Ordered dinner at Fernandos Mexican Restaurant...the portions were VERY large & it tasted VERY good!

Like any older mall that is suffering from the loss of tenants to newer developments, this place used to be great! It began several years ago with the loss of an anchor tenant called Sports Authority. Maybe they could have done better by making Maui Market place a real market place in that space that Sports Authority used to occupy? And having a Lowes there was also great but they lost that too. Have use for office Max and Old Navy surprisingly is still hanging in there. The food court is limited by its occupancy due to Covid but still surviving. Losing Pier One and also the Starbucks made the Marketplace a destination only based on need, and not a retail place you would want to go and visit.

Great small mall and office max. And also KAU KAU CORNER great chooses too. Mahalo

The Adobe rice at jollybee, and the drive thru is pretty fast.

Many food choices including Mexican, L&L BBQ and Vietnamese. Boba, Tapioca and limited cold stone flavors for dessert. Restrooms available. Good for families or groups.

Nice place to go when people cant decide on what to eat. I got Mexican to my girlfriend got korean. And her daughter got vietnamese. Everybody was Happy clean place easy parking, will go back.

Wish more stores were open but there is potential. Also if you are in the food court and reading this please have more vegan options

The previous stores, as in the case of maby others, are moving away or had moved away from the island, there are great opportunities for others. And the remaining stores e.g. Jollibee, Old Navy, Office Max, just to name a few still exist. And I like the swap meet happening right on the parking lot every Saturday... showcasing local talents.

The Office Max store here is a great resource if youre traveling and need access to a printer. Use the self service and its really cheap to print out emails, etc.

An overpriced convenience market hoping tourists will pay for overpriced items so they dont have to go too far away from their Wailea rental. Not impressed.

Kau Kau Food Court is one of our lunch destinations for take outs. I particularly like L&L and their selection of local foods!Theres also Fernandos, Ba-Le (Vietnamese), and Pearls Korean BBQ. These fast foods eateries have been available all these months and I am grateful. Its the variety of delicious foods that makes me return here.

Really bummed that many of the retailers left to set up shop at a different location.Starbucks relocated on the same property to a different bldg was great idea. I hope they have plans to have retailers get back in the empty shops

Old Navy is a great place to shop lots of bargains and one of the few stores that give Military discount everyday 10% with an Military ID.

Went to pictures plus for a nice frame. Staff was very helpful with suggestions for the frame. Prices are reasonable. Service is terrific!

Love the views from here. Plenty of stores to pack your interest and loads of parking.

Very limited businesses. Most of the big stores moved out.

Not bad had every thing I needed. Stock is getting a little shy.

Its a ghost town. Maybe 4 shops left open in the anchor building. Theres a burger shop and a sandwich shop but not much else. Photo used to be a major home improvement center.

Feels a little empty but the businesses that remain are what I really go for.

This used to be a thriving strip mall with many stores for most needs. The butchers are gone, as are the sporting goods and hardware stores. Many empty storefronts here. The Kau May corner eatery is weak, with decent Mexican and Vietnamese, but the Hawaiian Asian is horrid. The good barbecue is long gone. Maui is really hurting for good shopping, this ghost town Mall is indicative.

Sadly many of the stores have left. Currently has a nice Starbucks, Barnes & Nobles, Office max.

I go for the Barnes and Noble, food court, or takeout for coffee. Theres tons of free parking, has a bus stop, and is close to the airport. Taking a left turn out its hard because its double lanes both directions and extremely busy. Take the light by Burger King. Itll be faster.

Great, underappreciated shopping center with a lot of potential if it gets more support from the community. However, I do like how uncrowded it tends to be when I go. 🤔

OLD NAVY here was great

Mall is in transition. Some store moving out but it looks like some new stores may come.Staples, Old Navy still have what you need.

Its so sad. This area once was thriving. The rent here must be absurd. Once was a bookstore I loved going to. Once was a sports good store I liked shopping at. Recently Open a Jollibee s and a Starbucks. We go to Kaukau Corner still. Because of the Food! L&Ls, Fernandos, BaLes and my Fav...Pearls👍💛

Maui Marketplace is a great place to shop Old Navy and other outlets are located in this area on the island of Maui located in Kihei definitely worth checking out stop on in and see what they have to offer .

The Maui Marketplace does need more businesses to accommodate residents, but companies whose prices are reasonable and not so expensive. They do have a tasty selection in the food court. Bring your appetite!

Office Depot was very helpful and pleasant to shop at.

The workers there were kinda slow, maybe because I it was kinda hard to get someone to help. I also Helped them, haha, by straightening up their Shelves and Racks, because by the way that the Store looked, they must of just had a Big Rush or something.

We didnt know where to shop our first time to Lahaina. So we took a chance and were able to get everything we needed each time we were there. The prices were reasonable even great because our Canadian prices are more. I would recommend any shopping you need done, this is your place.

Great place for some shopping

Now that Lowes and the other big stores are gone the parking is amazing. Plus, books.

M always so sad to see shopping centers empty and really this ones trying to keep things and we have a new Barnes & Noble of course Office Depot Pier One and the food court the frame shop...old navy. Sally Beauty Starbucks Subway Jamba Juice Burger King...Hopefully they will all stay there.

I went to OfficeMax to get Supplys. I got good service from them.

Everything was basically closed. Victoria secrets had a line so I didnt go in.

This Is A well-stocked store with a helpful and friendly staff. Convenient parking. Clean and well-kept.

Always magical. One of few hotels in Hawaii that embrace the aloha spirit & have become an important part of ones stay on Maui.

Theres a food court with a real good Vietnamese Soup Shop. And the Mexican Restaurant next to the Vietnamese Soup Shop, seems real good, too. Theres a Verizon Wireless Store there. Lowes Home Improvement moved out of the shopping center. Burger King is there. A coffee shop, too. I go to the Subway Sandwich Shop there.

Great place to shop when on Maui. No need to pack so much items. Shorts, bikinis, workout, tee shirts, even flip flops.

Wow! Theres nothing here. Sports Authority and Lowes both closed years ago and they still havent filled those locations. Other than Old Navy this mall has nothing.

A good place. The potential though...

Some stores moved out or closed, so finding parking space is easy. The EV charging station in the parking lot is too expensive and hard to find (close to Starbucks).

Nice air conditioned location. Lots of seating and clean with different choices of food to choose from.

Its getting pretty empty lately, mostly because of poor management. But its still good.

Best place on the island to get affordable flip flops and other items you forgot to pack! Got a Hawaiian shirt on sale, because lets face it, there was no hiding the fact I was a tourist 😅
