Very knowledgeable and professional staff, from scheduling, to the visit, to follow-up. They looked at the hearing aid, diagnosed the problem, had replacement parts on site, taught us how to fix and maintain the equipment, and verified that everything was working and we were satisfied before leaving the office. As you get older your hearing starts to fade it is time to reorganize and get a hearing aid. I went to Todd Horii for help.
