Terrible store. Very messy! Slow to help, and rude when they do! I just wanted a simple print order and I was in the store for hours!

Ive never posted a google review before, but I think my experience in this store makes it necessary. Ive never had a bad experience at this tore until just a few days ago. I came in for what must be the first time since the holiday season when I bought a desk for my grandson. Things have changed! The faces I was used to seeing in this store are all gone! The helpful copy print team is now seemingly replaced with one young man who looks as though he hasnt showered in ages. Well get back to him! The store was an absolute mess, and has been reorganized in the most cluttered and messy ways conceivable. The cashier when I came in was too busy poking around on her phone to hear me ask a question the first three times I asked it! After I found my way to the back of the store for some raffle tickets, my granddaughter wanted to look at the furniture, so I obliged, and we looked at some rather nice chairs that were on a great sale. But, what happened next obligated me to (1) not complete my purchase and (2) firmly decide to never come back to this rotten establishment. My grand daughter saw the greasy copy print boy standing just barely in view from the back of the store, and she says he was quite obviously taking photographs of her! This is an absolutely despicable act, and Im quite frankly astounded that an establishment I once thought rather highly of would hire such a depraved young man! I dont know his name, I just know he wore glasses, a mask, and looked rather dirty. Office Depot is a dirty store staffed by dirty people! I would rate 0 star if I cold!

Terrible store. Rude manager. Manager was rude to me and the nice young lady who was actually trying to help me. Do your shopping elsewhere!

I called Office Depot in Joplin, Mo. to inquire about members rewards this week . Nice lady answered,ask to place me on hold while she got papers....gentleman came on phone and was Very rude! Way to be to a member. Corporate would be proud- Not.

Have everything I need, why go anywhere else 1 shop in a great place

I had over a dozen packages I needed shipped and the sweet girl in the print shop had the patience of a 3 legged tortoise. She was so sweet and patient with me and my mountain of packages I had to box up, sort, label, seal up, and ship and Emily honestly deserves a raise, a trophy, and a promotion for being my rock in the storm. Her customer service knows no limit.

I recently had a terrific experience at this store. The help was WAY OVER THE TOP in helping me pick out a desk and office chair! I love this store and will always be back.

It’s just frustrating because you want to support these businesses.I should not have to make a trip twice staying in line for a total of 25 minutes with two or less customers; only to leave empty-handed or not so much as a greeting. (All I needed was two posterboard copies of the 2021 calendar.)On The other hand; I had no issues buying my L-shaped Magellan complete desk a week ago.Please at least acknowledge the fact that I’m standing there and have waited patiently don’t pretend like you don’t see me Because I am following social distancing practices.

The copy and print department has been fabulous to work with. I had a big order and Brittany and Adrian had a great attitude and finished ahead of schedule.

This place was horrible. It was poorly stocked. My computer rig is ten times better than what was offered in this place. I was looking for CAT-7 Ethernet cable, all they had was 5E and 6, and even that section was poorly stocked.All the printers they had there was made out of cheap plastic, but they wanted a premium price, and the selection was horrible.A ResponseI sent your company an email like you instructed me to but I have yet to get a response back. Sounds like to me your company is not interested in improving the store,as well as improving your web presence. If this is how Office Depot would treat a potential client, then I want no part of it. Ill just take my business elsewhere.

Excellent service & happy to see tape on the floor marking physical distancing recommendations. However, employees are not wearing gloves or masks. I would feel so much safer if employees were even wearing homemade or makeshift masks

They have a high quality printer and they offer same day pick up if you order early enough. So overall pleased with the end result.But... I’ve not always had a great experience with the employees behind the counter at the print department. Once there was a girl (probably 17 or 18 years old) who was not competent in customer service at all. They lost my order and she wanted me to call Office Depot’s main customer service line. I called them while I was in the store and they made me hand the phone to the girl at the print counter and told her what to do... Hopefully that doesn’t happen again because I would like to continue to give them my business because of the print quality.

Waited an hour to print a couple things just for them to tell me they dont know how to do it. Couldve told me earlier 👌👌

I like getting my prints from office depot cuz they allow gamma editing but this stores print section is beyond slow. Ive ordered things from them multiple times even 12 hours before pick up and still no ready. Only down side. Wish it was more convenient and smooth

Office Depot is my go to place anytime I need office and school supplies. OD has a great selection of office equipment as well. What I like most about office Depot is the fair pricing and they offer curbside pickup!

We use their printing for our business and for non-profit purposes and they are always terrific to work with. 5 Stars for the print department!

Never been a huge fan of Office Depo/Office Max. However, I have had 2 experiences with them in the last couple of months. The management went out of their way to make a product right that wasnt their fault. I like online shopping but I will be purchasing in-store from them in the future because they deserve the support! It is awesome to see face-to-face customer service! Well done, and thanks!

Its an office supply chain. There is nothing really special about this place but they probably have paperwork and other items that you might need for your small business. The staff was helpful and showed me exactly where I needed to go to get my forms. I appreciate it when you go into the store and they dont just point you to the direction you need to go.

Not too happy....went in to get something they said online they had 3 of. We asked an employee for help and was told to wait in the accessory department....After waiting 10 minutes and no one showing up I found a manager to help us. He walked us over...told us they always say we have things online we dont have.... never looked at the shelf or in the back...flat out said no. This surprises me as I purchased all of my office equiptment here years ago and they were all so nice and helpful. Guess times and employees change!

I was not able to find what I was looking for when I went in. Also, I thought the lives were a little high. Store was clean and a sales representative was quick to come and try to help me out. Very good selection of items.

I always do my FedEx shipping at office depot. They always listen to my needs and respond accordingly. Today Adam went above and beyond for me to get something vitally important to my son! Santa needs to be very good to him.

I called to check availability on a product this morning and the guy that answered the phone was rude as could be. I could barely hear him at first then he told me I would have to come in to see because he didnt have anyone back there at the time so instead of doing his job amd checking the availability they have lost all of my future buisness.

Nice employees there in Jomo, sadly the copy machines are smarter than I am butt the counter help there in the copy department is always so helpful.

Can pay right at the self use copiers to email and make copies by paying with credit card or debit card great convenience.

I bought a computer last month, and (at no fault of Office Depot) it was a dud. I thought it was my internet, and after two visits from my internet guy, I finally realized it was actually my new computer. OD validated that it was in fact a dud, and upgraded me to an even better computer, no questions asked. John and Geneva were both so helpful.

Courteous service this visit. Sent a fax & picked up some awesome sale deals. I didnt give 5 stars bc the fax service is expensive & they dont offer affordable electronics.

Ive tried calling to find information on products and in one day they put me on hold and then hung up. Shortly after, I called again and they kept me on hold until I finally hung up after about 10-15 min on hold. The only reason why Im giving 3 starts is cuz the print service department was very diligent, friendly and helpful! They have a decent selection but lots of it is overpriced.

Easy copier & same as nationwide

Went to print notes for class under a time crunch, the old guy at the print station had no idea what he was doing. I ended up having to drive across town to get them printed elsewhere. Have normally decent service but this set me back bad.

Ive only gone here to drop off shipping for UPS. The lady that works the counters is very polite, but the store seemed a little crazy. Had to go to one side of the counter to drop off package, go to the other side to get the receipt. Lines were out the door at the registers, and your obvious commission based sales people were like rabid dogs trying to hunt down their next meal/customer.

Best thing you can do is not ask me how good was it. I can tell you how it was not good at all. I posted a picture of the cheese burger I got.. I didnt get the one I ordered. I damn will did not order it burnt.. A cheeseburger with NO CHEESE....... OH AND MY APPETIZERS I DIDNT GET BEFORE MY MAIN COURSE...I DID GET IT IN A TOGO BAG WHEN I WAS CHECKING OUT .... IM SORRY .. BUT NOT ASK ME BECAUSE IT SUCK

I had a very poor experience with the print center.I was assured multiple times a job could be done quickly, only for the job to be late. The employee struggled to use the equipment, the equipment repeatedly malfunctioned, the computer software kept crashing, etc. I had to come back the next day.When I finally got the printed items, I inquired about getting them cut, and the same thing happened. 5-10 minutes turned into 35-45 minutes. Had to leave and pick them up later.

Puzzling encounter. Went in to purchase a restaurant debit card for food on an upcoming trip. Did it several months ago no problem. Wanted two this time--one each. Went to use the same airline card and clerk says sorry cash only. Theres an Arvest ATM just up the street. We HAVE an Arvest ATM CREDIT card (not debit). Nope, wont work...cash only. We dont usually carry large amounts of cash HENCE the REASON for purchasing the card in the first place. Had it by sheer chance this time. Dont know when the policy changed but were not happy about the inconsistency. Got the cards and left. Checking in to the SIMPLE card in the future. Had enough.

Product selection has reduced since they downsized this location. It’s the only good office supply store in town so you’re kinda stuck going here.

Used the copying service today. The woman at the desk was overly helpful and polite. I had no complaints.

I went to Office Depot to purchase items for our Church to give away to children in our community. I noticed that there was a limit on what you could buy. I asked one of the managers if I could purchase 12 of each item (of which he had plenty to spare) instead of 6 and I explained what it was for. He simply said no and that was that, so I thanked him and told him very kindly then I would just go to Walmart and thats what I did. Walmart was very gracious they helped me get everything that I needed I ask for a box to put my 30 boxes of crayons in, the manager was eager to help me with anything I needed. I spent over $100 with Walmart and it wasnt the money that I spent but it was the thank you from the employees that I got 4 trying to help our community and the Goodwill that the employees had at Walmart versus the bah humbug service I received at Office Depot!! Office Depot was a total waste of my valuable time, a mistake I will never make again.

Ikea is better for furniture, Amazon is better for everything else.I wouldnt even go here as a show room, because Best Buy is a better place to do that.

Service was terrible. The woman in line in front of me bought almost$300.00 in supplies and the staff barley bagged the items for and then just left them on the countertop for her to struggle to put in her cart. And she kept apologizing to me for the hold up! My little $40 purchase commanded no better service.
