Worst customer service ever. Ive never taken time to review any business but Ive requested to speak to management about the experience Ive had with no luck. So hopefully they will see this. Ive been trying for 3 months to get an appointment to replace a part thats been recalled. All Ive received is attitude and the same questions for 3 months or put on hold for hours. The part has been in for 60 days and no one can figure out how to make an appointment they just want to ask for my vin over and over again. Ive decided to take my business to aurura,mo almost an hour further away so I could be treated like a customer rather than an inconvenience. Buick in Aurora mo is amazing and professional. Skyway buick in joplin is similar to talking to entitled children.

**UPDATE** After posting my review, Skyway reached out and fulfilled their obligations promptly.Easy enough experience up to the point of buying a car. Made it super easy. However, after you make the purchase, customer service is non existent. Was promised window tint with my new car purchase, it was written into the sales contract, have called and text numerous times with no communication back on their end. Also promised accessories at dealer cost, still no response. Its been a month since I took delivery of my car and they still havent upheld their end of the contract. A little communication and effort would go a long way.

All things I requested were done except the cabin air filter. The tech explained that they are good for approx. 20,000 miles and I didnt need one unless I still requested one. He also told me the price if I still wanted it., so I said I would wait. He also explained that since I have had my car almost 1 1/2 years but dont have very many miles on it because of COVID, he would check to see if I still had all my oil changes in regard to miles and not time. I thought this went above and beyond customer service.

Best dealership Ive been to. Terrell was super nice and helpful. I was coming in from out of town. We worked everything out over the phone so we I showed up we just had to worry about test driving. He went beyond to help me set everything before I left and even called me a week later To see if I had any question about the vehicle!

I was very happy with my experience at skyway Buick GMC and also I was very proud of getting reimbursed for the maintenance that I had made on my trade in cannot say enough about how awesome my experience was.

They took very good care of my parents when they took their car to be repaired.

He was very patient with us while we made up our mind and didnt make us feel like we were being pushed, the entire staff is wonderful and we will definitely be returning the next time we need a new vehicle!

My girlfriend went to get her car key reprogrammed. We didn’t buy it from this dealership, but they said they could fix it. Buttons on the key still would NOT work. They told my girlfriend, “Well we did what you asked, we reprogrammed it, the key just isn’t working”. Charged her $110. Also told her it would cost her an extra $300 if they wanted them to fix her key. My girlfriend and I are NEVER coming to these scummy people again.

In town for a funeral, noticed tires low on nitrogen on left side, stopped by, service advisor did not know if they had a nitrogen machine. Service manager said it would take 30-40 minutes and there would be a fee. I have never been charged for nitrogen and this is my 2nd Cadillac with nitrogen in the tires. Only takes a couple of minutes! Very poor business practice.

Sara was very helpful getting our issue assessed, ordering the necessary parts quickly and getting us back on our road trip as quickly as possible when we broke down on our rv vacation. We were surprised to see this dealership in a small town able to beat the large city repair times quoted to perform our maintenance work.

Great service! Bought my GMC Terrain here from Cody Wells super good guy. Will go see him when ready for another vehicle. I highly recommend Cody. Also the service for vehicle repairs and maintenance is awesome. Jason was super helpful and knowledgeable. Really took care of me and my car.

I was going to write a letter on my service so please make sure this gets to the manager at the dealership. Their is a young lady (Kayli) not sure if that is correct that was outstanding! Smile on her face and great to deal with. My tech, Josh went out of his way to explain the repairs and even worked longer to get my truck repaired. I also meant Andrew Hamilton on the sales floor who took time to tell me about the changes in the Denali Trucks which may be buying in the future

We personally had a very bad experience here. Bait and switch... We were blatantly lied to and then he blamed it on the salesman who asked him for every answer we were given. Feel free to shop where you choose but I do not recommend Skyway to anyone.ROPER KIA and Dr. Phil offered a no nonsense sales experience. We were sold a newer vehicle with a killer warranty, better terms and obviously lower payments.

Terrell is a great sales person here. When I spoke to him over the phone about a few vehicles he was extremely helpful and got me the information I need very quickly. I haven’t purchased yet but when I do there’s no doubt Terrell will be helping me.

Purchased the car within few days having issues.Took to mechanic and was told I need a new transmission. Figured it would of lasted at least 30 days.

My vehicle was shifting hard. They got my car in quickly and got the issue fixed. My car is running great now.

Jeff was a awesome salesman, I didnt get to really take a look at my car before I left the lot cause it was dark. Came up the next day to have Jeff go over all the bells and whistles with me. noticed a mark on my bumper. they claimed it was glue, its not. i have a scuff mark in my bumper. really disappointed in the fact they try to brush it off like its nothing. brand new car and it has a scuff in the bumper. just disappointed.

I absolutely love Skyway Buick GMC however the new kid they got working with them needs a little bit more customer service skill but other than that it was a pretty good opportunity although I didnt pass credit very well and it would cost me an arm and a leg to be able to get into my new truck I will still keep building my credit up and I will be back to buy my truck from that company anybody who wants to be able to purchase a truck needs to go to Skyway Buick GMC

Wonderful experience with a seasoned seller, Jeremy Nelson. He pulled no punches and answered everything honestly. We bought a Buick Encore GX and it’s too soon to give a review but it’s a very hip and sexy ride with uber tech toys!The only caveat I would give to the whole experience is that they took forever to close the deal and that they have an old fashioned sense of negotiation on the sales manager side.Otherwise, a perfect sales job! Kudos!
