The older gentleman working during the morning on 10/23 was extremely rude and didnt hide the fact that I irritated him. Terrible customer service. Ive been trying to get my phone replaced for over three months. I bought a replacement plan. They promise to have it order from another store and that theyll call when its in. Over a week would go by with no call, I would go in and find out it was never ordered. This happened four times. I went in this past Saturday, they told me the computer system wouldnt allow my phone to be replaced even though I bought the replacement plan. The same older gentleman called a manager to override the computer and made it seem like he was doing ME a favor. He told me it would be in this coming week. I called on Monday to see what the status was and guess what? IT HADNT BEEN ORDERED!!!!!!! As far as Im concerned, this is a the worst Radio Shack on the Island with the worst old man working during the day. He REFUSED to check on my order today to see if it was shipped out. I could write more about how rude he was towards me but Ive already written enough. Radio Shack, you can do better than this, you dont know how to hire employees!

I met a Man name Mr. Andy Dedrick, a most Honest Man. Spoke with words of only Truth, how refreshing. Id learned more things in 3mins.then i ever did in 10yrs.ok 20. I dont live in Kailua but i sure dont mind shopping at Radio Shack in KAILUA, why who else is there that i can Trust.
