Small place. I thought it was a cute store until I was looking into necklaces.... I was stared at hardcore and treated as if I was about to steal something.the employees made me super uncomfortable while I was indecisive on which necklace I wanted to buy. One guy was staring at me the whole time I was in the store and followed me around ....he made it very obvious. When I went to look at the shirts, the guy staring at me went to the door and gave me an angry stare.... i couldnt stay in there any more. Terrible customer service.....

I came to Hot Topic twice in two days and both days they were closed 20 minutes early. I can see what I need to buy through the glass!! I drove from Lahaina two days in a row now!!! I guess I’ll be shopping elsewhere!

Still a fun place to find a band t shirt or the latest bobble head. Staff is well informed and plenty of sales items. Great place for Halloween get ups. It will help keep you in touch with Generation Next!?!

Funky smell that gets very irritated. It couldnt go away smells really weird and funky. Hard to describe what it is and the staff is nice but it was just one staff. Felt sad for them. Very messy place.

How old do you have to be to shop in hot topic

Believe it, Maui still has Hot Topic. They still carry a wide variety of items that will satisfy the emo soul. Haha. Came here to look for either The Cranberries or Smashing Pumpkins shirt for a themed event, but they didnt have them. I still got RHCP, Disturbed, and Iron Maiden shirt so I felt better.

Best selection and sales deals Ive ever seen at any hot topic. Also nice and friendly staff.

Usually great service and people. Got kicked out tonight because me and my friends went in the dressing room for maybe 2 minutes with the curtain still open. Got told to get out of the dressing room which we did, then were told to get out of the store.

Helpful staff. Bought my sister a My Hero Academia hat that was on sale for $12

A store I wish I had nore money to spend in. So many great show related as well as music related items. A bit pricey.
