Love this place!! The ladies that help us are always so sweet and helpful!! They always make you feel welcome! Today when we went in for out coffee, they gave us a free plant with our purchase as a simple act of kindness!! Seriously, check this place out! You wont be disappointed!!
They have some really nice mums. Large selection of houseplants also. I found some really cool pumpkins. The place to go to get that fall look outdoors
I found my meeting spot in Joplin, MO. Just a bike ride away. The Garden of Eden meets the lust for finely brewed brain stimulating Coffee. The owner has real style and hires very well. Well trained staff, young and brave, they work for him. Family first, Neighborhood first, value and quality. Like WOW Mon, what a find. Hope to see all like souls join us, meet and greet for coffee. Southern charm and ohhhlala! Clean, Clean Clean, as Colleen always says. They have my GOLD STAR. Come and see, smell taste and feel... right in my neighbor.
So cute and cozy, fish water feature is fun! The employee there today was so kind and helpful suggesting dairy free syrups. Got a Lavender Oatmilk Latte that was incredibly delicious! Will 100% be coming back. There were so many other drinks that looked delicious too (watermelon mint lemonade and lavender lemonade as well as other coffee type drinks!) So hard to choose 😁
Not only is the coffee delicious (my favorite is the carribean delight) but the staff is so helpful and friendly! We have been venturing into gardening and building some raised beds. The greenhouse has a wonderful selection and the staff has really been helpful in guiding us in starting things correctly so we are successful 🤞
Love love love this place! Great drinks and food, and a lovely atmosphere. The greenhouse is always stocked with a good selection of plants from their local farms. Amazing seed selection and they have a good selection of pots from local makers. The eggs they use in their baked goods and breakfast foods are fresh and local as well. Even their coffee they use is from local vendors! They make their own syrups in house and they are available to buy. The baristas are awesome and so nice too. If you like plants, coffee, and supporting your local community this is your place!
Great espresso and cappuccino and very nice staff. Glad there are places like this on Route 66
Popular spot for hot and cold drinks, pretty plants but slightly more expensive than what I would have expected
Good coffee and snacks. Wifi speeds were pretty terrible and because of the makeup of the building and loud music, its probably not the place to go if youre looking for a place to work or study.
Coffee is always delicious, and the specials are a lot of fun throughout the season! Plus I could look at the plants probably all day. If you’re in the Jop for want reason this place is definitely worth a visit :-)
My wife and I love the coffee. The London Smog and Bees Knees being my favorites and my wife really likes the Ozark Stinger. My kids also like the Charlottes Webb (8 oz hot chocolate). You can also get Bearded Lady and Cottage Small Coffee Roasters which are some good, locally roasted coffee. Staff has always been friendly and efficient, even when busy. The plant selection is decent and prices seem really fair. I usually prefer to buy my garden plants there versus the places like Lowes or Home Depot. The staff I have dealt with have all been very helpful and knowledgeable.
Great place to meet new and old aquaintenances. Many varieties of caffeine and pastries. Try a jalapeno and cheese pig in a blanket. Not hot but just enough to tingle your tongue. We will return. I highly recommend. See you there.
Beautiful flowers, a huge amount of pumpkins, friendly service and cold brew coffee. What more could you ask for?
Okay, so this place got a five because it makes me feel like I’m at home (Oregon). The coffee shop is inside of (but different room than) a greenhouse. One of only two places that sells Wheatgrass Btw. Gluten free options in snacks, desserts and drinks. A very Northwest vibe with a hippie/organic culture. Pictures of what’s offered are included. Ps- no drive through but plenty of parking. Pss-HIGHLY recommend the Puffles.
Really good great service, coffee is really good the puddle is like they say kind of a chewy waffle
This is by far the best coffee house in the Joplin area ! Welcoming warm and very friendly staff. The entire staff goes out of the way to make customers feel appreciated. And the biggest plus which should get 10 stars, I can actually see the staff smile and I can understand them.
Delightful atmosphere & delicious drinks & pastries. Then theres all the beautiful flowers to enjoy!
Great coffee. Interesting that it was in combination with a greenhouse. Get some vegan treats please.
Always a nice friendly place with lots of beautiful plants and great drinks! A regular stop when family comes to town.
Awesome place. I had a very good coffee and toast with egg. Very good.
What a great coffee shop and greenhouse! Large areas for chillin and browsing the web, doing homework, holding virtual/in-person meetings, brunching w/ friends, etc. There are even game nights and other events. Great menu; Plus a very large selection of plants, soil, plant food, seeds, and other gardening needs.
Love this place. Always so friendly
I bought some dill and parsley for some black swallowtail caterpillars. I did not know they sprayed pesticides on their herbs. Now my kids got to watch what chemicals do to the caterpillar and not turn into butterflies.
I bought some flowers and ate in the coffee shop. Food was good. Employees were helpful and friendly.
This is hands down my favorite place in Joplin to spend time. They have an amazing variety of plants and all are much better quality than what I typically find at Lowes or other chain retail stores. As if that were not enough, they also have a coffee shop! Inside the shop, the atmosphere is fun but relaxed. I love the seasonal food and drink options but they also have the basic staples as well. Highly recommend this place!
This place was a busseling hot spot! With a large number of both tea and coffee drinks ... with names like a stinger shake. And all the gardening enthusiasts gathering up carts full flowers and plants.
This is my favorite coffee place by far! Great and friendly staff, incredible drinks at a reasonable price, lots of menu options (even for non-coffee drinkers), and tons to look at from their plants to the indoor koi pond! I love this place!
Had a great visit! Bought lots of plants for the house and visited with my friend with a hibiscus lemonaid from the coffee shop! This is my favorite place in Joplin to visit!
Great atmosphere, healthy plants, delicious coffee. This is a unique setting that I highly recommend visiting.
Such a cute wonderful little greenhouse! Loved everything about it!
Good service and coffee. The breakfast sandwich was yummy.
The decor is lovely and simple. Tons of beautiful greenery and flora. Inside has a wonderful koi pod with a relaxing waterfall. I only had the muffins and OMG are they so delicious, especially warmed up! There is also a comfortable amount of seating. The only thing is the bathroom is cold and dreary. Plus, it is hard to remind yourself to pay attention to your food/drink when in a conversation. Also because most places call out your order or name. Here you have to be alert for your things.
They use high quality milk in the lattes. It makes all the difference. I love the atmosphere. I love everything about this cafe. It is a slice of heaven
Best coffee shop in town. Everything about it is great. Stop in here once and youll never go anywhere else for coffee.
This place was so much fun- lots of lovely plants, seeds, bee keeping supplies, and the Bees Knees and the Ozark Stinger were fantastic tasting coffees!
Loved this place! Good coffee, lots of breakfast options and GF options too! Our kids really liked the fish pond when you walk in!
Friendly and fast service. Unique and great food and drinks! They always have a good selection of house plants and seasonal plants for an affordable price!
Love this place ! Great coffee and baristas ! Our cortados were supremo ❤ and has a very cool vibe with a stone water feature
Went here about a week ago. Loved the greenhouse part of the shop. They had some nice plants and a wonderful selection of Succulents. We had planned on getting coffee also but were surprised to see that nobody was wearing a mask inside. Not even the employees who were preparing and serving coffee. Pretty irresponsible to be preparing food/drinks for people right now while not wearing a mask. We chose to forget the coffee and go elsewhere. Really disappointing.
Ive been coming here every time Im in Joplin for a couple years now and I still love it! I always have to stop here no matter what. Their coffee is delicious and I never leave without buying some kind of new plant friend.💚
Really nice spot. Great coffee shop along side a greenhouse. Cool concept. I got a pour over that was great but they had house-made and local pastries, signature coffee drinks (purple sweet potato latte, and others. They told me they made all their syrups in-house as well. Recommend this spot to any local or passerby.
Great pit stop! Convenient location off the highway, refreshing drinks for the road, and huge pastries in a little shaded garden setting. Indoor seating if its too hot, and dog friendly.
Top notch! Food and drinks superb
I went here today and they helped me pick out some house plants and pots and potted them for me. She helped explain what would be the best for me because I simply needed something easy to care for. I didn’t get the young lady’s name but she was so helpful and nice. The coffee was good too!!!
Great coffee, wide selection. Nice atmosphere and fast, friendly service!
Does not follow CDC mandated protocols. Very unsafe operation.
A green house and a coffee shop together, the perfect place for a gardener and coffee lover like me. They serve some of the best coffee in the area. Ive never had a problem with any of their drinks. The green house has wide variety of plants for each season. They had a nice selection of pumpkins and mums this fall.
Awesome little place. Great selection of plants, and the coffee is first rate!
We were looking for plants, and saw the coffee shop OPEN with outdoor seating! It was a nice atmosphere, coffee is SUPERB, and so many plants to choose from! The thing I like is its LOCAL! Yes, yes, yes! I cannot describe the wonderful vibe this place puts off! Give it a go!
My favorite coffee shop in town! The baristas are friendly and remember your name, and the sitting area is a great place to get some work done. There’s also great outdoor seating!
Coffee is delish!! The plants are really good quality! And don’t forget the raw local honey!
Beautiful selection of plants and coffee too. Outside tables with plenty of Social Distancing .Clean public individual restroom. A great must visit each trip to town
The best in town! The atmosphere with all the plants in the nursery and fish pond are awesome! I recommend the dark roast pour over! Really legit coffee!!
This place is a fantastic local option for coffee. The staff is friendly and helpful. My wife wanted a hot chocolate which isnt listed on the menu. She says its one of the best shes had and it certainly looked nice. I had a delicious pour over coffee from a local coffee roaster. Overall a great experience. We will be back!
Hands down best coffee shop in town!
Wish I could leave different reviews for the greenhouse vs the coffee shop. I have enjoyed each experience buying plants.Regarding the coffee, the drinks are always great, but the service is awful. The baristas are regularly unkind and dismissive. It has become an expectation to experience this each time I come here.
This place is amazing the drinks are good and prices are reasonable and they gave me a free plant today with a purchase of a drink. If I lived in the area I would be here all. the. time. I am so jealous Joplin.
Not what I expected. Not a lot of flower choices.
A great way to spend an afternoon. Wonderful atmosphere and very friendly staff. Im not a coffee guy, but the puffles and hot chocolate are to DIE for. Right up their in the running for my favorite coffee shop in Joplin, but the greenhouse itself really puts it over the edge. I love coming in just to grab some plants or to get some work done. Highly recommended.
Great place. Love the photo shoot area.
There food and drinks are amazing there fast service and really really good quality
Best coffee in town, hands down.
The best coffee Ive had in this area since returning from Ireland. They know their stuff. On top of that, staff is friendly and food choices are interesting.
The coffee is great, the espresso is great, I love the plants and the atmosphere. If my order didnt turn out the way I wanted, I would come back anyway because their breakfast puffle and coffee is too good to not have in my life while I still live here.(People should talk to the manager if they have issues and not give 1 star ratings over something petty.)
Great experience and wonderful coffee. I love the environment and it nice to walk around drinking a coffee while shopping/looking at plants.
Good coffee, good atmosphere. I’ll be back.
I loved this place, it was independent and a refreshing change from Starbucks. However they only serve their specialty coffee drinks in the small cups and refuse to give customers the same drink in their larger cups when you want to add additional shots of espresso! I asked why since I was more than willing to pay for the extra espresso? The response was it would mess with the flavors. No it would not, same flavors, just extra shots of espresso. I went down the line of specialty drinks: cant do it, cant do it, cant do it. This was the snarky, shrill voiced little cashier. Refused to listen to reason or my explanation. So I got my usual large iced latte with 2 extra shots and left. I will not be back. I have a feeling this cashier does NOT KNOW HOW to think outside of the box or go the extra mile to grant a customers simple request. I loved this place and will come to the greenhouse, but will NOT visit the coffee shop as long as the COFFEE NAZI is calling all the shots there with her no no no no nos. This was on Saturday, June 22 at 10:15.
Love the friendly atmosphere! The coffee is great and the staff is on point with service and hospitality. Gorgeous plant selection and creative classes too!
Best coffee shop in joplin!
Great cappuccino. Service was good and everyone was friendly. First impression was it was a little pricey. Baked goods approached $5 for large muffins. I’m not broke but that’s steep to me. I went looking for coffee and plants and they had a great selection of both. Just no hostas.
So beautiful, great atmosphere, UNIQUE drink options, good customer service, BEAUTIFUL plants! Love this coffe shop/greenhouse!
Apple cider and breakfast puffle were great.
My girlfriend and I love this place. The coffee is excellent and all the baristas are super nice. If youre there for the plants, you wont be disappointed there either. We have purchased several plant and have had nothing but great results. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
Every employee was unmasked as well as several customers. Do not go here if safety is a priority for you.
Patient and helpful employees answered all my questions. Good selection of seeds and starter plants. Also sell garden soil in totes large enough to fill a 4x8 raised bed. Coffee shop inside has good coffee.
A bit more expensive for like/similar variety of plants, trees and shrubs as Home Depot or Lowes. But easily accessible from the Food 4-Less parking lot.
Nice place just little too expensive.Coffee was great any way
I was accidentally given a mocha latte- the one flavor I absolutely hate- instead of a white mocha latte. But it took me halfway through my drink to recognize the mistake because it was still so delicious. Keep up the coffee voodoo-magic or whatever it is that made me enjoy even my most despised flavor of latte 👍🏼
I was so excited to try this place but they are not accessible to people with disabilities. Considering I couldnt get in on my own or use the bathroom, I took my business elsewhere. As a small business owner myself, i understand needing to save costs but not being accessible is discrimination and makes it impossible to patronize a business.
