Here are 9 am and stood outside the gate until 9:24 with 5 other customers and NO employee ever showed up

I think this location is under new management because it was Billy and Michelle behind the counter. Billy packed a very delicate statue for me to prevent it getting broken in shipping. Theyre experts in packing items to prevent damage and costly insurance claims. I used their packaging services for the peace of mind that theyll make it right if something were to happen. Still, I wonder if they refund the fee for the box and packing the item if something breaks. I guess it only makes sense that they would since they packed the item and it is in their possession the whole time. Maybe I worry too much. Michelle was great too! She told me all about their ability to print announcements, posters, and other educational and marketing materials. And she told me the sweetest story about taking her little granddaughter to Vero beach last weekend to create the type of memories for her that Michelle has from her own childhood. Im looking forward to using their services again.

Michelle was amazing! She was so helpful with printing exactly what I needed for a Hurricane Dorian Bahamas Relief Comedy Show. I had so many questions about sizes and prices and she was so patient and had every answer. I was able to get information on the next coming deals. I work in aviation and she helped me get great ideas for my business - I will definitely be back again!

I was greeted as soon as I arrived. My package needed the mailing label attached and to be taped shut, both of which were taken care of. A very speedy and pleasant experience.

Walked in to FedEx to return an item to Amazon. Had the shipping return label on my phone. They cant scan the barcode. They asked me to email them. I forward the link. Theyre not allowed to open links sent in emails even though he knows its the return shipping label. What a joke. Zero stars if possible. UPS is so much easier.

I went here today, not knowing how to send something to the UK. David was very patient and kind, taking time to change addresses for me when the price was too high and explaining the time of delivery can affect the final price, too. Will definitely use again.
