Had a couple of phone calls from the delivery driver to coordinate and to confirm what equipment I needed and the logistics to get a big truck to my residence. Made the delivery quick and easy.

They were on time. Worked with us on some issues that were our issues, not United Rentals. There were no difficulties with delivery or pickup.

Over the past 7 years that I have worked with United Rentals, we have rented multiple pieces of equipment. The sales associates are always knowledgeable and friendly. I rented a mortar mixer from the store. Within that time I purchased a hot saw. I informed them I would be purchasing mixer at end of job for 2500. My account had fraudulent acts on it I paid my month then was hospitalized 2 weeks upon my return home I received I message stating they where pressing charges after being 5 days late

Horrible customer service. rude and unwilling to compramise. tried to charge a weeks worth of time for a single 8 hr day. do not go here
