Ive had service with Verizon, AT&T and now just recently switched to T-Mobile. I went to the North Park Mall store to buy the One Plus 6T.Regardless to say its one of the best phones Ive ever owned. Brittany the store manager gave some of the best Customer service Ive ever had at a mobile service store which is almost never expected anymore. She went above and beyond. Gave us many options in the store. It was a win win experience for T-Mobile and me and my wife. Its nice to know we are in good hands with T-Mobile now

We went to the mall the Saturday before Christmas, fully expecting to see humanity at its worse, but to our surprise when we entered the T mobile store we were greeted by an upbeat and smiling employee named Rachel. After offering us some much needed water in exchange for our patience while she wrapped up helping the customers in line ahead of us, deescalating their palpable frustration, she pleasantly helped us with what we needed. She even complimented me on how nice I looked (not kidding), I was wearing my pajamas and hiking boots. #holidays. She went even further beyond awesomeness when she checked in on yet another nice couple who had already been in the store prior to us entering to ask if they had made a decision on which color phone they were debating over, all while she was popping into the back room to grab our receipt, talk about multitasking. I dont know what shes getting payed but it isnt enough!TLDR: Rachel did amazing, 10/10 would shop again

The greatest customer service Ive had when I went to the North Park Mall store. Stephen went above and beyond helping me with the issues I had with my phone. He didnt mind staying after store hours and patiently took the time to resolve all the problems.

Great staff. Flat out. After the miscommunication with a Rep online and the other Joplin store, they cleared everything up, and assisted me and everyone else on my plan. Would return to this store for any other in person needs. A real callout to Brittany. Calm, nice, helpful, and will work with you.

No other store was able to get me my watch, but the manager was awesome and went to Springfield to get it for me. They are amazing.

This a review for the kiosk in Northpark mall only. These guys/gals are rock stars. If you have a problem or question, call them or stop by the kiosk before you deal with the customer service lines. Theres a good chance they can help you, and they are friendly, patient, and polite. There really isnt much else I can say here.

Just a little kiosk in the mall, but they were able to assist me, even though it took them a bit longer than I expected.

Idiot that set up my phone charged me for SIM card and first month bill plus I paid an extra month in advance just to get a text from customer service saying I was due again in 21 days! Took me 30 minutes on phone while at work to get straightened out with corporate plus my bill is due on the 27th when I paid at beginning of the month and am on a monthly salary

Store closed at 6pm New Years Eve, but Brittany and Nick stayed late to switch my family from Att to T-Mobile. Would your carrier do that?? I wouldnt go anywhere else for cellular service but this store!!
