When I arrived in Florida I went to this facility to see my storage unit. When told I would have to use a machine to get to my unit I was terrified. I’m 65 years old and was extremely uncomfortable. I asked the front desk clerk to cancel and was assured I would be refunded. I was told it had to go through corporate. Today I was told I will not be refunded. This is clearly taking advantage of an individual. Would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Rented a 20’ u haul truck to move my wife’s father . Paulette at the front desk was so helpful and went over everything that was needed for a smooth rental. She had the truck pulled up to the front of the building ready to go when we came to pick it up. Upon returning the truck the same afternoon once again she said all I need is the key and your all set. Everything will be e mailed to you and that it was a pleasure doing business with us!! It was an awesome rental experience and I will definitely see Paulette again if I ever need to rent another u haul down the road. I would definitely recommend Jupiter park self storage and u haul rental to anyone in need!!

Wow. Customer service here is exceptional, which is difficult to find in this business. Paulette was and currently is extremely professional, kind, welcoming and available every time I have been at my units. The location of the storage property is well maintained with easy access 24hours a day. A loading dock is there where I can unload my truck with ease. Additionally, this is the only location UHaul is available with various truck sizes. Paulette has the lobby well stocked with moving supplies, lock, and contacts for support with moving. I was going to use PODS and changed my mind to have a climate controlled facility with 24 hour access and, I truly believed I made the right decision and highly recommend Jupiter Park for your needs.

The truck rental and return is so easy and they are so helpful. Paulette is GREAT! She is friendly, helpful, efficient and always willing to go the extra step to assure our satisfaction. We have a storage unit and an RV storage space there. It’s clean and well organized. The only suggestion I have is I wish there were a light in my storage unit so I can see my belongings.

This is a nice place to store my things. The climate controlled space is perfect for my belongings. The manager Paulette has been very professional and helpful. The move in process was very easy and went very smoothly. the price is the best in town and I am very happy to have found this storage warehouse.

I’ve been using this facility for over 2 years and I love the easy access 24/7, A/C units, access to Uhaul trucks, clean, great staff and management and close to where I live. Never had a problem with them and will use them at least another year! Paulette has been great to work with!

Ive been renting a storage unit from Jupiter Park Self Storage for the past 6 months and the management couldn’t have been more helpful from first contact, to move in (helped me back up huge truck to easily unload), to the present. Everything is super clean and secure and the staff is really on top of things. Im confident that I have made the best choice to store my things.

Jupiter Park Self Storage is a wonderful place. Clean and accessible 24/7. Reasonably priced clean units.The only problem is finding a place to park with all of their rental trucks parked in the parking lot.Overall I would highly recommend this storage facility!

They dont tell u about so many hidden fees..a 50 dollar unit if u ar a week or so lat will cost u almost 200. Hated it an you have to give 30 day written notice or you get charged for the following mths ..I paid 50 for the math an moved my stuff out the 10 th an no reburstment at all..an they will go thru your stuff..mine was all moved around..

They moved our storage unit without telling us and half our stuff is missing. We were informed the standard protocol was to call the police and file a claim with insurance. The staff said there is nothing they could do but notify the manager. Been over a week and yet to hear from the manager. No apology, no refund, no investigation, no researching security videos as if that’s their standard protocol of doing nothing, not even keeping place secure. I would highly recommend avoiding Jupiter Self Storage if you want to keep your belongings!! Steve S

Multiple different size units.Guy behind the desk was friendly, helpful in minimizing cost and getting me what I need. Even remembered my name when I came back in later that day, unusual for Storage to be so nice but a nice touch on service side of it. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage.

Ive been renting here for a few years now. The facility has always been clean, well-lit, and well-maintained. The team has always been incredibly helpful, and great to work with. Ive found the rates to be very fair, and competitive.

This place is great, and the guys that work there are extremely friendly and helpful. They really do take the stress away when it comes to finding the right sized unit, they even helped me reserve the perfect size U-Haul truck to help me save money and not get something too big to have unused space. I really love that I can access it 24 hours also, as a small business owner its great to be able to go any time I need. Highly recommend this location if you are looking to store or rent a U-Haul

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST GROUP OF PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, I AM 59 YEARS OLD AND LOST MY JOB. I HAVE REQUESTED A 30 DAY EXTENSION ON THE SALE OF MY ITEMS IN THE STORAGE UNIT. BUT IT WAS DENIED. EVERYTHING I OWN IS IN THAT UNIT, MY FAMILY IS ALL GONE, THE ASHES ARE IN THAT UNIT. LOST PET ASHES ARE IN THAT UNIT. ALL MEMENTOS FROM FAMILY AND FRIENDS IN THAT UNIT, INCLUDING EVERYTHING AND I MEAN EVERYTHING THAT I OWN. I HEAR STORIES ALL THE TIME OF EXTENSIONS GIVEN AND EVEN GOOGLED IT. BUT THESE HEARTLESS PEOPLE WOULD RATHER SELL MY THINGS THAN GIVE ME THE TIME TO PAY IT OFF (30 DAYS). HEARTLESS ANIMALS WHO CARE MORE THAN YOUR DOLLAR THAN YOU. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I have rented from Jupiter Park before, and returned because of the great experience. The staff is incredible; very knowledgeable, as well as helpful and, well, just plain nice! There is a good selection of units, and the staff (especially Justin) is very good at helping you determine just how large (or small) a unit you need. Easy access, plenty of carts to help move items back and forth, and their supply area has pretty much everything you may need. Truck rental is a piece of cake, and very affordable. Thanks, JPSS!

Thank you Jupiter Park Self Storage for all your help. The staff here is great, they were able to accommodate our U-haul rental, gave us a free month for our storage unit and even gave us discounts on retail items to help pack our things! Why would you go anywhere else!!

The unit are overpriced for what they are offering you, and there all made of plywood. You guys are better off going to life storage on indiantown Road, those new units made of quality material for the same price if not lower, plus they offer actual elevators and not man lift for access to upper level units. If you do decide to rent from here make sure that you give them the 30 day notice to vacate on or before the Bill due date at the end of the month or else youll be paying for another full month after you give the 30 day notice, because they dont give a pro-rated Price after you past the Billing cycle. In other words if you give the notice on February 5th, then you wont be vacating until March 30th, all this because it wasntasnt done 30 days prior to the end of the Billing cycle at the end of each month.

Absolutely terrible. The worst storage locker experience ever. Take my advice and STAY AWAY from this place. They are nice at first and then start nickel and diming you with unpublished fees and surcharges. Management is inept and rude. There are much better storage alternatives on the same road.

This place was amazing, made moving so much easier! From how well the staff treated my family and i, and helping us with all our questions, i wont go anywhere else. Terrible costumer service! They are never able to answer any questions over the phone and quickly try and get you off the phone to unconvince you at a time that is more convenient for you. Bob was very helpful and accommodating when we first signed up, but every other employee I came across has been rude and had no time for my questions; even though I have been a customer for 1.5 years and have given them approximately $3500 or more of my money! I will make sure that the large amount of influential people in my circle are aware of this.

DO NOT STORE YOUR VALUABLES HERE! I have stored my boat there for over a year. When the former manager Bob was there I had absolutely no problems. This past year my boat was hit by what looked to be one of the U-Haul trucks judging by the tire marks in the dirt, right under the security camera. My insurance company asked to view the footage but the manager Justin was uncooperative, according to my insurance investigator, saying the camera didnt capture the incident. Come to find out the camera doesnt work. If you watch it, it spins backward and gives a great shot of the wall. Any thieves casing the place would see that. It has been like that for months and months and has not been fixed despite my complaining about it several times. My boat is constantly covered in debris from the trees they apparently cannot trim, and the lawn maintenance crew who, according to JPSS, they cannot stop from blowing all the dirt and debris in the parking lot into my boat. Also, the security street light in their parking lot has been burnt out for several months. My boat is completely in the dark. The current manager there, Justin, told me to call whoever if I want it replaced. Not hell call, he told me to call if I wanted it replaced! A raccoon keeps defecating in my boat and covering it with muddy footprints. Justin says they cant do anything about it. Hey JPSS, have you ever heard of nuisance trappers? Last week, I found my boat covered in mud inside and out. I observed right away that the sprinkler head next to my boat is broken (who knows how long) and has been dumping mud and debris in my boat. Theres more. You get the idea. I complained to the district manager Phil but got absolutely no reply. They are obviously helpless and incompetent. Ill be moving my boat to another facility ASAP. DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE!Update: Do not believe these other reviewers. They are probably friends of Justins wife. I have noticed they are bad spellers on documents. Look at how Jackies name is spelled in one of the reviews. What I do for a living, I have never seen that spelling of Jacqie in 40 years. Justin goes out of his way to make disparaging comments about Bob, the former manager, who we all loved. Thats the Justin I know. After I posted this review, they parked a pickup truck so close to my boat I cant put the cover on it. When I went to take it out on 12/26/15 Justin had parked a U-Haul blocking me so I couldnt pull my boat out, with the whole back parking lot open if he chose. When I asked him to move it, he told me he was too busy and I would have to come back. Imagine, youre paying $112 a month to store your boat and this jerk blocks it in so you cant take it out and refuses to move it until hes not busy, and with my family in town waiting. Again, thats the Justin I know. I have moved my boat. AGAIN, DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!

Waited 45 minutes in line with only 2 people in front of me to find out the 10 truck wasnt available even though I had a confirmation for the 10 truck. Employee not helpful. There was a 10 foot truck sitting right in front!

Great service. This is the only place I go to rent a UHAUL truck.

This is by far the worst group of people running a company i have ever seen. After closing out my unit they continued to charge me $150 a month for 6 months. After bringing up the issue to multilpe managers all they said is they cant do anything about it. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place and the idiots who run it.
