Called about purchasing a ZD 1211 zero turn lawnmower and their best price they could give me was 17556.00 Called Heartland in Nevada MO. And the first price he quoted me for the exact mower with the same options was 15500.00. That’s 2556.00 dollars cheaper. Believe me anytime I can save 2556.00 for the exact mower. The funny thing is If they would of come down to 17000.00 I would of bought it there and not checked around. So a big thanks to Anderson for not coming down off their price.

The customer service went above and beyond! The help they gave me and are giving me is top notch! I’m thankful they were recommended by several people! I will always bring my tractor here for service! Even their technician explained to me what he did and was very professional! Extremely pleased with the whole group there!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took a mower that was running in 2 years ago to get looked out because when I engaged the blades it would not cut it would try to die. So I dropped it off. It was about 3 weeks later they called me and told me the changed the fuel filter and something else and it didnt fix it and i said i knew that wouldnt fix it i already did that. So they called me about 2 weeks later and said the torn down the engine and my bill was l over 700, I was like why did you do that, the guy told me there was something wrong with one of the cylinders, I asked if the ran a compressor check and they said no. I said why wouldnt you do that before you torn it down and couldnt find anything wrong. So i told them at that time just put it back together the way it came in and i would pick it up. So about maybe 3 or 4 months ago i went in and asked, the guy said let me look it up and talk to someone out in the shop, i said ok just call me. I waited 2 weeks no call so i went back in and i got someone else he told me he would talk to the shop manager and figure out where it is, again i said just call me. Another 2 weeks i go back in and get the same guy and he tells me they are looking for the motor and he would call me when it gets done. So i waited 3 weeks this time and i went in and of course i get another new guy. UGH!! He said he would promise to look into it, i said ok just give me a call. So it was about a hour later a lady called me named Marty and told me she called me several times and left message and sent my a registered letter to my address that i just moved into on Easter. She told me she mailed it a year ago to that address, i was like i didnt even live there yet. And she was telling me she had all the paperwork on her desk and everything documented so i was ok I would like it so i can give to my lawyer. I went up there and ask for the paperwork and she said i have 5000 customers im working with, there maybe of been 3 people in the area and she told me all the paperwork was on her desk just get it and give it to me, she was lying. So moral of the story she called me a liar and her place cant fix lawnmowers. If she called me several times what was just going to tell me its still not fix and not in the shape i brought it to the place. Like i told her when i left it will cost her in the long run and karma will Win.

Called about buying a new tractor. Sales rep on phone barely gave me the time of day. Called Grove, Ok and talked to a very pleasant associate at Kubota Tractor. They got my $16,000.

Bought a bx25d1 knowing its limits. They tried to sell a much larger to fit size of my property but I have been very pleased with abilities of the BX25D. Staff is always helpful even if I need to wait. Questions always answered and tractor is still doing what I ask of it.

I paid cash for a new 23HP Kubota Tractor package on 10-10-19. Everything was supposed to have been checked and ready. First time I used the Bush Cutter, the shaft was too long resulting in damage to the PTO. Returned to Andersons. As of 11/6/19, I am still waiting to get back a tractor. At time of purchase, I requested, through the salesman, a mulching kit, and was told it was on order. Checked back in person two weeks later, still not ordered as he didnt remember me asking, so reordered. Still did not get ordered. Only reason for the 3 stars is because of Marty Anderson. Once she got involved, she had another new tractor assembled for me rather than give me back the original, has kept me updated on progress, and made sure the mulch kit was ordered and installed. Hope to get my tractor today!

Easy to work with. Bought a mower and they were cordial and straight forward. Threw in some extras. Ive had no problems from the mower in the summer we have had it so far. Full service. I would go back again in a heart beat.

Excellent staff - excellent management - to service all your Kubota needs.

Bought a kubota mower three years ago, we have had nothing but issues from the time we have had it. We had to have it in their service department three times, all three times they kept it for two months (the entire summer) wouldnt rent us out a mower, and we had to hire someone to mow our lawns. I cant tell you how many times this thing has broken down, they dont get in a hurry to fix it, they dont offer any solutions at all. Basically said we were out of luck. There hasnt been a summer that we have actually been able to use our $5000 dollar mower more that a few times before it broke and had to go back to the service department and sit there for a few months. We have talked to several people that have bought Kubotas from the Springdale Ar location and they said they have been amazing, and any time something is broke they fix it fast or work with them on a solution. I would NEVER recommend Anderson to buy a kubota, I wish we would have listen to our friends and gone with the kubota dealer out of Springdale.
