I visited Hawaii and Kailua crystals recently looking for some meaningful gifts to being back to friends and family. Christine went above and beyond helping me hand select a heartfelt item for each person on my list. She spoke with me about each person to get to know a bit about them and then also educated me on why particular crystals would be a good choice for them. I spent about $600 and it was worth every penny. Thank you for making my first experience so great and everyone loved their gifts more than I could have hoped.

The growing trend of crystals, and this place is beautiful and full of most anything you are looking for. There are description cards with every crystal laid out, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and the offices are pretty fair. Plus free clearings of any crystal both bought and brought.

I will no longer be coming here anymore. Decided to cleanse my crystals today with salt water, only to find out that they were covered in some sort of dye. Kind of disappointed to find out that the reviews on the fake crystals at this shop are true, I actually really liked this shop too. The people are friendly and the energy in here is great. It just saddens me that they would follow through with letting customers purchase fake crystals. I remember the lady even ringing the Tibetan bell to “bless” the “crystals” when I purchased them. Be really aware that they do label fake crystals as real. So do your research before you go in and purchase some of your own.

Outstanding crystal shop! They have a wide selection of crystals, hand made goods, jewelry, oracle decks, candles, books, plus other metaphysical items. The staff is so helpful, especially Christine. Her energy and excitement is palpable. She is a warm, kind, true empath who has the ability to connect with people immediately. I got nothing but good vibes from this shop and I cannot wait to return for more crystals to add to my collection.

Great selection and prices, two very friendly staff members and two very stand-offish staff members as well. Red head was too busy texting on her phone toward the back register to ask if I needed help or greet me. Made me feel uncomfortable.

Love the Vibes here. My wife & have been coming to this shop quite often in the last 2 months (almost every weekend). Love the fact that we can use the Singing bowls to calm our Vibrations. So Soothing whenever we step in this place. They have a positive environment & very friendly & knowledgeable staff. Great selection of crystals & gemstones.

Every so often I love to buy a large crystal piece for my home and I recently went into Kailua Crystals to purchase something that would catch my eye. I love the selection of this shop, but most importantly...I was beyond lucky enough to have Christine help me that day and I felt like the luckiest person ever because I have never met someone who is soo friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable with crystals. Christine never gave me the “sales pitchy” vibes like other crystal shops and spent almost an hour with me helping me find the perfect crystal for my home. If you are looking for crystals, make sure to go in when Christine is working! She’s the absolute best person ever to help you with anything you need. I went home with a giant Lemurian Seed Quartz and couldn’t be happier. I realized that Christine is fairly new working at this shop and I was soo impressed with her crystal knowledge and amazing personality. She literally lights up that whole store. Thanks to Christine and Kailua Crystals for my epic piece! I’ll be back for more later! Appreciate you all soo much!

This place is by far the best crystal shop on island! Fair prices, knowledgeable and kind staff, and such a huge selection on different kinds of crystals. You can get lost with the variety of crystals they offer. Plus the staff is so welcoming and eager to hear any questions or stories you have to give. Definitely coming back here for all my crystal needs :)

My favorite spot for gemstones and minerals. Got a cedar bundle, crystals, and some jewelry. Knowledgeable staff and friendly environment.

One of the best crystal shops I’ve been to, mostly because of the attention I was given at the shop. These guys know their crystals and are happy to give each customer a tour of their collection. The classes are great too. I went to a few meditation classes and walked home refreshed.

This is my favorite crystal shop on Oahu! All the workers are great, Tanner in particular helped me find what I was looking for and was very patient. Reasonable prices and a good vibe every time I visit. Will definitely be my go-to spot.

Super chill, good vibes. Can get a little crowded and I would not recommend as an alternative to medicine. I like going by to pick up some insence and see some cool rocks.

I came in yesterday and I love the shops selection and prices. The huge concern is some of the employees were not wearing masks at and the store was really crowded... I felt uncomfortable and had to leave. Please follow all the COVID-19 guidelines to keep your customers safe. Im completely shocked.

I’m not into Crystals but I guess you could say it called me.Browsing and I notice a Pyrite bracket. I was contemplating so I walked away. I happen to look at the next stone over when I notice a red bead (lone) on one of the Pyrite brackets. I think it was a mistake but it was the only one. I decided to buy it when I realized it was also marked wrong in the price. I guess it called me

A lot of the crystals bought here are novelty- for example the citrine my friend and I bought from here has lots of bubbles in it, a commonality in treated GLASS and does not occur naturally in citrine or even heat treated amethyst for that matter. 😂😂😂But it’s really fun to buy rocks!----*editIm taking this response as Yes we label fake crystals as real and dont let our customers know unless they ask in which case wed be happy to help you find one that was naturally sourced. Idk... I picked up the man made rock from the pile that said: CITRINE, you just cant get enough of this money manifesting stone!... Will not be returning.

I really liked this store with the giant exception that I’ve outlined below. The prices are very fair and there’s a great selection of crystals. I’m only giving one star though, because of this business’s disrespect for COVID-19 protocols. All of the employees wore only a half plastic shield from the neck to barely over the top of the nose without any sort of mask or facial covering behind it. It’s really offensive to see such a disregard for everyone’s safety by not simply wearing a mask or facial covering over their mouths and noses considering the amount of people they encounter on a daily basis. Please wear a proper mask and demonstrate to your customers that you really care about their safety and health instead of doing the absolute minimum you possibly can do! I’m seriously considering reporting this business to the Hawaii department of health!

The crystal selection at Kailua Crystals is super nice, and the workers are incredibly sweet as well. Maddison is super sweet and helpful in telling me about what the different crystals mean.

I love this store! Just before the pandemic I went for the 1st time and literally spent 90 minutes in there. Walked away a little more educated about a few things and 2 large amethyst pieces.

I was walking on the other side of the street from this shop until the pure energy from the 6 foot pink quartz crystal point drew me directly into this shop. The staff are experts on the healing properties of the gems they have for selection. Im not sure if it was the complimentary Jasper essential oils that were rubbed on my hands before leaving, or the gems In my pocket - but something made me feel one with the cosmos.
