Such a great experience purchasing a new phone here! Lina went above and beyond to help backup and transfer my data. She made sure I was able to recover all my data from the cloud before wiping my old phone. In addition she was personable and helpful in choosing accessories. Thanks for all your help Lina!

Major FIVE STAR shout out to super star Tyson and his colleagues Kayleigh and Lina for going above and bring to help this desperate and extremely frustrated cVerizon client with a maddening e-nail freezing /Authenticator issue! These three employees calmed me down - after I had been getting the Rin-around from a different company’s poor customer service that had given me the major run-around…. Then, Tyson stepped up and worked his tech manic to not only successfully restore all my frozen/lost e-mails; but, he also showed me how to remove the darn duel Authenticator system, too. Bravo Verizon Victra Tea!!! Definitely I will highly recommend you all and Verizon Victra for all future vender needs. Major shout of gratitude!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All around PHENOMENAL. 5 stars for the store’s cleanliness and overall atmosphere. I came in to upgrade my phone and I had the privilege to work with Tyson.Great attitude and was there to help. We cracked jokes half the time and kept it smooth all the way through. He wasn’t trying to sell me products I didn’t need and was the most helpful person ever within my Verizon experience. I’ve been with the company for years .I’ll definitely be back and refer my friends to this location and specifically ask for Tyson.That said, give my man Tyson a promotion and a raise ! I have been coming to this store for years because it is convenient. The staff is nice but undertrained and they are severely understaffed. Right now there are 7 people waiting and Ive been here for 2 hours. The staff cant handle a new phone transfer. Management needs to staff up with well-trained staff. They are making boatloads here.

Jaman was really helpful when getting my new iPhone 12 Pro. After being frustrated with my iPhone 10 no longer having a working port or holding a charge I was prepared to have a frustrating experience getting a new phone! Jaman made it so easy! The person that helped me at this store was really good, and they are worth a 4-5 star rating. You just have to know, that for Verizon, RESELLER stores and CORPORATE stores have entirely different Promos and fees. You will pay more going to a Reseller, and if there is a problem, the store people are just calling Verizon Customer service just like you would. Unfortunately, in this case, I just saw the Verizon store sign when I was visiting my bank and Whole foods. So Buyer-Be-Ware

Maybe it depends on who you get for a sales person. Let’s just say the guy we got didn’t disclose all the charges associated with our purchase until after the charge was processed. We returned phone on the spot, after having spent a couple of hours getting the deal done. Ended up at an actual Verizon store in the U Village. Quick and easy there. No surprises.

I had a great experience working with Connor Davidson at this location. I came in with a lot of requests and questions and he devoted a lot of time to ensuring that my questions were answered. I needed to get off my old plan, start a new plan, add a new line to that plan for a number that was on a T-mobile plan, get a new phone, and apply my employee discount. I couldnt remember any of my pins or passwords either! I was really impressed with Connors attitude and knowledge of systems and products. He made a complicated process run smoothly and I will definitely come back to this location for my future phone needs. Thank you!

This Verizon store was extremely nice and helpful! Karen greeted us and helped us work through our phone questions. She recommended a phone that would work for our family and helped us with our plan.I dont usually write reviews but I was impressed by how personable and professional Karen was. Even the neighboring establishments gaff nothing but praise for the Verizon team!This was very refreshing after extremely poor service received at the Queen Anne Ave N store where the manager didnt bother to get up from her chair to resolve our grievances after being ignored. That was lazy and disrespectful.Im glad we gave the Verizon store on 15th Ave. a visit. They really restored our confidence in Verizon stores and customer service. Thanks Karen!

The staff at this store (Cassidy I think) was a true beacon of customer service making sure I got my phone and testing it before leaving the store. Do not go to this store for help. They have no idea what theyre doing, and have extreme difficulties accomplishing the most basic service requests. They seem to be a third party contracted by Verizon, and are not able to operate in any satisfactory way.Spent literally hours trying to modify my service plan and upgrade my phone. Several times I was assured my upgrade order has been placed, but two weeks after supposed delivery date found it was not even placed. Come on people.

I had a very good experience at Diamond (Verizon)Wireless on 15th in Seattle. I found that the store is well staffed and offers good phone support. I have been in several times with questions about phone functionality and they have been patient in going through the nuances of smart phones. Recently, my phone lost its GPS connection and the manager, Ryan, helped me work through some common fixes for GPS.. When the problem persisted, staff realized it was a warranty issue and helped expedite my phone replacement. Thanks Diamond!

Just got the best customer service ever at any Verizon Wireless location from Andrew today. There was an issue with my prepaid account and he took care of everything. I had similar issues before but at other locations I often ended up super frustrated and calling customer service myself using their phone. The first time I went to Verizon. I was under the impression that I was going to finance a phone for my phone plan. Turns out that the guy changed the contract just before I signed to have it as a phone rental. So I have to pay $40 extra a month for my rented phone for two years. Tried to fix it and they said I was bound by contract and tough luck. Not only that, that same phone blew up in Vegas and I had to order a new one. I guess I left the old phone in the hotel cause someone found it and sent it to me two months later. Verizon charged me $200 for the device and said it will be taken off when they get the phone. Well I sent it and now they refuse to take the charge off. I dont understand how thats legal. On top of that, the auto payment stopped working and I didnt know, without warning, today they turned off my phone that I use for work. That phone is how I make my money. Now Im constantly being thrown between customer care and financial services going over the same dialogue over and over and over and over. They created it to be a loop to drive people nuts and give up. They wont reactivate my account so that I can make money to pay for the account thats over due. Now I have to go start a new phone plan with a different service so I can pay that bill and then get charged for cancelling my contract. This company will scam you and screw you over first chance you get. And being a business owner does nothing when It comes to this company. I cant believe I even trusted this company.

Finest experience ever at a Verizon outlet (Interbay)!!! Contracted for a tablet, and Larry spent the next 30 minutes giving me the best training I could have wished for, answered every question, took me carefully through necessary steps (making sure I grasped the information before zipping on to something else). Then updated and adjusted my account. Moved on to some troubling stuff happening with my android phone... all good now!! Icing on the electronic cake was going out to my car and resetting my Bluetooth connectivity. As a 76- year- old fairly savvy user, I could not have asked for a better, more caring individual to help me.

I was having issues with my phone not starting. I went in to get some help with it at the Verizon Store and Ryan was helping me. I explained that I needed to have a phone the next morning by 5am as my mother was having surgery. Since a replacement would not be able to get to me in time, he let me borrow one of his personal spare cell phones until mine could b replaced. My faith in humanity is restored. Nice work Ryan!

The guy told me I can’t deactivate phone protection then and told me he’d do this within a month after I told him specifically I didn’t want this feature as I have AppleCare. I hate getting screwed over, months later I check my bill and I have been getting charged. What a rip off! (He also messed up transferring the wrong iPhone that day). I would never go back to this Verizon Store, if I stay with Verizon period.

A little piece near the charging port of my phone broke off the same day I got it and they would not let me exchange it for a new one and continued to blame me for it breaking as if I was lying. Not only would they not let me exchange it, they wouldnt even let me pay the $150 damage fee (which is ridiculous in the first place since it wasnt my fault) and return it!! They straight up wouldnt even let me return it under any circumstances. The manager here is a JERK!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! If I could give it zero stars, I would!

Appalled at my experience in this store. We went to the Northgate Mall store for a device upgrade. The guy who helped us there was incredibly nice and really defined customer service. However, after the new phone was activated, everything transferred over except the photos to the new phone. We stopped in this 15th Ave location the next day because it’s closer to my house than Northgate. We just had a simple question...how do we get the photos to transfer over? The guy who helped us didn’t ask our name, phone number, nothing. He said, “if I help you in the store, I will have to charge you.” I can tell you the name of an app that you can use. But if I touch your phone, I have to charge you.” Seriously?! We have been Verizon customers for 20 years. He didn’t even ask our phone number. Just told us we would be charged for help. Then, it gets worse...he turned away and started taking to someone else. While we were still standing there! Needless to say we left and drove all the way back to Northgate and ...wait for it...they helped us at NO CHARGE! This location is close to my house, but I will never step foot inside again. I pay for all of my employee’s Verizon phones as well. Better believe I will make sure none of them patronize this location.

The staff are smart, knowledgeable, and really want to have a high standard of customer service including the representative I worked with, Cody. Super knowledgeable, out-going and friendly staff. I had to do a phone activation because my old one was experiencing some issues. Lilly helped me out and was super friendly. Mafi was also there to lend some support because my phone was experiencing some issues. Both were super nice and fun to joke with. There was some dude named Brian or something who was a 49ers fan, I dont know what his deal was. Brian seemed to have some great customer service going on elsewhere though. Overall, Id go back to this store for any issues I have.

Alicia Procalla is amazing! She was my savior when everyone told me there was no way to get my pictures from my water damaged phone that wouldnt turn on. She didnt dismiss me, instead she gladly searched the cloud for me and found them on my boyfriends cloud that once syncd with my phone by mistake! She was knowledgeable and happy to help! Jorge and Kodey were absolutely fabulous. They listened to my problem, heard me and made suggestions for resolution. They looked at my plans and made cost saving suggestions. When the first resolution did not work (which the prewarned me was a possibilty) I was given every courteous consideration and a resolution was reached. No hard sell. UPDATE January 25th:I spent about a week working with the District Manager, Brian, on all my issues. He was extremely responsive and took initiative for all my issues. Never once tried to defer blame. I havent been back in the store since so I cant speak to that but I can say if you have an issue with something that happened in the store Brian will make it right.Original Post:Very inaccurate and poor service here. I signed up as a new customer the day the iPhone X was launched. I was told by the employee there that they would waive the activation fee if I signed up today. That didnt happen and when I called Verizon they told me there was no way for the store to authorize that. In other words they lied.I was also told I was required to bundle with either Hum or a Samsung Tablet if I wanted the iPhone on launch day. In order to offset the cost of that I was offered a $150 rebate that would take 4-8 weeks. I just learned today I was not eligible for that rebate, wont be getting it and shouldnt have been offered that promotion. I wouldnt have bundled if I knew that!Lies. Lies. Lies. All to make a sale. Dont trust them.

After years and multiple iPhones, I decided to make the switch to Android. ALICIA was incredibly helpful and patient with me. She took the time to demo a handful of Android phones. It came down to the Samsung S6 or the LG G4. She was able to effectively communicate the pros and cons for both flagship phones. I ended up with the LG G4 :)She also found some ways to save money on my monthly bill! YISSSSS 10/10 would definitely go through Alicia again!

Beware of Jaraad Smiley.I went here to upgrade my phone and essentially got scammed and spent the remainder of my weekend on the phone with Verizon and traveling to stores all around Seattle trying to find a store with a manager to undo the mess he created.Jaraad straight out lied to me about a variety of things involving the upgrade:I was upgrading from an iPhone 6 to a 7 and trading in my phone. Jaraad told me that my trade-in value for the phone could only be used as an in-store credit. I questioned this, as I have always been able to use the trade-in value toward the new phone or my bill. He repeatedly told me that it wasnt allowed.He then proceeded to claim that in order for the trade-in to be allowed, I was required to buy a bundle package of in store items, including a phone case, screen protector, and phone charger. I told him I already had these items and did not need them, but he insisted that I was required to purchase them in order for my trade-in of my old phone to be valid.I pointed out that the phone I was buying already came with a charger, yet he still said that I had to buy an additional charger. His response was how many chargers do you use? You need 2. He also didnt tell me prices of anything I was buying.When I went to checkout he told me that even with the 3 items he was forcing me to purchase, that I still didnt meet a minimum that Verizon required and that I needed to spend around another $40. He said I could put it toward anything in the store. I asked about some speakers, which he told me were around $40 and I got them. Then, I was told I needed to pay $150 in store.I paid the $150 and left and felt extremely uncomfortable. I got home and examined my receipt and nothing made sense. The speakers he claimed were around $40 were actually $59.99 and the speakers, phone cover, screen cover, and charger that he told me I had to buy totaled $180.I contacted Verizon support and after a long online chat with them, the representative was completely shocked and let me know that every single thing I was told by Jaraad was incorrect. This rep was great and let me know that I would be refunded for everything and that there is no such requirement to purchase any of the items in store I was told I had to buy and that the trade-in value does not have to be used only for in-store credit. He even put a $30 credit in my account for good measure as an apology for the way I was treated.I then had to spend my Sunday traveling to various stores trying to find one with a manager who could refund me. In the end, I was refunded more than I paid in the store because not only did he make me buy nearly $200 in items that I told him I did not want or need, but he also essentially made me spend my entire $145 trade-in value of the old phone.One of the stores I went into to try and get the refund the next day saw Jaraads name on the receipt and said that they have had many problems with him and encouraged me to go online and leave this review. The manager at the store who issued me my refund told me that Jaraad was new and that was the only explanation I got. Jaraad caused me around 3-4 extra hours of searching for answers and wasting my weekend cleaning up his mess. This is inexcusable treatment of customers and either Verizon needs to be training their employees better or need to be firing those who have malicious intent. Had I not questioned his suspicious behavior, I would have been out hundreds of dollars. Shame on you, Verizon.

I wanted to send in a note of appreciation for one of your employees, Alicia P.I have been a Verizon customer for many years. A couple of years ago, I decided to trade my Droid for a new Windows phone. Bad decision for me. I didnt like the phone from the beginning, and it slowly deteriorated physically, as a phone. Because I wasnt eligible for upgrade, I kept the phone, since it was functioning. Then that changed. All of a sudden my power station (where you plug in the charger) quit working. I tried multiple chargers in the jack and the phone would not take a charge.I went to Verizon in downtown Seattle (6th and Stewart) to see what they could do. I didnt have much money to spend and being without a phone was not an option. However, I had insurance, so I figured there would be something Verizon could do. After spending about 3 hurried, seemingly annoyed minutes with me, the employee at the store told me there was nothing he could do - he could not send me home with a functioning phone. I was paying $115/month for a phone - all I wanted was one that worked. The phone I was paying for was un-usable, do to no fault of mine. The only options involved either an outlay of cash of more than $100 OR to be without a phone for 5-7 days. I left, literally teary.Later that day, I called into Verizon to see if someone there could help. No such luck. Similar lines to what downtown Verizon told me.As a last resort I stopped in to the Inter bay location on my way home from work. I walked in mopey and defeated. I was immediately greeted by two employees, one of which was Alicia. She told me I looked like I was having a bad day and that she was going to do all she could to turn that around before I left her store. I started to tell her my story with the Windows phone (the exact story I relayed to Verizon downtown and to the 800 number) and she said Keli, STOP. Please just stop. Right there, I can help you. We are going to take care of you. Here is what we are going to do..... and she outlined a plan that worked for me financiallly and didnt require me to be without a phone.Long story short, I left the store with a new phone (DROID....Samsung Galaxy 5.....LOVE) and having had an INCREDIBLE customer service experience with Alicia. She saved Verizon in my eyes. Before crossing her path that day I had made a list of other phone plans/options with other companies. Even if I was going to receive a hefty bill from Verizon for breaking contract that day, I needed a working phone and was headed that direction. Not only did Alicia do her job, she did it with a smile and probably did a little more than she had to, just to make sure I was a happy customer.You have a lovely employee in Alicia. She was great that day. I made another trip to Verizon at Interbay over the weekend. Alicia was busy with another customer, but another employee helped solved my problem. On they way out, Alicia grabbed me to say hello. She totally remembered me and asked how everything was going. She is 1 in a million.I am a Verizon customer because of Alicia.I will stay a Verizon customer because of experiences like the one I had with Alicia.Thanks!

On the plus side, they helped me fairly soon after I walked in 2 out of the 3 times Ive been in here. But the first time, they didnt even acknowledge me.I was looking for an upgraded phone, but they have very few live phones to test, and they were really pushy with the Samsung phones. I ended up going to the store downtown, where they had all phones and werent trying to push any particular brands.They said they would match any price online, but after I asked them to match Amazons price, they balked, and said instead theyd instead throw in a car charger instead. Car chargers can be bought for $7 online.And when I asked them why Verizons signal was so weak where I live, they said it shouldnt be - no explanations or suggestions other than buy a new phone (noone with a verizon phone gets a strong signal where I live).And the last time I was there, the salesperson reeked of alcohol. We were there right after lunch, but still...

Expect hidden fees. Highly disappointed in this store. After spending 2 days there and asking what my overall cost was going to be more than once- Victor still charged me for things I told him that I did not want.
