Thank you to Fletcher Hyundai for selling us our brand new Kona. The entire process only took a few hours and it was pain free. My wife and I ended up removing the custom pinstripe that the dealership added and we found small lacerations in the paintwork from where they were applied. Ill have to look into getting this taken care of.

I am shopping for a Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid. I shopped the Hyundai USA sight, and it directed me to Fletcher Hyundai which was about to receive a model with the specks I am looking for. I contacted them on the weekend, and the first reply was Monday morning minutes after they opened.A salessman called and we spoke briefly about them having a vehicle I wanted. Immediately the salesman started talking about increases due to supply and demand. I told him, I am not paying a dealer markup based on imagined shortages, for a brand new model year car.I requested the VIN. Of the car he said he has, and he sent half a picture of the. Window sticker. I replied I required the full sticker. Turned out this is the vehicle that was in shipment to them, including the picture sent me with the plastic protective sheets still on the car. When they sent the full sticker, they had stuck a dealership add on sticker on top of the original, with $5,000 worth of worthless things line Nitrogen tires, and things that Hyundai already includes free. Touted as the Fletcher Advantage...The vehicle already has ad ons I dont want or need, and this extra Price Gouging added to that and the salesmans tone on the phone told me what I needed to know.DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH FLETCHER HYUNDAI !Anyone falling for this Gouging and their excuses, deserves what they get. Ripped off !I love Hyundai cars, but their Dealerships stink!

I’m having a problem with my 2020 Sante Fe. While in cruise control mode it detected a vehicle in the other lane and braked by itself very quickly. It went from 80 miles a hour to 50 in 3 seconds or less. It doesn’t do it every time you pass someone but it is very scary when it happens. It occurred several times during our trip across country. The problem didn’t occur when I took it in for service. They told me if I couldn’t prove it happens they couldn’t even hook it up to the mainline computer because of cost (it is still under warranty). They told me to get a video of it? Like that’s possible. I was very disappointed by their lack of concerns for me and my family much less other vehicles on the road.

I love the Hyundai vehicles, but the service department is untrustworthy. For 3 years I have taken my car in to their service department for the 6 month oil change and to have the tires rotated. They never rotated my tires during those 3 years, although they will document on their service ticket that they did rotate the tires. So now I have to buy new tires because I was not able to get the full life out of my current tires. If you do take your car in to have the tires rotated, make sure to mark the tires so you can see if they did the job or not.

I went to look at a new vehicle, I wasnt sure what car I wanted. I just wanted to see the vehicle first hand to get a feel for it. The salesman, after first only talking to my husband, continued to pressure us way more than what was comfortable. Ive been car shopping the past couple weeks, so Ive talked to a lot of sales people. This man was the rudest of all. He then proceeded to tell my husband well, Im ready to let this car go today. my husband said my wife isnt ready to make a decisionthen the salesman says this is how I feed my family, you know. No, thank you. Will never buy a vehicle from any Fletcher dealership. I will gladly drive to Kansas City or Springfield for any future purchase.

Called and told them I needed a part on my car changed. They told me they won’t replace the part unless I pay $115 for a diagnostic test plus whatever it costs to replace it. It makes no sense that they would charge me for a diagnostic test that will tell them to replace the part that I specifically asked them to already change and knew needed changed. They are literally just trying to scam you for your money.

My experience with Fletcher Hyundai was extermely smooth and with minimal follow ups. Right from the enquiry about the vehicle till the delivery was completed in just few texts and calls. Not even had to visit the dealership until the day of picking up my new Palisade Calligraphy. I was approached by the sales representative Mr. Levi through an online enquiry. I was surprised by the way the whole buying process was simplified as compared to other dealerships in NWA where I had to struggle to even talk to the sales guys. Mr. Levi was very helpful and humble in walking me though the entire process. Paperwork was very neat and simple. Just a few signatures on the tablet for the online contract. Delivery was on time with no hidden charges.Overall it was an extremely wonderful experience and I definitely recommend doing business with them.

This is the second car I have purchased from the Fletcher family of dealerships. And my second Hyundai from Fletcher. Not only have I recieved amazing customer service both visits but I also left 100% happy with my purchases. This time though I was unable to get to the dealership so Devon not only called me with the exact car I was looking for ( my dream color too) but he even drove it to my job in Afton, OK to deliver the car to me. The whole team there made me feel so comfortable and there was no pressure like most dealerships I talked to. Had the engine of my 2015 Hyundai Sonata replaced and I am very happy with the speed and quality of work done! They gave me a free rental car, which was very clean, and ran great. Just one short week later, I recieved a call that my car was ready for me to pick up. They returned it to me clean and free of any signs that maintenance had been performed, besides the fact that my car is running great now!

Worst experience ever here. Will definitely never go back!Let me start with I called to order a key fob for my car and they told me they would call to schedule an appointment when it came in. 2 weeks later I still had heard nothing so I called to check. They can’t find it! Said they would order me a new one and it would be there within 2 days. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment at this time for 4 days out. Drive an hour to get there and when I arrive they tried telling me they ordered the wrong thing. So I leave with no key fob just to drive an hour back home with nothing more than I had except out the gas money. Will never go back.

Do NOT recommend for service after the sale!! I have purchased my last two vehicles through Fletcher. They were both preowned and I had absolutely no issues with the sales teams from either location that I purchased from. The service department however is a whole different story. The only bright star from Fletcher service is Ryan at the Toyota location (and Im not even sure that he is still there) and the young lady at the Hyundai location here in Joplin. I took my car in for two recalls. I called and made an appointment almost 2 weeks ahead of time and told them specifically what I was bringing it in for. I took the vehicle in at 8:30 a.m. that Friday morning. I arranged to spend the day in Joplin running around so they would have time to fix my car. By 12:30 I still hadnt heard anything so called trying to get info. I was told someone would call me back. I called again around 1:30 and was again told someone would call me back. By 3:00 I was getting antsy as I had an appointment at 4:00 in Carthage. I called back around 3:20 and was told that my car was torn apart, they didnt have the needed parts and they wouldnt be in until the following Wednesday. They also didnt have a vehicle to put me in soooo. The lady in the service department was nice but still couldnt help. I panicked. I called back and ended up speaking to the (I believe he was the assistant GM of sales) who was sorry for the situation and was more than glad to sell me a new car. He never bothered to call me back after he found out I couldnt afford another car. Maybe if I had been driving a newer/nicer vehicle I would have gotten somewhere. Im driving a 10 year old beat up Hyundai (which has been a great car!). Most people dont have extra vehicles just sitting around. I sure dont. It was a holiday weekend we had plans but no car. I had to cancel all plans and arrange for a ride to work on Wed. Now Im hoping my car will be ready today or I will be forced to take a vacation day for tomorrow as I have to travel a bit for work and arranging for that is a bit trickier. If this had been the first time Id had issues with the service department I wouldnt be writing this but from a rude service manager on my first car needing service, to an ignition switch that could never be fixed, to the location that told me I would need new brakes but when I took it elsewhere they told me I had over 50% of my pads left, to now this, I wont be purchasing another vehicle from Fletcher motors at any location. Cars are expensive (some more than my house). They are an investment. I want to go somewhere that I know will help me care for that investment from the moment of purchase until the time comes to trade in again. Not a good experience to say the least.UPDATE #1-Just called the service department and shocker the parts arent in as expected today. This means that I will either have to make arrangements with my job to not do the Joplin part of my duties or burn a vacation day. This just keeps getting better and better! :(Update #2. Tomorrow will be a week since I took my car in...For two recalls with a two week lead time...and no notification that they would be keeping my car especially this long. One of the parts made it in today but they are still waiting for another. It might possibly be in today. Trent is supposed to be calling me if the parts make it in.Update #3. Today marks 7 days since drop off. After speaking with 3 different people this morning (who was courteous as was I) I was told the car should be ready today. I will call back to confirm before picking up. Still nothing from Trent not believing at this point that the person exists.

We were having some engine issues with our 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe. Our car was was towed from Oklahoma to Fletcher Hyundai in Joplin and then a complete engine replace due to a motor recall all done without spending a single dime for the service or tow. Then to top it off they went the extra mile of taking my vehicle home for me and picking up the rental we had. Didnt even have to leave home for it! Would recommend to anybody because they have great service!

Worse customer service, called the dealership for information about gap insurance. Spoke with a finance person name Kevin, he is unprofessional and rude, he said through the phone he is busy with clients. Pretty much rushing me to hang up, Why pick up if you’re busy? I recommend to look else where, cause you’ll have to speak with him for your paper work. Save the time and go a different dealership, where they appreciate your time.

The staff was extremely friendly and several people stayed very late to ensure I was given the best deal and service! I was misled when purchasing my preowned vehicle, sold an extended warranty which is basically worthless and 2 years after purchasing my 2017 the battery is totally done and they will do nothing for me. I came into the dealership to have my SUV serviced. While waiting for my vehicle, I was shown a Dodge Journey by Jason Brown. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer any questions I had. I did not plan on purchasing a new vehicle that day, but after talking with Jason and test driving the car, I could not leave without it! I love my new Journey and give many thanks to Jason and everyone else at the dealership for their help in obtaining it. As a widow with 3 young children, the peace of mind I now have from purchasing my new vehicle is absolutely priceless. Kodey and Marcus have been so helpful with walking me through the process of buying my first car! Even weeks after the paperwork has been processed they have still been able to answer the multiple questions I have come up with and do so with a smile on their face! Never once have I felt like they were just in this business for the money but have always treated me like an actual human being!
