping in for my routine services. This trip I was excited to buy an 18’ 4Runner and an 18’ RAV4 and he was very helpful and didn’t pressure at all. It took a few days to figure out exactly what I wanted and he even contacted me on his day off to check and see if I had any questions or offer assistance. I’m very appreciative of the work that went in to this deal and very pleased with my purchases.
Our experience was the same as it has always been, great. We came back to the same salesman, Coady Wells, and told him as long as he is there, we will buy from him. “Checking out” took a little longer than it should have but there were printer issues so that was understandable. Other than that, everything was perfect!
The experience was seamless. Dave, Josh and of course Jim Adams, the GM, made me feel well taken care of. It was truly a pleasure to deal with all the personnel and I felt they genuinely care. And I love my new car!!!!
