I’ve been in the service business for over 20 years and have never seen such horrible customer service from an auto service shop. Borderline discriminatory. Take your car service needs elsewhere.

Get your stuff elsewhere. I only bought smokeless tobacco and it was $3 more than anywhere else in town.

The only place that i have ever called where i could not even finish a short question. I called in regards to state inspections and as soon as i said motorcycle, the woman or child who answered the phone abruptly said no and hung up. Between the tone of her voice when helping a customer and the obvious rudeness, i will steer clear of this place even for gas. Would rather run out and push my vehicle somewhere else.

1 star for the gas only. We were hemmed in by cars at gas pumps with my 93 yrs. age mom & children in car. We waited over 10 mins for the car in front of us to move. I went in the small store to ask if a person was parked there. The cashier working 11-30-19 about 5:50pm was talking to a guy and did not care I was trying to get her attn. When I asked she defensively hit me with he was getting coffee, he worked there, he was a paying customer!I said we are paying customers: Didnt matter she kept defending his car parked there now 20 mins. She offered if I didnt like it, I could call her Mgr Mon morn. In other words she had permission to treat customers rudely we figured from her offer.Our neighbor a Marine Col. said his men have complained about how they are disrespected at this gas station next to Kaneohe Marine base. No respect for military service members either? All of us agree we can buy gas anywhere else. Why would we support a business where we get defensive rhetoric when the cashier is busy on their phone or talking to someone = more important than any old customers! ALOHA

The mechanics are nice and helped me out with a couple of things that I needed to get done quickly. A lot of the reviews are old from years ago too.

Had my steering gearbox repaired here. An hour long job according to the manual. Go to pick it up the next day when its ready only to find out that they deployed my airbag. It will be done friday. Saturday rolls around and still waiting. Thankfully its not reported as salvaged.

Had my spark plugs replaced here about a year ago. They told me they replaced them with OEM Motorcraft plugs, as is required by the service manual. Car has been acting up, come to find out upon pulling plugs that they charged me OE prices for Champion plugs (which should never ever be put into a Ford vehicle, let alone a muscle car!) Car was missfiring on the 7th cylinder and the plugs were all toast. Thanks for charging me an arm and a leg for crappy service.

Always out of ice and drinks are to overpriced.

Safety check nightmare.Avoid this Chevron at all costs or it just wont be your car taking you for a ride.There seems to be an incentive in place for safety check failures.

Stay away from this place. This people has 0 sense of urgency. They walk around and tell stories every 15 Minutes then they sit down for another 10 minutes to play games on the computer. Dont waste your time or money. There a million other places to get your safety or another kind of maintenance some.
