My husband Tom and I had an outstanding experience with Direct TV Hawaii Satellite solutions. Kim was most professional, keeping us informed at every step of the process. When the equipment got delayed due to Tropical Storm Darby, she was able to arrange an expedited delivery and we were actually installed a day ahead of schedule. This is first class customer service. Mahalo, Kim for a great experience. We will definitely recommend this company to all of our friends.

Got the best deal in Hawaii, First year for free! I have saved over $400 - cant compare to any other offer. They have location in center of the town which makes traveling unnecessary. I have followed up by phone and did not have to talk to the automated system, live person every time i called.Strong recommendation to check them out if installing Directv Hawaii.

My contact for this company is Kim, and she has always been very polite. I had Direct TV and Exede Internet Satellite installed. While I am grateful to have high-speed internet in the rural area on the Big Island where I live, it is expensive. I hope that Exede will consider offering a more competitive package. I get the impression that this is a relatively new company and that they are still working out the kinks and quirks of their business and employees.

Called Directv at two pm and a representative answers the phone her name is Kim told her my signal to the satellite wasnt connecting then she accused me for calling them at the crack of dawn. Which its the first time I called them and she ask me am I sure because the person was calling for the same problem. Then she still couldnt help me because I have to call technical support. Horrible service accusing me and giving me attitude.

It took THREE yes 3(!!) techs to install ONE yes 1 (!!) extra satellite dish!! They said it was for Filipino Channels. Soooo if u want that, its an EXTRA dish. Oh and they HAVE TO hang out in ur yard after for their 10 minute MANDATED break. Oh the one star is bcuz when he said they will leave after their mandatory break like 10 minutes but I said no ur gonna leave now and they QUICKLY got the hell off my property. About a minute or so . Now THATS speeeeedddyyy service!! 😂😂 Me 1 Direct None

Got Exede satellite Internet bundle with Directv, much faster solution than my previous DSL in Hana
