Miracle Ear Maui has a very clean and friendly Atmosphere. Their office is very clean and seems to follow all the CDC protocols which keeps me and my family safe when visiting the office. The staff is very friendly and professional they’re always willing to answer any questions you may have.Raquel the hearing specialist is very knowledgeable in my hearing needs. I felt very comfortable with the process, she walked me through it step by step. The hearing aids are a bit pricey but keep in mind that you can’t put a price on your hearing loss! I received advertisement in mail offering a $100 coupon for getting a hearing test. No coupon was provided even after I called and emailed at least three times. There was always the promise it would be emailed but never materialized. Just a warning about that fraudulent promise.
