Poke was tasty but they WEIGHED IT.

Definitely a good resource when looking for cooking ingredients youre having a hard time locating on the island (but shouldnt because not that obscure... Their selection is generally still too small for truly obscure things)

On Monday’s they have Hawaiian food. The pricing is great. It’s such a good deal. The portions are very generous. Times makes Monday’s much better! The woman at the hot food department is so on it. She is friendly and very helpful.

They’re dependable - but the store is a bit drab. Also, I wish they would carry Kosher foods, or at least know what they are. We asked about them and the staff seemed confused and unaware of the concept. It’s Passover today, been very hard to find a store that carries some of the essentials

Dont miss the steak plate on Fridays. That stuff is awsome. Hit up the poke bar inside for lunch if you need a quick bite. Good location in downtown kailua.

Overall pretty good for groceries, prices on average are a bit higher than other places. Bring a jacket. Its cold.

Love to get the plate lunches here. Very good priced and cooked. Parking is usually pretty easy and lines at cashier are short. Nice selection for everyday needs.

I love times supermarket has all of the local foods that I often crave. With a pharmacy in house I can shop while waiting for my medications to be prepared. Love the meat section and the fish section is top notch with lots of poke to choose from. When they have the grill going the take home plates are off the chain and broke the mouth.

Times Supermarkets have everything! From their hot foods offering a variety of plate lunches to choose from every day. To every day needs you would find in any supermarket. Then you get to their poke counter and wow this is where Times supermarket stands out from the rest. Once again the variety is on point. Offering all the raw fish poke you could chose from. However if you are like me and prefer things cooked well this the place. I got a pound of pickled mango and it was delicious. I got a pound of their tofu which I have never seen offered anywhere else and it was so good I wished we had more of it. Their shrimp scampi poke is my sons favorite. And their Kim Chee cucumbers are always a must for me to get. So if you are in need of a quick hot meal. Or just want to snack on something from the poke counter this is the place. We shop here too for regular groceries for home as their prices and sales make Times Supermarkets a mainstay in the Islands.

Prices are high on cereals. Vegetables are very inferior and quality in appearance to Safeway and Foodland. You should fix that. Your Apple bananas, onions are good and competitively priced.Breads and English muffin prices on sale are competitive. Meat prices are competitive. Very small section for fresh fish. Your daily hot meals are good.checkout service is so so depending on clerk.not much real aloha. Shame on you. Friendly Attitude doesnt cost more. That can make a difference.

Local grocery store with good selection of produce. They also have fresh poke and everything else you would expect from a supermarket. Not always the lowest prices, but they do have good sales and often have deals on beer and wine. Staff are always great and helpful. Great Asian options.

Was a very busy store and very different from Foodland

Times always has the best fish and best prices on bread and milk. It is one of my GoTo places. At least once a week, sometimes 3x a week!Update: oh Ive already given 5 stars. Well done, Times Supermarket. Still the best little secret in town.

It could be crowded. I dont normally shop at this time of day. I usually go in the late afternoon or evening. Only 1 thought check expiration dates on your purchases.

Do most of my shopping here. I can find all I need. Sometimes parking full.

The staff are all super helpful and nice. The pharmacy staff are knowledgeable, patient and go beyond what most pharmacies do. The seafood department is outstanding and I love everything weve bought there...I think their items are better than the other Times seafood departments weve gone to.

The poke here was excellent and much less expensive than some of the alternatives on the island.

Times supermarket is one of Oahus oldest Hawaii built markets left. It is a great place for local style produce with a variety of products you may not be able to find elsewhere. Times Supermarket has a comfortable, down to earth atmosphere, where employees are exceptionally helpful, gracious, and will try their best to get what you need. Dont take my word for it, check them out yourself.

I love to go to Times Kailua. The people who work there are accommodating to all customers. I go there everyday. Kudos to all of them.

Good lunch plates and cheap too

Times Supermarket is one of the oldest markets in Kailua. Since I was a child growing up, it always had the best locally grown vegetables, fruits, dairy products, and much more! Times employees are also the friendliest, helpful, and down to earth people ever!

Ribs, chicken, poke ... check out their hot and ready meals to go! For about $7, you cant go wrong!

Excellent local grocery store/supermarket. It is the only market in Kailua that has a stock of fresh fish. Their poke is excellent as well.

Less expensive than Foodland and has some things I cant find anywhere else. Their Japanese food selection is more extensive. Their produce selection is not as big as some other places but overall great!

Great for local kine ingredients and usually cheaper than Foodland. I deducted 2 stars because the main reason I shop here is for the meat specials, and their meat counter is always picked off when I shop. They had thick beef short ribs on special, it was only a couple days after the ad was released, and they had only a few packages to choose from. A special like that shouldve been well stocked. There was also no meat workers to be found to ask if they had more. Having a tough time keeping the meat counter stocked seems to be a trend here. Had a similar issue with Prime Rib a couple months back. The store is dated, but its been around since before I was born, so it doesnt bother me any. Cashiers are very friendly though, which is always a great asset for any grocery store.

I always buy the Steak plate on Sundays at Times Ksilua. It features Sterling Silver beef. Best steak plate around. They serve the Steak plate Fridays and Sundays and on Mondays the have Laulau and Kailua pig plates which are also very good. All at reasonable prices

Great little super market. We used it quite a bit while we stayed in Kailua. Clean store with nice associates.

The grocery store is small but nice with good selesction including wine and beer. But the reason I am writing about their plate lunches. When they fire up their grill (Fridays is when I go) the smell of the steak is all that needs to be said. The steak, rice and salad is less than 8 bucks and the shrimp and steak plate is around $12.00. Take it to go and eat at home or at the beach park. So good. I wish I had another plate right now. Comes with a drink.

Haa some specific brands exclusive to Times. Stirling Silver beef is of good quality. Darigold milk from the mainland seems to taste better and keep longer than from local dairies. Store can be a bit cramped in certain spots.

Nice staff, great foods love the Chocolate Haupia Cream pie and the poke selections are fresh...yummy for sure.
